Abstract

This article aim to explain ho the evaluation result from the utilization of village fund in Teluk Pandan sub-district. Using qualitative method, this article describe the result in analytical fashion. The result shows that the utilization of village fund in Teluk Pandan sub-district is allocated mostly in infrastructure, society’s empowerment and poverty program.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know how National Land Agency Policy Implementation Number 18 Year 2009 About People Service for Land Certificate (Larasita) at Land Office in Samarinda city. The results showed that in the process of Larasita Program implementation problems encountered in the implementation of Larasita program in Samarinda city that is not optimally the policies and programs of various sectors that affect the life of the people such as human resources, the equipment resource factors are still limited ie the Internet network that has not reached The areas visited by Larasita cars, the factors of communication and information provided by the Larasita team are less effective so there are still many people who are confused about the requirements to complete the documents in the land certificate management.

Abstract

The Global environmental movement is getting stronger. The models and patterns of movement have constructed new global environmental norm and values. Main agenda of this movement is resistance to global environmental regime which has not been able to solve environmental problems. This paper  found that the environmental movement is successful on conducting environmentalist community and constructing “Go green” such as green discourse in global production and consumption.

Abstract

This paper tried to explain the implementation of the standard service of vehicles tax at Kutai Kartanegara Samsat Office. Based on the observation made, it was found that the six standard service of vehicles tax that include: system, mechanism and procedure, service time, fee/tariff, service product and complaint management were generally implemented according to the expected result.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the governance of patient complaints against the quality of medical services in RSUD. A. M. Parekesit Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara Regency Opposite. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results showed that the governance of the patient in RSUD. A.M. Parikesit Tenggarong already well managed in accordance with the basic principles of Good Governance, namely Transparency Accountability, Corporate responsibility, Independence, and Equality and Fairness.

Abstract

This paper aimed to descibe and analyze the degree of public satisfaction towards Samarinda First Class Imigration Office by using public satisfaction index. The method that employed in this paper is decriptive-quantitative where the data take form in numbers and analyzed with statistic-descriptive technique. Scoring system used in this paper was likert scale. The result of the study showed that average score was 3.08 in the interval of 2.51-3.25 so it was included in “good” cathegory.
