Abstract

The purpose of this research is to be able to provide relevant information to stakeholders related to digital payments. The research design prioritizes collaborative descriptive research with a quantitative approach with primary data collection techniques as the main research data which contains various questions in a questionnaire arranged in a Google form that is distributed to all active students within the Labuhanbatu University campus, with as many as 150 samples. Data analysis techniques in solving problems with the Smart PLS v.4.0 application to predict the model tested in the study. Based on the results of the research hypothesis test, among others, that the consumer motivation variable has not succeeded in becoming one of the factors that determine the occurrence of digital payment user decisions within the Labuhanbatu University academic community, the consumer perception variable becomes the second hypothesis which does not significantly affect digital payment user decisions within the University academic community. Labuhanbatu. This means that of the entire hypothesis, only the third hypothesis, namely the consumer behavior variable, has a strong and significant influence on digital payment user decisions in the academic community at Labuhanbatu University

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence organizational culture and leadership on  employee performance. The type of this  research  is  explanatory research  with  a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consists of 30 employee at Khenzo S & R. Data collection techniques use the survey method by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses the multiple linear regression method. The result of the analysis shows that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational culture and leadership have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The adjusted R square value is 0.636 shows that organizational culture and leadership have an effect of 63.6% on employee performance and the rest 36.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The other variable that can be add for the future research  are compensation, motivation, commitment, employee satisfaction  and work environment.

Abstract

Implementation of GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) is a must. With the implementation of integrated GRC, it is expected to achieve principled performance through handling uncertainty and full integrity actions within Organitation, to implement integrated green GRC. This study aims to assess the company's readiness in the assessment green GRC, preparing supporting infrastructure, and making development plans for integrated GRC implementation. To achieve this goal, several methodologies were established, namely conducting a perception survey through questionnaires, reviewing guidelines and policy documents relevant to the integrated  system, interviews with leaders, and the Delphi Method to obtain an agreement on proposals. In phase 1, a gap analysis was conducted on green GRC practices. Phase 2: Integrated green GRC System Infrastructure Design Based on the results of a study on the readiness for integrated GRC implementation Phase 3: Integrated GRC Implementation Plan Study phase, the identified gaps will be formulated into a concept. This is indicated by the high perception generally stating that it has developed on various aspects in the green GRC field that currently exist in  However, based on the documentation, there are still document gaps as the basis for implementing integrated GRC. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, firm growth and firm size on firm value in the main sectors of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. The population in this study was obtained using the purposive sampling method. The criteria that have been determined then obtained a sample of 17 companies with a total of 68 observations. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solutions) tools. The results showed that profitability had a significant effect on firm value, firm growth had no significant effect on firm value, and firm size had a significant effect on firm value

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work life balance, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The main theory used as a reference is the theory of expectations. Based on the type, the authors use a Correlational research method with a quantitative approach. In this study, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. As for determining the sample, the authors used a random sampling technique of 41 people. The conclusions of this study are (1) work life balance positive but not significant  influence organizational commitment, (2) organizational culture positive significantly influence on organizational commitment, (3) Job satisfaction is positive significantly influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This paper aims to identify and evaluate the problems that cause low zakat fundraising in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by examining various literature as secondary data sources. The problem of zakat fundraising in Indonesia is caused by internal and external factors with the main internal factors being the quality of human resources, accessability, credibility and service. Meanwhile, the external factor is mainly due to the low literacy of zakat, the lack of zakat objects known to the public, the existence of unofficial zakat institutions and the low government support.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the USD/IDR exchange rate, BI rate, gold price, and oil price on the return of the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) and Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) from 2015-2021. The data used in this study is secondary data, data obtained from the monthly closing price of each variable sourced from the IDX website, yahoo finance, the official website of the Indonesian Central Bank, www.lbma.org.uk, www.eia.gov. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique with the number of samples obtained was the closing price of 84 months. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results obtained in this study indicate that BI rate and the USD/IDR exchange rate have a negative effect on the return of the JCI and JII. Gold prices have a negative effect on the JCI, while the JII has a positive effect. And the oil price variable shows a positive effect on JCI, and negative on JII.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. Indosat Tbk menggunakan metode analisis keuangan yang meliputi rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas dan profitabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas mengalami pembekuan selama periode penelitian, rasio solvabilitas mengalami penurunan yang berarti perusahaan mempunyai kemampuan dalam memenuhi kewajibannya dengan baik, rasio aktivitas mengalami penurunan dalam perputaran aset usaha dan aktiva tetap, serta rasio profitabilitas. meningkat pada tahun 2021 namun mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2022 dan 2023. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa PT. Indosat Tbk memiliki kinerja keuangan yang baik, meskipun terdapat konsistensi dan persyaratan pada rasio tertentu. Penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan strategi dan meningkatkan kinerja keuangan di masa depan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what marketing strategies are best used by Tani Jiwo Hostel during the Covid-19 pandemic. The management who became the sample in this study amounted to 5 people, while the consumers who were the samples in this study were some visitors within 1 month who had visited Tani Jiwo Hostel. This research uses External Internal Matrix (IE), Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat Matrix (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The IE and SWOT matrices are used to plan alternative strategies, while the QSPM matrix is used to determine priority strategies. The results showed that the strategies that could be applied were market penetration strategies, market development strategies, and product/service development strategies

Abstract

The cosmetic industry in Indonesia continues to develop with the presence of various brands of products and types. Given the wide selection of cosmetic products, consumers often consider a variety of purchasing factors, such as brand image, brand trust, perceived value, and satisfaction. Repurchase intent relates to consumer behavior due to satisfaction and pleasure with previous experiences. This study aims to identify brand image, brand trust, perceived value, and satisfaction on repurchase intention. The research sample was taken from 85 respondents of halal cosmetic products in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data analysis of this study using Partial Least Square software. The findings in this study prove that brand image has no effect on repurchase intention, brand trust has an effect on repurchase intention, perceived value has an effect on repurchase intention, and satisfaction has no effect on repurchase intention.
