Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work life balance, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The main theory used as a reference is the theory of expectations. Based on the type, the authors use a Correlational research method with a quantitative approach. In this study, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. As for determining the sample, the authors used a random sampling technique of 41 people. The conclusions of this study are (1) work life balance positive but not significant  influence organizational commitment, (2) organizational culture positive significantly influence on organizational commitment, (3) Job satisfaction is positive significantly influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh nilai perusahaan dan laba per lembar saham (EPS) terhadap profitabilitas perbankan yang menjadi pembeli karbon perdana pada IDX for Carbon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purpossive sampling dengan kriteria perbankan pembeli karbon perdana yang terdaftar pada bursa efek Indonesia yaitu Bank Mandiri, Bank BCA dan Bank Cimb Niaga. Periode pengamatan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan paska pembelian perdana karbon yaitu bulan September 2023 sampai bulan Juni 2024. Pengujian dilakukan pada data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Nilai perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas perusahaan. Sedangkan EPS berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas perusahaan pembeli karbon perdana mengalami penurunan seiring dengan penurunan EPS paska pembelian karbon perdana. Hal ini disinyalir karena pajak karbon yang tinggi.

Abstract

Dividends are a key element in investment strategies and are often considered an indicator of a corporate's health and stability. This study aims to develop the Dividend Trap Score (DTS), a quantitative tool for identifying potential dividend traps in stock investments. It distinguishes between Technical and Fundamental Dividend Traps, examining key indicators such as dividend yield ratio, payout ratio, debt levels, and profit trends. Using historical data, the DTS model is tested to assess its accuracy in identifying risky dividend-paying corporates. The findings show that DTS outperforms traditional metrics in evaluating dividend sustainability, offering investors deeper insights and reducing the risk of financial losses. This study contributes to more informed investment strategies by providing a systematic approach to detect dividend-related risks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy, adaptability, and self-efficacy on Generation Z's work readiness, while also comparing the effects between senior high school students and college/diploma students. A quantitative approach was applied using an associative-comparative method. The population included high school and university students in the Pekalongan region, with a total of 200 respondents selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected via a questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the impact of each independent variable on work readiness, while an independent samples t-test was conducted to examine differences between the two groups. The findings indicate that digital literacy and self-efficacy significantly and positively affect work readiness, whereas adaptability does not show a significant impact. Moreover, the comparison test revealed that university students demonstrate higher levels of work readiness, digital literacy, and self-efficacy than high school students. However, no significant difference was found in adaptability. These results highlight the importance of enhancing digital literacy and self-efficacy from secondary education levels to improve Generation Z's readiness for employment.
