Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence organizational culture and leadership on  employee performance. The type of this  research  is  explanatory research  with  a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consists of 30 employee at Khenzo S & R. Data collection techniques use the survey method by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses the multiple linear regression method. The result of the analysis shows that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational culture and leadership have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The adjusted R square value is 0.636 shows that organizational culture and leadership have an effect of 63.6% on employee performance and the rest 36.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The other variable that can be add for the future research  are compensation, motivation, commitment, employee satisfaction  and work environment.

Abstract

In line with the development of advanced technology and information, it will help the growth of the digital economy and accelerate a country's financial inclusion. One form of implementation of information technology and digital economic growth is non-cash transaction payments. This QRIS can be used in payment applications that have been installed on a smartphone that is connected to an internet connection. The applications in question; e-wallet (from banking and non-banking issuers) which is used as a server-based payment instrument and has obtained permission from Bank Indonesia. With non-cash payments using a QR Code, it will make it easier for transactions to be carried out between sellers and buyers by scanning the code provided by the seller. Through this Community Service activity, namely the introduction of the Indonesian Standard Quick Response (QRIS) payment system as a payment innovation for SMEs in the village of Sumatra Jomblangbogo, Kec, Bojong, Kab, Pekalongan, it is felt that it is very relevant to the problems that occur in the scope of grocery stores in PkM locations. Through activities to introduce the QRIS system, partners will be able to answer problems, such as not fully understanding the payment system which is safe, easy and minimal risk, as well as other difficulties experienced by SMEs such as providing change or petty cash. Abstrak Sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang maju akan membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi digital dan percepatan inklusi keuangan suatu negara. Salah satu bentuk pengimplementasian antara teknologi –infomasi dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi digital adalah pembayaran transaksi secara non – tunai. Penggunaan QRIS ini dapat digunakan pada aplikasi – aplikasi pembayaran yang telah terinstall di smartphone yang telah terhubung dengan koneksi internet. Aplikasi – aplikasi yang dimaksud; e-wallet (dari penerbit perbankan maupun non perbankan) yang digunakan sebagai instrumen pembayaran berbasis server dan telah mendapatkan izin dari Bank Indonesia. Dengan adanya pembayaran nontunai menggunakan QR Code akan memudahkan transaksi yang akan dilakukan antara penjual dan pembeli dengan scan code yang telah disedikan oleh penjual. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, yaitu pengenalan sistem pembayaran quick response indonesia standard (qris) sebagai inovasi pembayaran UKM di desa sumurjomblangbogo, kec, bojong, kab, pekalongan dirasa sangat relevan dengan permasalahan yang terjadi di lingkup toko kelontong yang ada di lokasi PkM. Melalui kegiatan pengenalan sistem qris akan dapat menjawab permasalahn mitra, seperti belum sepenuhnya mengenal sistem pembayaran yang aman, mudah, dan minim risko, maupun kesulitan lain yang dialami UKM seperti menyediakan uang kembalian atau petty cash.

Abstract

Women have a big role in increasing national economic growth through entrepreneurial activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of flexible work arrangements and work-life balance on womenpreneur performance through entrepreneur commitment. The type of this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consists of 120 womenpreneurs who run the business in Pekalongan. Data collection techniques use the survey method by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses the SEM PLS. The result of the analysis shows that flexible work arrangements and work-life balance have a significant positive effect on womenpreneur performance through entrepreneur commitment.  The R square value is 0.769 shows that flexible work arrangement and work-life balance have an effect of 76.9% on women's performance and the rest 20.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The other variable that can be add for the future research are entrepreneurship characteristics, locus of control, human resource competence, education and motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy, adaptability, and self-efficacy on Generation Z's work readiness, while also comparing the effects between senior high school students and college/diploma students. A quantitative approach was applied using an associative-comparative method. The population included high school and university students in the Pekalongan region, with a total of 200 respondents selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected via a questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the impact of each independent variable on work readiness, while an independent samples t-test was conducted to examine differences between the two groups. The findings indicate that digital literacy and self-efficacy significantly and positively affect work readiness, whereas adaptability does not show a significant impact. Moreover, the comparison test revealed that university students demonstrate higher levels of work readiness, digital literacy, and self-efficacy than high school students. However, no significant difference was found in adaptability. These results highlight the importance of enhancing digital literacy and self-efficacy from secondary education levels to improve Generation Z's readiness for employment.
