Abstract

Karakter dikembangkan melalui tahapan: pengetahuan (knowing), pelaksanaan (acting), dan kebiasaan (habit). Terdapat beberapa tantangan yang menjadi problem utama dalam pengembangan karakter di era global. Penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK) sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Perpres No. 87 Tahun 2017 adalah gerakan pendidikan di sekolah untuk memperkuat karakter peserta didik melalui harmonisasi olah hati (etik), olah rasa (estetik), olah pikir (literasi), dan olah raga (kinestetik) dengan dukungan pelibatan publik dan kerja sama antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat yang merupakan bagian dari gerakan nasional revolusi mental (GNRM). Desain atau metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Jenis penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana data-data yang dipakai adalah data kepustakaan yang informasinya diperoleh dari literatur-literatur yang ada seperti buku, skripsi, jurnal, dan artikel yang berkaitan dengan fokus pembahasan penelitian ini. Nilai utama pendidikan karakter merujuk pada Permendikbut Nomor 146 tahun 2014 tentang kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, serta penerapan dalam Pedoman Penanaman Sikap Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini 2018 sebagai berikut : Regiositas, Nasionalisme, Kemandirian, Gotong Royong, Integritas.AbstractCharacater is developed through stages : knowledge (knowing), Implementation (acting), and habist( habit). There are several challenges that become the main problem in character development in the global era. Strengthening character education (PPK) as refered t in Presidential Regulation No. 87 of 2017 is an educational movement in schools to strengthen student’s character through harmonizing the  (ethics), taste (aesthetics), with the involvement of public, collaboration between schools, families and people who are part of the national movement of mental revolution (GNRM). The design or method used in this study uses library research methods. This type or research uses a qualitative approad where the data used are library data whose information is obtained from existing literatur such as books, skripsi, journals, and articles related to the focus of this research to the fokus of this research discuccion. To fill then global challenges, there are 5 main values of character education referring to the Regulation of Minister of Education and Culture No. 146 of 2014 concerning the 2013 curiculum for Early Childhood Education, as well as the implementation in the Guidelines for Instilling Attitudes in Early Childhood Education 2018 as follows : Regiosity, Nationalism, Independence, Mutual Cooperation, Integrity.

Abstract

Humans are living things whose growth and development are studied by many researchers in the world, one of whom is Erik H. Erikson who produced psychosocial theory. Erikson believes that every stage of human development is a specific psychosocial struggle contributing to personality growth.  It means that the stages of one's life from birth to death are formed by social influences that interact with an organism,thus making it mature physically and psychologically. This type of research  uses a type of library research that is used in the collection of information and data in depth through various literature, books, notes, magazines, other references, as well as relevant previous research results, to get answers and theoretical foundations on problems in Erikson's theory, there are 8 stages of development that develop throughout life where each stage consists of Trustt versus disbelief, Autonomiy versus shame’s and doubt, Initiative versus guilt, Hard work versus inferiority, Identity versus identity confusion, Intimacy versus isolation, Generativity versus stagnation, and Integrity versus despair.

Abstract

Banyaknya kemelut gender yang dialami perempuan tidak menjadi penghalang bagi perempuan untuk tetap berkarya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami eksistensi perempuan Batak Toba ditengah kemelut gender. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif digunakan sebagai metode dalam penelitian ini. Teknik observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen dan focus group discussion, dilakukan agar data dapat terkumpul sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa walaupun di tengah kemelut gender perempuan dapat tetap eksis melakukan peran gandanya yang didasari oleh kebutuhan yang begitu kompleks di era modern. Berbagai persoalan dan kebutuhan di era modern ini menuntut perempuan mampu mengaktualisasikan dirinya secara maksimal. Eksistensi perempuan Batak Toba dapat dilihat dari aspek sosiologis serta sejarah perjalanan kehidupan perempuan di Tapanuli Bahagian Utara. Pada awalnya perempuan Batak Toba hanya mengurusi ruang privat, ruang publik didominasi peran laki-laki, namun seiring dengan perkembangan zaman kini perempuan telah mengurusi dua ruang secara bersamaan.AbstractThe number of gender conflicts experienced by women does not become a barrier for women to keep working. This study aims to understand the existence of Toba Batak women in the midst of a gender crisis. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach is used as a method in this study. Observation techniques, interviews, document studies and focus group discussions are carried out so that data can be collected so that conclusions can be drawn. The results of the study show that even in the midst of gender turmoil, women can still exist to carry out their dual roles based on the complex needs of the modern era. Various problems and needs in this modern era require women to be able to actualize themselves to the fullest. The existence of Toba Batak women can be seen from the sociological aspect as well as the history of the journey of women's lives in North Tapanuli. At first, Toba Batak women only took care of private spaces, public spaces were dominated by men's roles, but along with the development of today's women have taken care of two spaces simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kedekatan orang tua terhadap anaknya yang mempengaruhi perkembangan kecerdasan sosial pada anak-anak pondok pesantren Falahussyabab. Kecerdasan sosial menjadi hal yang sangat penting dikarenakan pada dasarnya manusia harus saling bergantung satu sama lain dan tidak bisa hidup sendiri. Banyak aktivitas manusia yang dilakukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Banyaknya aktifitas sosial yang terjadi dimasyarakat dan semakin sedikitnya kecerdasan sosial yang terjadi. Lemahnya perkembangan kecerdasan sosial pada diri anak pondok pesantren Falahussyabab disebabkan anak memiliki latar belakang dari keluarga broken home. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu santri pondok pesantren Falahussyabab dengan kriteria usia 6-13 tahun yang berjumlah 75 santri. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara. Selanjutnya hasil temuan dari penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa perkembangan kecerdasan sosial anak-anak santri Falahussyabab secara umum disebabkan dari latar belakang keluarga broken home dan kurang kasih sayang dari kedua orang tua.AbstractThis study aims to determine the relationship between the closeness of parents to their children that affect the development of social intelligence in the children of the Falahussyabab Islamic boarding school. Social intelligence is very important because basically humans have to depend on each other and cannot live alone. Many human activities are carried out in daily life. The number of social activities that occur in the community and the less social intelligence that occurs. The weak development of social intelligence in the children of the Falahussyabab Islamic boarding school is due to the child having a background from a broken home family. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were the students of the Falahussyabab Islamic boarding school with the age criteria of 6-13 years, totaling 75 students. Then the data collection technique is using observation techniques, interviews. Furthermore, the findings from this study concluded that the development of social intelligence of Falahussyabab students was generally caused by a broken home family background and lack of affection from both parents.

Abstract

Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) merupakan suatu tindak kejahatan dan merupakan perilaku antisosial yang merugikan seorang anggota atau sejumlah anggota dalam rumah tangga. Baik dari segi fisik, kejiwaan maupun ekonomi. Berbagai macam aspek yang berkaitan dengan KDRT sudah tentu menjadi perhatian yang serius, terlebih kebanyakan yang menjadi korbannya adalah perempuan (istri). Ditetapkannya undang-undang kekerasan dalam rumah tangga merupakan salah satu tindakan perlindungan masyarakat untuk pencegahan tindak pidana KDRT, memperbaiki perbuatan pelaku serta menjaga keamanan dan keharmonisan hubungan keluarga. Namun, dengan adanya undang-undang tidak semata-mata dapat sepenuhnya melindungi korban. Sebab pada situasinya korban enggan melapor pada pihak yang berwajib (polisi), maka dari itu hukum belum sepenuhnya berhasil melindungi korban dari tindak pidana kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengenal problematika tindak pidana kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Indonesia perspektif sosiologi hukum.AbstractDomestic violence as a crime and is an antisocial behavior that harms a member or a number of members in the household in terms of physical, psychological and economic. Various aspects related to domestic violence are of course a serious concern, especially most of the victims are women (wife). The enactment of the law on domestic violence as a community protection for the prevention of domestic violence, improve the perpetrators' acts and maintain security and harmony. However, the existence of a law cannot merely protect victims. Because in the situation the victims are reluctant to report to the authorities (police), therefore the law has not been fully successful in protecting victims from criminal acts of domestic violence. This paper aims to recognize the problematics of domestic violence in Indonesia from the perspective of legal sociology.
