Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of profit, business feasibility and the break even point of paddy field farming in Miau Baru Village Kongbeng District East Kutai Regency. Research time for 4 months, starting from January until April 2017. Determination of respondents done by way of purposive (purpossive), the number of farmers respondents taken in this study for 77 respondents who use the complete fertilization of 514 rice farmers. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, direct interview and literature study. The analysis is profit analysis, feasibility analysis of farming and break event point analysis. The result showed that average production of paddy field was 2,857,714 kg / ha per respondents per planting period, mean while total cost of farmer of respondents average Rp 11.042.746,78 / ha per responden every planting period and profit of rice farming in Desa Miau Baru District Kongbeng East Kutai Regency is Rp. 17,534,396,22 / ha per farmer with R / C value = 2,588 showed that R/C> 1, farming profitable (additional benefit or acceptance greater than additional cost), while from result of analysis of B / C ratio is equal to 1,588 indicates that B/C> 1 means farming is feasible to run. Abstract

The purpose of study to know feasibility effort pendling of seedling oil palm and to know the income. This research conducted from July to September 2009 in C.V Karisma Bangun Tama. The feasibility effort pendling of seedling oil palm at CV.Karisma Bangun Tama can measure with R/C ratio > 2 then the effort hane profit and then we measure with R/C ratio < 2 the effort have loss. With the statement, we can determine because the value in the research using rill value to coast output from the effort pendling and seedling oil palm at CV.Karisma Bangun Tama. The result research indicate the effort pendling and seedling of seedlings oil palm at CV.Krisma Bangun Tama have totally production oil palm seedling while one period cultivation of seedlings (12 mount) is have 110.700 seedlings. The acceptante have Rp.2. 767. 500.000,- and income have Rp. 1. 914.665.000,- so the effort pendling of seedlings oil palm of CV. Karisma Bangun Tama suitable can the operation again, because can we see with the value R/C ratio have the value 3,25. And we can say the effort pendling of seedlings oil palm at CV.Karisma Bangun Tama Company in Bangun Sari Subdistrict, Loa Kulu District, Regency of Kutai Kartanegara can to production again because give a good profit.Keywords :  Feasibility study, Seedling Oil Palm

Abstract

This research is conducted to know the effect of marketing mix to consumer decision in buying of local rice product at traditional market of Penajam Sub-district of North Penajam Paser. Methods of data collection in this study was conducted by Observation, Questionnaire and Interview or interview located at the Traditional Market District Penajam North Penajam Paser Regency. Based on the results of data analysis, F test results show that product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and distribution (X4) simultaneously significantly influence the decision of purchasing local rice in Traditional Market of Penajam Sub-district of North Penajam Paser Regency. The result of t test shows that the price (X2) and the distribution (X4) have a significant effect on the local rice purchase decision. While product (X1) and promotion (X4) have an insignificant effect to decision of purchasing of local rice in Traditional Market of Penajam Sub-Province of Penajam Paser Utara Regency. The contribution of marketing mix factor to local rice purchasing decision in Penajam Sub-district Traditional Market of Penajam Paser Utara Regency is 22.60% and the rest of 77.40% is explained by other variables or factors outside the variables X1, X2, X3, and X4. The price has a dominant effect on the decision to buy. This is indicated by the beta value coefficient value variable 0.284 greater than 0.209 distribution variables, 0.176 products and the lowest is a promotion of 0.026. This means that the better the price offered in accordance with the quality then affects the decision to purchase rice to consumers. Key word :  Mix, Rice, Local, Traditional market

Abstract

Influence Giving Entomopatogen Fungus Beauveria bassiana on Pest Attack Rate and Growth and Production on Tomato Plant (Lycopercicum esculentum Mill). This study aims to determine the effect and dose of Entomopatogen Beef Entomopatogen bassiana to the level of pests and the growth and production of tomato plants (Lycopercicum Esculentum mill.)This research was conducted for 4 months from January to April 2017 located at Jalan Pembagunan Kecamatan Long Mesangat, East Kutai Regency. Using Group Random Design (RAK) consisting of 4 treatments The treatment is: B0 = Control B1 = Beauveria bassiana 2 gr / ltr, B2 = Beauveria bassiana 4 gr / ltr, B3 = Beauveria bassiana 6 gr / ltr. To know the effect of treatment then do the analysis of variance and if there is a real influence then proceed with BNT test level 5%.The results showed that the treatment of fungus beauveria bassiana had a very significant effect on the emphasis of pest attack rate, growth increase, flowering age and production of tomato plants at various observations. Dose 6 grams / liter of water beauveria bassiana is the best treatment in suppressing the level of pest attack 14 HST (15.23%), 28 HST (20.37%), 42 HST (11.84%). Increased number of leaves 14 HST (53.65 strands), 28 HST (89.28 strands), 42 HST (141.46 strands). Acceleration of flowering age 25.33 days. The weight of fruit is 172.5 kg and the production rate is 9.79 tons / ha. Keywords: Fungi Beauveria bassiana, Pest. Tomato
