Abstract

Decision Support System in Selection of the Best Employees at PT. Indra Jaya Swastika Semarang Branch with the Simple Additive Weighting Method. During the past few years many changes occurred that can affect the company’s business continuity. The ability to pursue these challenges is influenced by the company's ability to manage existing resources, especially Human Resources (HR), namely employees. The role of employees is enormous due to their productivity able to exert influence the company’s quality. So, it is necessary to implement employee motivation at PT. Indra Jaya Swastika Semarang Branch by selecting the best employees to see their work performance. This aims to show the employee's attention and appreciation for the employee's work performance. Decision Support System (DSS) is the right system in this case because it is part of a computer-based information system that can support and facilitate decision making. The DSS model used in this study is Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM), one of the methods chosen is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. With predetermined criteria, namely teamwork, attendance, performance, attitude and loyality. Also, this system was developed with PHP and MySQL. Based on the results of calculations, A Zaki Fahmi is the best employee with a score of 0.9893. The selection of the best employees with this method is more practical, fast and accurate.

Abstract

Protection system is a way that can be done to prevent and minimize the occurrence of damage from disturbances that will occur so that the distribution of electrical energy can be detected immediately. Overcurrent relays are equipment used in protection systems and can signal excess current so that they can detect disturbances in the form of short circuits which can result in damage to equipment in the electricity distribution system, especially at distribution substations. Furthermore, in the distribution of electricity, there are frequent disturbances in the feeder, so the continuity of the distribution of electricity must always be maintained. However, these feeders often experience disturbances, causing random events in the electricity distribution system, resulting in a trip to one feeder line with many distribution substations. Therefore, in terms of optimizing the distribution of electricity, an adequate protection system is absolutely necessary to overcome the occurrence of overcurrent. Optimization of the protection system carried out at the Kemuning feeder VBRA substation, namely by knowing the cause of the disturbance, performing network recovery at distribution substations, checking VBRA substations, repairing and setting overcurrent relays at VBRA substations, and conducting field trip tests for overcurrent relays at VBRA substations. So that the results obtained that the overcurrent relay can work properly when there is a disturbance in the form of an overcurrent.

Abstract

The implementation of construction project work is inseparable from a risk, the risk can be detrimental and have an impact on project achievement, as well as the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office Building project. This study aims to determine the risk factors, the level of risk and the dominant risk in the work of the lower structure of the construction project. The data is processed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to obtain the risk weight. The analysis process is in the form of distributing the first questionnaire, namely the relevant test questionnaire and followed up on the second questionnaire, namely the probability x impact questionnaire on time and cost. The analysis results obtained, 34 relevant risks, from the 34 relevant risks, 6 dominant risks and those that impact costs were obtained, these risks were Landslides, Inaccurate soil data, Error in determining point and foundation dimensions, Marking errors, Energy productivity work not as expected, Weak time control system. Therefore, from the results of the analysis it can be concluded that in the implementation of the construction of the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office there are 3 risks, namely the risk of marking errors, the risk of labor productivity not according to estimates and the risk of a weak time control system, which dominantly affects time and cost and has a possible weight. highest occurrence.

Abstract

This research object is a flyover of the Outer West Ring Road (OWRR) Surabaya, with a 50.8m span which will be constructed using precast I-Girder (PCI-Girder). The research concern is applying different prestress design that came from the girder responses into each of inspected objects. The inspected object which are exterior and interior girders will be designed with variation member properties, until we get similar calculated camber. The research will be controlled with range design given by T.Y.Lin and the girder stress governed by SNI 2847:2019. The result of response girder analysis among two object inspected differ about 248,59 kNm. The result of strand analysis for each object are 107 pcs, and 106 pcs. The tendon layout of interior girder getting modified till 75mm. With the specification provided the result of inspected camber calculation are 177,304mm (upward), and 178,459mm (upward) which differ about 1,1545mm. From those we can conclude that camber is similar.

Abstract

Analysis study Single line diagram drawing or what can be called Single Line Diagram analysis, is intended to obtain an updated image at PT GS BATTERY KARAWANG PLANT, previously a Single Line Diagram image of all buildings in PT GS BATTERY KARAWANG PLANT, which was last updated in 2016, while the pictures and tools in the field have changed a lot because the pictures and tools in the field have had a lot of components replaced by employees at the factory. Therefore, do a total update in 2021 by going down to the field and then implementing it into the drawing using the AutoCAD application. Autocad is a software application that functions to assist with computer assistance (CAD) and preparation, both in 2D and 3D formats. Components in the field, namely MCB, MCCB, NFB, etc. Due to the absence of information by employees after making changes, these components have changed a lot in the LVMDP panel box.

Abstract

Indonesian is the third largest country that produced rice in the world with yield result 54,65 billion ton grinding dry grain. Rice is the primary food for people in indonesian. the main problem that can reduce yield result is pest and disease that attack rice plant. the main purpose of this research is build an application expert system based on web with forward chaining and backward chaining methode to help farmers handle pest and disease problem that attack rice plant, forward chaining methode in this application is used to know what kind pest and disease that attack rice plant, and backward chaining methode is used to know what kind of action if pest and disease attack rice plant. the research result is this application can get 88,5% accuration, from the accuration in this application can get declared succed and can be use by farmer.

Abstract

In modern times and advanced technology like today, freight forwarding services or expedition services are in great demand by the people of Indonesia, especially for people who are consumptive and like everything that is easy and practical in meeting the needs of daily life, one of which is the online shopping trend. . With the increase in online shopping, of course, it will affect expedition services, one of which is the accumulation of goods. Due to the large accumulation of goods, we often encounter errors in sorting or classifying goods on expedition services which cause delays in delivery and customer trust. Therefore, an automatic sorting machine is very useful to overcome these problems. By adding a conveyor to the sorting machine, it will certainly simplify the sorting system and also its distribution. By using the on/off control method on the conveyor and proportionally on the sorting system, it will certainly make it easier to operate the sorting machine. A conveyor driven by a 12 V DC motor is sufficient to assist the sorting process with a maximum load of 2 Kg. Then the use of the servo motor type MG996R is the most effective in the sorting process because it is able to sort items that weigh 2 Kg.

Abstract

Dalam proyek sumber daya air, secara keseluruhan perencanaan dan pengendalian anggaran dan waktu adalah bagian dari manajemen proyek sumber daya air. Selain penilaian dari segi kualitas, prestasi suatu proyek dapat pula dinilai dari segi biaya dan waktu. Metode Earned Value merupakan suatu metode yang dapat memonitoring dengan baik pencapaian kinerja suatu proyek dari segi biaya dan waktu. Tujuan penelian ini untuk mengetahui pencapaian kinerja proyek dari segi biaya dan waktu setiap minggunya dan memperkirakan anggaran dan jadwal untuk dapat menyelesaikan sisa pekerjaan proyek sehingga dapat mengambil tindakan atau  langkah apa yang di lakukan selanjutnya untuk kemajuan proyek.  Data yang digunakan dari proyek ini adalah data-data pengendalian proyek berupa kurva S. Dari hasil penelitian pada proyek ini menunjukan bahwa nilai Scheduling Performance Indexs (SPI) 1.36. Sedangkan Cost Performance Indexs (CPI) sebesar 1.36 artinya proyek mengalami percepatan dari segi Schedule.

Abstract

Perencanaan Gedung Majelis Guru SMKN 2 Kec.menggunakan konstruksi beton bertuang dengan mutu beton 25 MPa dan baja tulangan ulir menggunakan mutu beton 420 MPa. Perencanaan gedung ini terdiri dari 3 lantai dengan tinggi tiap lantai 4 meter dengan luas 15x33 meter. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dan pengecekan terhadap dimensi pelat yang sudah direncakan maka didapatkan tebal pelat lantai atap (h) 10 cm, tebal pelat lantai typical (h) 12 cm menggunakan tulangan Ø10, dimensi balok induk 30/60 cm menggunakan tulangan utama D16 ulir dan sengkang menggunakan tulangan Ø10, dimensi balok anak 20/40 cm, dan dimensi kolom 40/40 cm menggunakan tulangan utama D16 ulir dan sengkang menggunakan tulangan Ø10. Pondasi yang digunakan yaitu bored pile kedalaman 12,4 meter. Analisa struktur menggunakan aplikasi SAP2000 v14 dan desain gambar untuk perencanaan gedung ini menggunakan aplikasi Autocad 2007.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan dan Realisai Analisis Varians ini hanya membandingkan waktu Time schedule dengan pekerjaan dilapangan dan mengumpulakn informasi-informasi pekerjaan atau kondisi dilapangan, kemudian membandingkan dengan perencanaan atau dengan cara melihat catatan penggunaan Kurva “S” Rencana dan Kurva “S” Aktual. Metode ini akan memperlihatkan perbedaan antara waktu Pelaksanaan terhadap waktu Realisai. BCWS dapat dihitung dari akumulasi anggaran biaya yang rencanakan untuk pekerjaan dalam periode waktu tertentu. BCWS juga dapat menjadi tolak ukur kinerja waktu dari peleksanaan proyek. BCWS merefleksikan penyerapan biaya renncana secara kumulatif untuk setiap paket-paket pekerjaan berdasarkan urutanya sesuai jadwal yang direncanakan. Actual Cost for Work Perrformed (ACWP). ACWP merupakan representasi dari keseluruhan pengeluaran yang dikeluarkan untuk menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan dalam periode tertentu. ACWP dapat berupa komolatif sampai periode perhitungan kinerja atau jumalah biaya pengeluaran dalam periode waktu tertentu. Budgeted Cost for Work Performed (BCWP). BCWP merupaka nilai yang diterima dari penyelesaian pekerjaan selama periode waktu tertentu. BCWP inilah yang disebut earned value. Dari hasil komulatif minggu ke-28 dapat dari nilai CV sebesar Rp. 6.348.173.329,59 dan CPI = 5,10. Ini menunjukan bahwa dalam Proyek Pembangunan Kantor Cabang BRI Otista Jakarta Timur, biaya yang dikeluarkan dari anggaran. Dengan data ini menunjukan CPI sebesar 5,10 > 1. Untuk hasil dari komulatig minggu ke-28 terlihat bahwa nila dari SV menunjukan sebesar Rp. 899.461.822,38 dan SPI = 1,129. Nilai ini menunjukan bahwa Proyek Pembangunan Kantor Cabang BRI Otista Jakarta Timur, pelaknaan proyek ini lebih cepat dari jadwal yang direncanakan. Dengan data ini menunjukan SPI sebesar 1,129 > 1.
