Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect student interest in entrepreneurship. These factors include Entrepreneurship Class Matter (X1), Training / Courses Entrepreneurship (X2) and demographic factors (X3). The study involved a sample of 115 people, comprising as many as 50 people at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Statistics Mulawarman University, 40 people at the Faculty of ICT Mulawarman University and Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic students on study programs Agricultural of Technology many as 25 people. The respondents were students who take courses in Entrepreneurship academic year 2013/2014. The results of the study indicate factors lecture material (X1), Training / Training Course (X2) and Demographic Factors (X3) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Y) is the interest of students in entrepreneurship, it can be seen by F test at testing the hypothesis that calculated F value of 27.688> F table 2.50, with 0,000 significant smaller than 0.05. Based on the partial test, t value of each variable obtained dominant variables are X1 (Material Class Entrepreneurship) with the largest t value, a smallest level of significant. Shows that the improvements in the lecture material taught by lecturer of entrepreneurship in the form of theory and practice, will be the spirit of students to be self-employed or self-employed can prepare for the future after graduation.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to find out how the effect of financial performance is proxied by ROA and ROE on the firm value which is proxied by Tobin's Q with CSR that is proxied by cost allocation as moderating the plantation sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2013-2016. This research will seek the causes of whether CSR data allocation is able to strengthen or weaken the influence of financial performance on firm value. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and eight companies were selected as samples of plantations with a four-year research period to obtain 32 sample units. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical testing, panel data regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA) using e-views software 9.0 versions. Based on the result of the test, the financial performance variables that are proxied by ROA and ROE partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on firm value. While the MRA showed that CSR weakens the relationship between financial performance and company value. Based on the result that the companies and investors need to pay attention to the composition of financial performance and disclosure of corporate social responsibility, hence the investor is able to minimize the risks that will be borne when investing their capital.

The risks that are categorized as customer facing are supplier risks with Continuity of supply, on time delivery, Knowledge resource and Quality risk categories. While, the Internal facing risks, risks which are associated to buyers including accident and knowledge resource risk categories. The proposed mitigation for improving Supplier performance, a) Coordination with suppliers in the form of sharing information between buyers and suppliers, b) Implementation of Supplier Relationship Management and e-SRM (Electronic-Supplier Relationship Management)
