Abstract

Culture is a medium that has a significant role in introducing and Characterizing the identify of a nation. The Aceh province has a unique culture and diverse. Some cultures that exist today are the result of acculturation between the malay culture, Middle East and Aceh. behind it all, the lack of information about the culture media in Aceh.  Make the public, especially young people have less interest in knowing about the culture. Research methods is modeling UML ( Unified Modeling Language). Abstract

Advances in technology, especially information will help the progress of a company that uses it. Where information can be obtained from anywhere quickly and without knowing the distance. Needs service link between cities/ regions certainly can not be separated as the development of technology where the limitations of the place is not a barrier to be connected. For that we need to create a new system by using a VPN type Site to Site and failover link . configure Site to Site VPN Client on Router device , it will add Router performance that is continuously running the VPN Client-Server function plus more with its main function for connection Internet and local area network (LAN) networks . It is not efficient considering the fast, precise and continuous data exchange. Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) is a network architecture for combining labeling mechanisms in layer 2 with routing in layer 3 to speed up packet delivery. MPLS VPN is used to create a private path from one node to another, and simplify packet routing and optimizing route selection (path) to the destination. MPLS VPN with its labeling mechanism can overcome the above problems . Fa ilover link itself aims to provide availability on the network by performing a backup link if the main link has problems.Keywords: Information, simulation, configuration

Abstract

ABSTRAK -  Kepolisian Daerah Aceh sebagai penegak hukum terus berusaha memberikan pelayanan dan kinerja yang berlandaskan professional, modern, terpercaya, serta pelayanan berbasis IT yang akan di terapkan pada seluruh wilayah sebagai wujud dari pelaksanaan commanderwish dalam mendukung misi peningkatan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap polri, tentu tidak hanya pelayanan terhadap masyrakat tetapi juga mengembangkan sistem untuk pengamanan data dan bukti digital yang terpusat serta pemanfaatan insfrastuktur yang sudah tersedia, di butuhkan sebuah sistem yang menampung berbagai jenis data, sehingga data yang di anggap penting dapat tersimpan dengan baik oleh instansi Kepolisian Daerah Aceh, Cloud Storage adalah bagian dari sistem Cloud Computing,Cloud Storage sendiri merupakan media penyimpanan yang dalam pengaksesannya memerlukan jaringan internet.Cloud Storage memiliki keunggulan dalam hal skalabilitas dan penggunaan penyimpanan yang dapat di sesuaikan dari sisi pengguna itu sendiri, selain itu dari sisi adminitrasi IT di karenakan terpusat pada server, dengan adanya aplikasi Cloud Storage & Mobile Cloud Storage untuk Kepolisian Daerah Aceh diharapkan dapat membantu anggota dalam melaksanakan tugas sebagai aparat negara yang memberikan perlindungan pengayoman dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Polri, Kepolisian Daerah Aceh, Cloud Storage, Penyimpanan

Abstract

Plagiarism is the act of intentionally or unintentionally in obtaining or trying to obtain credit or value to scientific work., citing part or all of the work / or scientific work of others who are recognized as scientific works, co without stating the source appropriately and adequately. Problem of plagiarism has become a phenomenom that is being discussed in academic forums. Based on a variety of information about the practice of plagiarism is increasingly disturbing, this study conducted at the Ubudiyah University Indonesia (UUI). This system will implemented the detection system plagiarism that will be creating using a document apllied method of vector space model to analyze similarities in document displayed on the web browser. Input on this system is a document in the form of text format whith the extention test performed on real data that is usig data documents with vector space  model algorithm value is above 85% to 100% for high level document. As for a document with a low degree of similarity values below 50%.Keyword : plagiarism, vector space model, similarity

Abstract

ABSTRAK Portal informasi pada sebuah universitas mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting bagi para mahasiswa, dosen serta staff universitas maupun yang lainnya. Kebutuhan informasi sekarang ini menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang tidak bisa diremehkan terutama di dunia pendidikan, bagi kalangan mahasiswa informasi harus cepat dan akurat agar tidak ketinggalan sesuatu hal. Penyampaian informasi kepada mahasiswa pada Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia sekarang ini hanya bisa diakses melalui website, grup facebook, dan sms gateway. Penggunaan website dan grup facebook dalam memberikan pelayanan informasi masih memiliki kekurangan dalam pelaksanaanya, berdasarkan data dari Direktorat Administrasi Akademik (DAA) bahwasanya masih banyak mahasiswa yang ketinggalan informasi karena tidak adanya notifikasi khusus yang bersifat portable kepada mahasiswa. Selain itu Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia juga memiliki smartphone khusus berbasis Android yang merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang ada. Fasilitas ini sangat mendukung karena Android bersifat portable dan mudah digunakan. Faktor inilah yang menjadikan penulis membangun aplikasi portal informasi berbasis android. Untuk mendukung penelitian ini maka pengambilan data dilakukan di Direktorat Administrasi Akademik selaku bidang yang membawahi pendistribusian informasi seputar perkuliahan. Aplikasi ini dibentuk diatas bahasa JAVA sebagai algoritma dan struktur data serta bahasa pemograman XML sebagai bahasa yang membentuk interface dari aplikasi. Notifikasi yang dikirimkan langsung ke smartphone Android menggunakan layanan Firebase Cloud Messaging.  Kata kunci : Android, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Java, Portal Informasi, Web Service

Abstract

kecelakaan lalulintas menjadi penyebab kematian ketiga di negara Indonesia. Banda Aceh khususnya jumlah tingkat kecelkaan dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2017 berjumlah 551 terbagi atas luka berat, luka ringan dan meninggal dunia. Hal ini terjadi dikarenakan masih banyak masyarakat kota Banda Aceh tidak mengetahui daerah- daerah yang rawan kecelakaan sehingga fokus kehati-hatian pengendara pada daerah tersebut tidaklah menjadi sesuatu yang diperhatikan dan hal ini dukung dengan belum adanya informasi secara online atau digital dari pihak dinas terkait yaitu dinas Perhubungan  dan  Kepolisian.  Guna  mengatasi  permasalahan  tersebut  dibutuhkan sebuah sitem pemetaaa daerah rawan kecelakaan khusus kota Banda Aceh berbasis web, shingga masyarakat dapat melihat daerah-daerah rawan kecelakan yang ada pada kota Banda  Aceh.  Hal  ini  dapat  membantu  dinas  terkait  dalam  penyampaian  informasi kepada masyarakat terkait lokasi rawran kecelakaan.  Kata Kunci: Rawan Kecelakaan, Sistem Informasi Geografis, Pemetaan, Web.

Abstract

Design of Mikrotik-Based Hotspot Server Network In School Building SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh aims to manage existing network connections with the Router. For Router management to fit the growing needs in an agency, need to be done by coding / script is quite complicated. SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh is an institution of educational unit. In the process of its development, especially in the field of Internet network requires adequate configuration. Without leaving the security system. By using Mikrotik RouterOSTM we can set router configuration by using Graphic User Interface (GUI) through Winbox facility so it is more User friendly. In addition Mikrotik also has facilities Bandwidth management and firewall that all that we can set in accordance with the needs on the computer network. The system development method that I use in developing this journal is Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method as it is in accordance with the subject of continuous computer network configuration which includes Analysis, Design, Simulation Prototype, Implementation, Monitoring and Management. Based on the monitoring produced, the configuration of the author Mikrotik do already meet the existing needs.Keywords: Mikrotik Router OS, Network Management, NDLC

Abstract

Sistem penyalaan lampu pada saat ini biasanya dilakukan secara manual yaitu menggunakan saklar listrik sebagai pengontrol untuk menghidupkan dan mematikan lampu namun permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah saat seseorang meninggalkan rumah dengan kondisi lampu yang belum dimatikan. Pada kondisi tertentu  akan  terjadi  pemborosan  energi.  Selain  itu,  kondisi  tersebut  juga berpotensi terhadap kemungkinan terjadinya arus pendek yang dapat memicu kebakaran rumah. Maka oleh sebab itu  solusi yang diperlukan adalah  sebuah sistem kontrol yang dapat mengatur nyala lampu dari jarak jauh. Penelitian ini menghasilkan  perancangan  prototipe  sistem  pengendalian  nyala  lampu  secara jarak jauh untuk menanggulangi pemborosan energi saat lampu lupa dimatikan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengendalikan nyala lampu secara jarak jauh saat pemilik rumah meninggalkan rumah dalam keadaan kosong. Kata Kunci: Mikrokontroler, Wireless, Arduino Uno.

Abstract

The use of experiment is a skill that is essential for practitioners and professionals whose sole purpose is to provide guidance for product developers to improve the ease o the f use of their products. Not that the science of testing is the only ability that must be owned by a professional, but knowledge about this very important. In addition, the use of experiment is a research tool, with its roots in the classical experimental methodologies. The range of tests that can be done fairly large, classic experiments with a large sample size and design of complex test or qualitative studies are very informal with only a single participant. Each testing approaches have different goals, and different time and resource requirements.Keyword: Usability, experiment, testing, research, design, requirement.

Abstract

Expert System Application Design To Detect Disease Based on Android Based Blood Group Using Backward Chaining Method Expert system application design to detect disease based on android based blood group using bakcward chaining method has been successfully done. This expert system application is designed to generate information, so that people can understand the various diseases based on blood type and can make early prevention of the disease and can be used anytime so it is more efficient with time. The design of this expert system application consists of several software that is used, such as: Android Studio that works for android application development. Java serves as a java programming language used in a designed application, and PostgreSQL Database as a means of storing data in the server computer. The test results that have been done on expert system application to detect disease based on android based blood group using bakcward chaining method is expert system application program can solve the problem that can display the diagnosis result quickly and precisely based on the symptoms entered by User.Keywords: Expert System, Android, Backward Chaining, Blood type
