Abstract

This study aims to build a speaker recognition system using the Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) algorithm and Hidden Markov Models (HMM). Speech signals from each speaker were recorded using Indonesian words "kiri" and recorded 10 times. Five (5) data from the first record were recorded under normal conditions and the next 5 data were sourced from the nasal sounds produced by a pressed nose. The total data from 6 different speakers becomes 60 data The results of the application of the Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) algorithm and the Hidden Markov Models (HMM) algorithm and the number of states tested 4 to 7 states, in this study have not provided optimal results. The identification of error rates is quite high, which is equal to 20% for the number of states 4 and 5, and reaches 30% for the number of states 6 and 7. This shows that the feature vector values generated from the DWT algorithm and then modeled and tested using the HMM algorithm has not optimal results yet. Further evaluation is needed to examine the opportunities of other algorithms that can be applied in DWT and to achieve high recognition accuracy

Abstract

In this research is where to find out the performance of information technology IT at the University of Balikpapan. Measurement using a four (4) in the framework of the Balance Score Card IT Business/Customer Contribution, User Orientation, Operational Excellence and Future Orientation. The research results obtained that the aspects of Future Orientation (FO) effect on performance of IT on University of Balikpapan, Excellent Operational effect on the performance of IT on University of Balikpapan, User Orientation has no effect against The performance of IT on University of Balikpapan And Customer Contribution does not affect the performance of IT on University of Balikpapan

Abstract

Pelatihan dan evaluasi yang diberikan, memberi data kepada masyarakat bahwa sebahagianbesar siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar mampu mengoperasikan smartphone dengan baik,namun kurang pengetahuan tentang alat yang mereka operasikan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di 4sekolah dasar negeri yang berada di Kelurahan Baru Ulu Balikpapan Barat, Kota Balikpapan,adapun jumlah partisipan/siswa yang menjadi peserta pelatihan 227 siswa yang duduk dikelas enam. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan dan sosialisasi memberikan data bahwa, sebelumkegiatan dilaksanakan hanya terdapat kurang dari 5 % jumlah siswa kelas 6 tingkat sekolahdasar yang memiliki pengetahuan lebih tentang teknologi informasi. Setelah kegiatandiperoleh nilai hasil evaluasi di atas 75% jumlah siswa yang mampu menyerap danmenjelaskan kembali tentang materi yang diberikan.

Abstract

Fossil fuels are depleting renewable energy needs. For that alternative energy is required i.e. wind energy. Wind energy can be designed into a wind power plant (PLT). PLT Wind planned office building of PT. Altrak 1978 is to supply 10% of the total load of the burden of office building of PT. Altrak 1978. This research begins with collecting and processing data on wind speed derived from Agency for meteorology, climatology and Geophysics (BMKG), NASA satellite and data processing of the anemometer so that it brings the potential of wind in the building Office PT Altrak 1978. With the potential of wind in the office building of PT. Altrak 1978 then selected a suitable wind turbines applied in the office building of PT. Altrak 1978 i.e. vertical wind turbines. To supply 10% load then determined a number of wind turbine FIRED POWER STATION components 854, batteries a number of 196, 854, 1 rectifier inverters with a capacity of 28kW. Based on the feasibility Based on the results of the economic analysis of the feasibility of the Discounted payback period (DPP) in the year to 21 obtained is negative (-), namely in the amount of Rp. 8,277,522,168.86 is not equal to the costs of his investment. Net Present Value (NPV) obtained-Rp. 17,367,942,738.86 (< 0) and the Profitability Index (PI) obtained-1.91.

Abstract

Abstract-Medium voltage network is one of the distribution ofelectricity from generators to the consumer. The voltage will beseparated to each feeder for its distribution. If the rate of consumerneeds is higher, PLN demanded to add new feeder. Electric powerdistribution requires reliability in maintaining the distributionequipment from fault, including short circuit. So, to minimize thefault, protection system that meets the requirements of sensitivity,reliability, selectivity and speed, which is all depends on theprecision in setting protection equipment One of the protectivedevices that used in medium voltage network is an over currentrelay (OCR) and ground fault relay(GFR). This research discussesevaluation between the OCR and GFR setting, at the J.3 in KarangJoang substation. The comparisonresult between calculation andattached data in Karang Joang substation almost same. Thecalculation from OCR setting in incoming side acquired TMS =0,1955. Meanwhile the OCR setting in outgoing side acquired TMS=0,1294. GFR setting in incoming side acquired TMS 0,2807.Meanwhile GFR setting in outgoing side acquired TMS = 0,1102.This result showed that attached setting in Karang Joang Substationstill considered in good condition.

Abstract

Abstract— The latest technological advances to minimize the cost of highly advanced, especially in the field of communication Such as on RFID, sensor network (WSN), NFC, wireless communication / wireless network, And other supporting applications. Wireless networks become one of the more convenient and practical communication path in maintenance both in industry and end users. In this research, an existing campus wireless network will be used for the transmission of electronic device control. Remote control and monitor of electronic devices in the campus wireless area becomes easier and convenient with android based application interface. Intisari— Kemajuan teknologi terbaru untuk meminimalkan biaya sangat maju pesat terutama dalam bidang komunikasi seperti pada RFID, jaringan sensor (WSN), NFC, komunikasi nirkabel/jaringan wireless, dan aplikasi pendukung lainnya. Jaringan wireless menjadi salah satu jalur komunikasi yang lebih praktis dan mudah dalam perawatan baik dalam dunia industri maupun end users. Abstract

Abstract-The charging system is part of the electricity in the machine, in the fuel refueling system for full load conditions as well as must. In doing the Overhoul Alternator must be ascertained the condition of the components such as Stator, Rotor and Diode Rectifier in good condition. A good Stator and Rotor have a 35 Ohm coil Resistance and a minimum resistance of 0.5 Mohm.. In performing Test Load Alternator, to get a good test results required data varying each 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the capacitance of each alternator. Test Load process using DURST TB-1900A. Varitive loading is seen from the large Alternator output current in which every Alternator load must have a stable output voltage of 27.5 Volts - 28.5 Volts.From test load Alternator results obtained that Alternator with capacity 35 A and 100 A in good condition while for Alternator with the capacity 60 A is not in good condition.

Abstract

Abstract— The wireless sensor network system is applied to themonitoring system of street light. There are several parameter thatmonitored such as electric current, voltage, GPS map coordinate,Lux, and status off on and of of the light. The node sensor thatcontain of Arduino Mega 2560, ACS712ELCTR-20A-T currentsensor, ZMPT101B voltage sensor, TSL2561 light sensor, GPSNEO6MV2 module, TFT display and SIM900A GSM module. GSMModule SIM900A is as a communication tool between sensor nodedevices with web monitoring application.The monitoring system of street light parameter status isdesign to sned the reading parameter data such as electrical current,voltage, Lux and GPS coordinate map and then send to the web database on the web server. The data that recorded on the web serverthan can be view through the web application without locationrestriction as long as internet connection is available. Theapplication also can control to turn on and off the light. Intisari— Jaringan sensor nirkabel yang diaplikasikan pada sistemmonitoring berupa parameter cahaya, arus listrik, tegangan listrik,peta koordinat dan indikasi status hidup dan mati lampu. Perangkatyang digunakan dalam sistem ini adalah titik sensor (sensor node)danaplikasi pengawasan dengan web (web monitoring). Rancangansensor node menggunakan perangkat berupa Arduino Mega 2560,sensor arus ACS712ELCTR-20A-T, sensor tegangan ZMPT101B,sensor cahaya TSL2561, modul GPSNEO 6MV2, TFT display danmodul GSM SIM900A. Modul GSM SIM900A digunakan sebagaialat komunikasi antara perangkat sensor node dengan aplikasi webmonitoring.Sistem monitoring status lampu penerangan jalan umum yangdirancang mampu melalukan pembacaan parameter arus listrik,tegangan listrik, intensitas cahaya (Lux), dan peta koordinat GPS.Data parameter yang dibaca selanjutnya dikirim ke dalam basis datadi web server melalui jaringan komunikasi GSM. Data yang telahdirekam di dalam web server tersebut dapat dilihat pada sebuahaplikasi web sehingga user dapat memonitor dengan mudah tanpabatasan lokasi selama terdapat koneksi internet. Aplikasi web yangdibangun juga dirancang mampu mengontrol hidup dan mati titiklampu yang dimonitor.

Abstract

Abstract— At this time many accidents in infants inincubators tube, which causes the baby has been overheated, skinburns baby until the baby died. This incident occurred because of thenegligence of the hospital employees and the absence of anotification or an application interface that tells that the temperatureon the tube incubator in bad condition.Therefore we need a device that can measure thetemperature and humidity data and transmit it whenever the observerwant to take the data and can store data in a form of a report (datareport) by utilizing the application interface.Based on that, the authors intend to create a tool to detectthe temperature and humidity in the incubator space under the titleMonitoring Temperature and humidity in the baby incubator space.This tool is used to detect the temperature and humidity in the babyincubator space, temperature and humidity sensors on the baby'sincubator space will also help the workforce (human) in carrying outits duties.

Abstract

Radar (Radio Detection and Ranging) merupakan suatu alat pendeteksi objek yang prinsip kerjanya menghasilkan sinyal energi elektromagnetik dari Transmitter dan dipancarkan oleh antenna ke atmosfer kemudian sinyal echo kembali ke antenna, selanjutnya diproses oleh receiver menjadi sebuah data di console display berupa (jarak, azimuth, heading dan kecepatan). Radar Plessey AR 325 Commander merupakan radar militer untuk pertahanan udara buatan Inggris memperkuat TNI AU dalam menjaga kedaulatan NKRI sejak tahun 1990. Dengan usia yang hampir 29 tahun sangatlah perlu inovasi dalam analisa kerusakan dan perbaikan yang cepat dan tepat. Salah satunya adalah sistem Transmitter Radar Plessey AR 325 Commander sebagai pengolah dan pemproses sinyal energi elektromagnetik. Dengan alasan tersebut maka dirancang sebuah sistem Pakar menggunakan metode forward chaining atau runut maju menggunakan Visual Basic 2010. Metode runut maju bekerja dengan cara menentukan indikator Lampu LED BITE yang mati (Trip) pada TCU kemudian akan dijabarkan langkah – langkah kerja analisa kerusakan sampai ditemukan hasil diagnosa akhir kerusakan yang menjadi penyebab kerusakan Transmitter tersebut. Kata Kunci— Radar, Plessey AR 325 Commander, Transmitter, Sistem Pakar, forward chaining.
