Abstract

Vygotsky learning theory is a view that can accommodate sociocultural-revolution in the theory of learning. Vygotsky theory learning is one of the social learning theories so that it is very suitable for cooperative learning model because in cooperative learning model occurs social interactive, namely interaction between students and students and between students With the teacher, in an effort to discover concepts and problem solving. During this interaction process there is cognitive apprenticeship, which is the process by which one who is learning step by step gaining expertise through interactions with experts. Vygotsky's theory assumes that learning occurs when children work or learn to handle unlearned tasks but those tasks are still within reach of their abilities, or those tasks are in the zone of proximal Development. Zone of proximal development is a slight development of students ' capabilities over their own capabilities. Vygotsky emphasizes scaffolding, which is to provide full assistance to the child in the early stages of learning which is then gradually reduced and gives the child the opportunity to take over the greater responsibility immediately After he can do it.Keywords:  Scaffolding Process, Zone of Proximal Development, Vygotsky learning theory

Abstract

Lontar texts that exist in Bali, mostly contain teachings imbued by Hinduism. Throwing as a legacy of ancestors is an important document that contains the concepts of ethical and moral guidance, reference to the order of life in accordance with the norms of the teachings of Hinduism. The texts of cultural heritage also contain various concepts of ancestral thought that are used as guidelines to guide behavior in society.Based on the Lontar Tutur Kumara Tattwa, several important things were obtained as a result of the study as described below. In the intrinsic study/content Lontar Tutur Kumara Tattwa discussed about: matters of life and self-control, about Lord Shiva as Istadewata, about sorga and kamoksan, and about Bhatara Siwa, Bhatara Kumara, and Liberation. In a study of Hindu teachings in the Lontar Tutur Kumara tattwa found several things: the teachings of tattwam asi, the teachings of the tri parisudha and karma phala, the teachings of Dasa Nyama Brata, and the Teachings of Dasa yama Bratha.Lontar Tutur Kumara Tattwa, needs to be further studied applicatively in other fields, both philosophically, pedagogically, and other fields. Related to this, the government; both the central and regional governments should pay special attention to the local wisdom of the Balinese region, which holds many lontar as an ancestral heritage that has a virtue value that can be used to improve human resources. Keywords: Lontar Tutur Kumara Tattwa, Intrinsic Study, Hindu Teachings

Abstract

Learning outcomes largely determined by the learning process. A learning process that planned and implemented well will have an impact on achieving optimal learning outcomes. This paper reviews the effectiveness of the use of presentation techniques and practicum in learning (lectures) courses in Hindu Religious Events. The learning outcomes achieved by students classified as very good. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the implementation of HOTS-based learning can improve the analysis skills of Elementary School Teacher Education students in Social Sciences Learning Subjects. This study uses an experimental study using a one group pretest-posttest research design. This type of research is a quasi experimental research with one group pretest posttest design. This study does not use a comparison class but has used a preliminary test so the effectiveness or effect of HOTS-based learning can be known with certainty. The results of this study indicate that the application of hots-based learning can improve the ability of social science learning analysis in students of elementary school teacher education at PGRI STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja. metacognitive, and creative thinking which is a higher order thinking ability. HOTS-based learning or high-level thinking ability is an ability to think that not only requires the ability to remember, but also requires other higher abilities, such as the ability to think creatively and critically so that students already have these abilities can analyze a problem in a Social Sciences course . Keywords: Higher Order Thinking Skills, Social Science Learning, Elementary

Abstract

With the development of advances in science and technology (Science and Technology) brings positive and negative influences on human mindset, especially on the world of education. Strengthening character education (PPK) aims to: (1) build and equip students as the golden generation of Indonesia in 2045 to face the dynamics of change in the future, (2) develop a national education platform that places character education as the main soul by paying attention to the diversity of Indonesian culture , and (3) revitalizing and strengthening the potential and competence of the education ecosystem.               In terms of providing reinforcement for character education, a strong foundation must be found to build aspects of character strengthening such as: (1) religious, (2) Nationalist, (3) Independent, (4) integrity and mutual cooperation. In Hindu teaching, one of the concepts of the teaching that has been recognized by the world in achieving the five aspects of KDP above is the teaching or tradition of tri hita karana, as a form of local wisdom guided by Hindus in social, religious, national and state life. Key Word: Strengthening, Character Education, and tri hita karana

Abstract

Tackling environmental damage is not solely the responsibility of the government, but also educational institutions. Educational institutions must be able to facilitate the formation of students to become future successors of the nation who are able to apply the principles of sustainability and ethics in the environment from an early age. One of the policies that have been taken by the government to overcome these problems is environmental education. To be able to integrate environmental education in kindergarten, proper management of indoor and outdoor learning environments is needed. One model of education that can be applied to integrate environmental education in kindergarten is through education oriented to the values ??of Tri Hita Karana (THK). Based on these problems, this research was conducted with the aim to describe the management of a learning environment based on Tri Hita Karana in Eka Dharma Kindergarten as an effort to integrate environmental education. This research is classified as qualitative research with data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the management model of indoor and outdoor learning environments which are oriented towards THK values ??in Kindergarten Eka Dharma Singaraja can be applied to integrate environmental education. Through the THK concept which contains values ??such as: (1) nature conservation, (2) environmental preservation, (3) maintaining cleanliness, and (4) caring for plants can certainly foster student awareness in kindergarten about the importance of protecting the environment so that they can play an active role in environmental conservation and safety efforts.Keywords: Education, Environment, Tri Hita Karana

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency becomes a matter of concern and more attention because as a child develops, it is natural for a teenager to commit a delinquency. As long as delinquency is still at a reasonable level. Therefore the role of parents in educating a child let alone adolescents is very necessary instilling values, and norms given early can affect attitudes, mental behavior of a child to be able to sort out which things need to be emulated, and which things are not worth emulating. Tri Kaya Parisudha which is the focus of this discussion is one of the Hindu Teachings to do good (subha karma). Etymologically Tri Kaya Parisudha (Sanskrit) from the word Tri means three. Kaya means actions / behavior and pansudha means (very) purified. Hierarchically starts from good thoughts and righteous words and deeds will flow.

Abstract

The effort to get quality national education quality requires professional teachers. Building professionalism of teachers is not easy, but it requires special conditions and treatment as well as an ongoing process. As an educational paradigm developer centered on learning, the qualifications and competence of teachers as experts in the position of experts must be one of the main focuses. Teacher positions are professional positions, where a professional position must be supported by professionals who have expertise in their fields. Professionalism must be proven by achieving qualifications, assigning expertise and competence in their fields. Professional teachers are teachers who have the qualifications (Bachelor Degree or Associate's Degree) in the study being taught, and have competence as learning agents. The government has recognized the professionalism of teachers, through the teacher certification program. All teachers must have an educator certificate as a teaching efficiency. Abstract

The learning process is said to be successful if students get maximum results. Maximum results depend on the extent to which students' interests and motivations are encouraged to take part in learning. Interest and motivation can be grown by several factors, one of which is learning media. Learning media are said to be able to attract students 'learning interest because learning media can attract students' attention, activate students in learning activities, and can concrete abstracts.
