Abstract

Snakehead fish is one kind of fresh water fish which found in swamp, rivers and lakes.  Snakehead fish obtained from fishing and cultivation.  Snakehead fish contains high protein especially as albumin source for beneficial healthy.  This study was aimed to determine edible portion and chemical composition of snakehead fish on three groups size (weight)  of snakehead fish from pond cultivation. Snakehead fish were divided in to three groups by weight size : B group (801-1100 gr), S group (501-800 gr), K group (200-500 gr).  Procedure was carried out by measurement of fish body and proximate analysis.   The result showed the highest edible portion was found on B group and lowest edible portion in K group.  The highest water content found on K group were 78.63% and the lowest on S group were 77.17%.The highest protein content found on B group were 18.12% and the lowest on S group were 17.14%.  The highest fat content found on S group were 2.43% and the lowest on K group were 2.05%.  The highest carbohydrate found on B group were 0.91% and the lowest on K group were 0.72%.  The highest ash content found on S group were 1.79% and the lowest ash content on K group were 1.36%.

Abstract

The research about the effect of applications biofertilizer and mycorhiza to intensity attack of bacterial wilt disease, growth, and yield of tomato was conducted in trial garden of Agriculture Faculty Lambung Mangkurat University from November 2015 until February 2016. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design with one factor, four treatments (no treatment (control), biofertilizer, mycorhiza, and biofertilizer + mycorhiza), and five replications.  The results of experiment were compared to control showed that the applications of biofertilizer + mycorhiza could reduce intensity attack of bacterial wilt disease by 29.20%, flowering time was 10 days faster , and fresh weight of fruit was 122 g heavier. The increasing of plant height and stem number did not affected by all treatments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian berbagai tingkat chasey nut shell liquid (CNSL) terhadap mortalitas Tribolium castaneum pada dedak padi. Penelitian dilakukan secara ekperimental menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan lima macam perlakuan konsentrasi pemberian CNSL, yaitu R1 = 10%  R2 = 10%, R3 = 20%, R4 = 30%, R5, = 40%. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak empat kali. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi pemberian CNSL berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap mortalitas Tribolium castaneum dan susut dedak padi, dengan konsentrasi 40% menghasilkan mortalitas tertinggi.  Hubungan antara jumlah Tribolium castaneum dengan susut dedak padi membentuk persamaan regresi Y = 0,0013X+0,1695 dengan nilai R2 = 0,5701, sedangan antara jumlah Tribolium castaneum dan susut dedak padi memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan nilai r = 0,76. Kesimpulan, penggunaan CNSL menyebabkan mortalitas pada Tribolium castaneumKata kunci :  chasey nut shell liquid, dedak padi, mortalitas, Tribolium castaneum

Abstract

              The purpose of this study were (1).find out view of  eggplant cultivation farms, (2) Using labor in the family, (3). real costs, revenues, and earnings, (4) .kontribusi family workers against eggplant farm income in the Village of Runway North Ulin. Research using survey method with observation technique. Sampling method using census method, growers example 25 farmers. The research result is the production of an average of 1453.28 kg with an average land area of 4.48 borong or converted into 12.11 tonnes per hectare. Outpouring of labor within the family at this eggplant farming an average of 86.11 percent. Explicit costs an average of Rp. 619,134.00 / respondent (Rp. 60,079,794.79 / ha), receiving an average of Rp. 3,963,520.00 / respondent (Rp. 33,029,333.33 / ha), and the average income of Rp. 3,344,386.00 / respondent (Rp. 27,869,883.33 / ha). The amount of the contribution of labor in average family farm income against eggplants amounted to 27.86%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the revenue,the eksplicit cost and the income of Soya Bean Anjosmoro variety farming. This research was conducted in October to December 2014 at Kunyit Village Bajuin Sub District ,Tanah Laut District . The sensus metode used was by observing 6 farmers in Bajuin Village who planted variety anjosmoro . The Average result of the revenue is Rp. 15.264.000,00 farmer-1, the average explicit cost is Rp.10.196.495,67 farmer-1, and the average income is Rp 5.067.504,33 farmer-1 or Rp,- 4.445.179,24  ha-1.  From  this result of development of farming kedelai variety anjosmoro we believe that it has good prospect and revenue,tecnically and economically.

Abstract

General waters of Central Kalimantan with an area of around 2.29 million Ha is a habitat for freshwater fish, both of which have important economic value and ecological value. Diversity of fish species is a potential for fisheries production both as consumption fish, fish traded between regions and ornamental fish. Based on the latest data, there are 267 species of fish in the public waters of Central Kalimantan and 92 species of which are included in the category of ornamental fish species (Central Kalimantan Marine and Fisheries Service, 2010). Batu Lake is located in Sigi Village, Kahayan Tengah District, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The area of the lake is approximately 12 km2, around the lake there are rafts and settlements, the distance from the capital city of Kahayan Tengah Subdistrict (bukit rawi + 3 km where the lake slightly enters, through a small road. The distance to the lake is about 250 m from the road) province, the condition of the lake is still natural and only used by residents of Tuwung as a place to find livelihoods (looking for fish and other river products) as well as a means of transportation to certain areas in foodplain waters such as the Lake Batu high water fluctuations (volume of water) in a year is very large. Ruaya fish means adjustment, confidence in conditions that benefit existence and for the reproduction of species with active and sometimes passive movements from one place to another. Effendi (1997) groups the family in the interests of spawning, ruaya to enlargement and food areas and refugee homes to avoid da ri place that is in a bad condition. This research is an effort to introduce the potential of freshwater natural resources in the Lake Batu District of Pulang Pisau in the form of ornamental fish. The inventory activity will provide information about potential types of ornamental fish with all the values of their superiority or attraction so that they can become superior commodities. This research was carried out in Batu Lake (2º 08'23.26 "S 113º 57.11'11.97" E) in Sigi Village, Kahayan Tengah District, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Collection is done by exploring primary and secondary data about the characteristics of biology, water quality. Water quality measurements are carried out directly in the location to obtain primary data, while secondary data is carried out through interviews with the community. The data obtained is then analyzed and explained in qualitative and quantitative descriptive so that it can provide representative information for the development of ornamental fish. Abstract

The research was conducted of three moon, start in November 2015-January 2016. Location the research in Soekarno-Hatta Road, North Sangata District, East Kutai Regency. The research aimed is determine the yield brocolli plant with botanical pesticides variety in suppress pests attack, determine the frecuention and intencity pests attack on brocolli plant with botanical pesticides variety, and determine the best botanical pesticides type in suppress pests on brocolli plant. The research methode using a Randomized Block Design non factorial with 4 level treatments was used 6 replication. The treatments levels botanical pesticides (A), is namely A0 = without botanical pesticides (control), A1 = botanical pesticides areca nuts extract 40 cc/liter water, A2 = botanical pesticides lemongrass leaves extract 40 cc/liter water, and A3 = botanical pesticides tuba root extrac 40 cc/liter water. The research results showed that, the best treatments at gives botanical pesticides areca nuts extract 40 cc/liter water fresh weight brocolli flowers 0,63 kg, attack frecuention pests 32,48-29,08%, and attack intencity pest 16,16-15,32%.

Abstract

The reaserch was conducted in Bentok Darat village,Bati-Bati district,for sampling the farmers were taken by purpose namely that seck klon pb 260 as much as 16 farmers. Outpouring of labor in the family bigger role that 77,13 % out family that much 22,87 %.The index value in labour productivity of Rp 93.482,58 higher than the wage rate of Rp 40.000,.while for the value of land productivity of 5,8 ton/ha.

Abstract

Ratoon paddy is one alternative that can be developed by farmers as the plant after the first rice harvest. Ratun rice is chicks of rice that grow back after the main rice was harvest. Utilization of ratoon paddy aims to increase the productivity of paddy for  a growing season. The giving of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) can be improve the physical, chemical and biological of soil, help improve crop production, increase product quality of plants. LOF can provide the nutrient needs of the plants on land, because its liquid so if there is overcapacity of fertilizer on the ground then the plant  itselfwill be easy to regulate the absorption of fertilizer composition is needed. This  research aims at (i) to know how the giving of various concentrations of LOF to growth and yield of the ratoon paddy, (ii) to get the best concentrations of  LOF  to growth and yield of the ratoon paddy. This research was carried out in Wawai Village of Batang Alai Selatan District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency in March - June 2016, using Randomized Group Design (RGD), with 4 treatments and 6 repeat with 4 plants as the sample so that there are 96 plants were observed. The factors tested are  the concentration of the LOF there are p0 = without LOF, p1 = 3 mℓ / ℓ water, p2 = 6 mℓ / ℓ water, p3 = 9 mℓ / ℓ water. The results of this study show that treatment of the concentration LOF has very real influence for high plant at the age of 10, 20 and 30 Day After Spray Treatment (DAST), number of leaves at the age of  10, 20 and 30 DAST, number of chicks at the age of 10, 20 and 30 DAST, number of panicles, weight of grains, and number of grains. The best treatment is p3 with a concentration of 9 mℓ / ℓ water.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sistem bagi hasil, tingkat pendapatan dan efisiensi usahatani berbasis komoditi di Desa Erelembang Kecamatan Tombolopao Kabupaten Gowa.            Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petani yang melakukan bagi hasil berbasis komoditi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, analisis pendapatan, dengan rumus I = TR – TC dan analisis R/C ratio.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa sistem bagi hasil berbasis komoditi di Desa Erelembang yaitu sistem bagi tiga atau 3 : 1 dan sistem bagi dua atau 2 : 1. Tingkat pendapatan petani pemilik lebih besar daripada pendapatan petani penggarap dan usahatani berbasis komoditi di lokasi penelitian termasuk efisien
