Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based medical record information system for the Independent Midwifery Practice (PMB) Euis Tita Kartika, in order to improve the efficiency of patient data recording and medical records. The system is built using the Agile methodology, specifically the Scrum framework, which enables iterative system development and responsiveness to changing needs. This study identifies various issues in manual medical record keeping, such as recording errors, inaccurate data, and the risk of data loss. The results of the study show that the developed medical record information system can increase data retrieval speed, reduce recording errors, and facilitate medical data access for staff and midwives. The system includes features such as multi-user login, patient data management, medical record keeping, and user data management, which can be accessed by various roles according to needs. The implementation of this system is expected to support the improvement of healthcare services at PMB Euis Tita Kartika and minimize issues related to manual medical record keeping.

Abstract

This study examines the performance of the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method for classifying applicant data in data-driven job fair activities. The challenges faced include managing large volumes of applicant data and identifying optimal parameters for classification. The study uses a dataset containing 20,000 entries from Kaggle, with attributes such as skills, work experience, and completed projects. After data preprocessing, experiments were conducted using the KNN method with the Euclidean Distance algorithm, within a range of k values from 3 to 9. The results show that k = 3 provides the best performance with an accuracy of 65.00%, precision of 63.78%, recall of 71.88%, and an F1-score of 67.64%. The conclusion indicates that smaller k values capture local patterns better, while larger k values tend to reduce performance. This research contributes to the development of data-driven recruitment systems by enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of applicant selection. Further studies are recommended to explore additional optimization methods and feature combinations to improve classification accuracy.

Abstract

This study aims to predict product sales at CV Pelumas Murni Keluarga using the Random Forest method to overcome sales fluctuations that impact stock management and production planning. Uncertainty in sales forecasting can cause excess or shortage of stock, thus hampering the company's growth. This method was chosen because of its advantages in handling complex data and producing accurate predictions. The study was conducted quantitatively through observation and collection of automotive lubricant sales data from January to June 2023. Data was analyzed using the Google Colab application to implement the Random Forest model. The process involves data preprocessing, model building, and evaluation using out-of-bag data. The results of the study show that the Random Forest method is able to significantly increase the accuracy of sales predictions, providing a stronger foundation in developing sales strategies and inventory management. Thus, this study is expected to help CV Pelumas Murni Keluarga in optimizing operational efficiency and increasing profitability.

Abstract

The Cloud-PMS system is a cloud-based solution within GuestPro designed to simplify key operational processes in the hospitality industry. However, the results of system observations show that users face various obstacles caused by regular feature updates, especially for users who are not familiar with the system. As a result, the efficiency and effectiveness of user satisfaction decreases. This study aims to evaluate User Experience on the Cloud-PMS system to measure user perception and experience using the User Experience Questionnaire Plus (UEQ+) method which is an extension of the UEQ method. And with this method, the researcher measured 15 out of a total of 27 existing scales. The Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique was used in sampling, involving 172 respondents. The results of the study show that users prioritize the functional aspect more than visual aesthetics. However, overall evaluation of the system tends to give more positive results than negative. These findings highlight the relevance of the 15 scales measured in evaluating the usability of the system and show that it has met user expectations in terms of functionality. This research emphasizes the importance of integration between functional and aesthetic aspects in the development of hotel management systems.

Abstract

Sari Busana is a fashion destination that sells a wide selection of clothing ranging from kebaya, school clothes and others. An accounting information system is a system that processes data and transactions to produce useful information. Currently, the Sari Busana still has not implemented an accounting information system in the sales recording process and still uses manual recording which has an impact on performance not being integrated and the level of data validity not running as expected. The aim of this research is to design a computerized sales accounting information system. The research method used is the Prototype method. The results of this research are a sales system design that can be accessed by the cashier, warehouse department and owner in accordance with user needs. The results of the system design demo given to the user stated that the system that had been designed was in accordance with the user's needs.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method to determine the best Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products in Bagan Sari Village, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency. The main problem addressed is the need for a fair and objective mechanism to assess MSME products based on five key criteria: price, quality, popularity, innovation, and contribution to the village economy. This system is designed to assist the village government in prioritizing support for MSMEs with superior products, thereby significantly impacting the local economy. Through data analysis stages, the system successfully identified the top three alternatives: UMKM_07, UMKM_04, and UMKM_08, which scored the highest in the assessment criteria. These results demonstrate that the PSI method can provide objective and transparent recommendations. By implementing this DSS, the village government can allocate resources more effectively, support MSMEs in enhancing competitiveness, and drive local economic growth. This research is expected to serve as a reference for other villages in managing and advancing MSMEs in a measurable and efficient manner.

Abstract

Jamkesda is a program that is more focused on the poor with the same service coverage as BPJS PBI (Penerima Bantuan Iuran). This program managed by the local government reaches poor people who are not registered with BPJS or Jamkesmas or who need additional health support at the regional level. One of the main challenges in implementing Jamkesda is determining who is entitled to receive benefits from this program, the recipient selection process must be based on clear and objective criteria, such as income, occupation, age, health conditions, and ownership of a Certificate of Inability to Pay (SKTM). To overcome this, a decision support system is used to facilitate the objective assessment process, namely the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS). This study obtained a final matrix result that was more significant than other alternatives with a value of 0.65498> 0.57926 which indicates A001> from A007 and is more significant than other alternatives.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method in selecting Team Leaders in the Student Entrepreneurship Program at Labuhanbatu University (ULB). The ARAS method was chosen because of its ability to handle multi-criteria decisions by considering various factors, such as leadership, communication, creativity, decision making, and target achievement time. This study involves the stages of determining criteria and weights for each criterion, data collection, and implementing the ARAS method to obtain candidate rankings based on predetermined criteria. Based on data processing, the top three alternatives are MLK_08 with the highest score, followed by MLK_06 and MLK_05. The results of the study indicate that by using this system, the Team Leader selection process can be carried out more objectively and efficiently, thus helping supervisors and entrepreneurship program managers at ULB in determining the best team leader. This system makes an important contribution to improving the selection process and increasing the quality of implementation of the student entrepreneurship program.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a system for predicting the need for basic food stock at Mie Sop Kak Ros Restaurant using the Trend Moment method. This method was chosen because of its ability to predict stock needs based on historical sales data. The data used are monthly sales reports from January 2023 to June 2024. Through linear regression calculations, this method produces predictions that can help restaurants manage stock more efficiently, avoiding shortages or excess inventory. The calculation results show that the sales prediction for July 2024 is 650 portions, which is consistent with the previous sales increase trend. The implementation of a web-based system makes it easier to manage sales data, calculate predictions, and recommend basic food stocks. This study shows that the Trend Moment method is effective in improving the accuracy of stock forecasting and can be applied for more reliable short-term forecasting, especially if supported by regular data updates.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an integrated sales technology model based on a mobile application that can improve the competitiveness of MSME products in Pematang Dolok Kahean Village in the global market. Pematang Dolok Kahean Village has the potential for superior products, such as snacks and handicrafts, but is still limited in terms of market access and utilization of marketing technology. Traditional marketing, such as through local markets and exhibitions, cannot reach a wider market, both nationally and internationally. The stages of this research begin with identifying the needs of MSMEs in the village, followed by designing an application model that is in accordance with the characteristics of the product and the target market. Furthermore, a prototype of a mobile application was developed that integrates easy and secure product management, ordering, and payment features. Using this technology model can increase efficiency in product management and transactions, while also making it easier for consumers to buy MSME products from outside the region. The implementation of this technology model can provide practical solutions that support increasing market access, expanding distribution networks, and encouraging local economic growth through more competitive sales of MSME products.
