Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Fintech on financial literacy and inclusion in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bengkulu City. The benefits of this research are as material for consideration and additional information in developing strategies to increase financial literacy and financial inclusion, especially those related to the provision of Fintech-based financial services.The data used in this study are primary data, using a questionnaire distributed to respondents (MSME actors in Bengkulu City), observation and documentation. The analytical tool used is to use quantitative methods with the help of SPSS 21.00.The results showed that the use of fintech has an effect on financial literacy and inclusion in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bengkulu City. The limitation in this study is the lack of the number of respondents in returning the questionnaire.With the development of fintech in Bengkulu City and the use of fintech services for MSME players in Bengkulu City, it can open access to business finance more easily and quickly from banking institutions and savings and loan corrections. In addition, the use of application features is used as an effort to market MSME products. The role of fintech in financial inclusion in MSMEs is that Fintech contributes greatly to the empowerment of MSMEs and the local economy. In addition, the use of Fintech for MSME players in Bengkulu City can increase financial literacy in the field of economics

Abstract

The aim of the researcher is to examine and find out some of the factors that are considered to have an effect on the purchasing decision of the telkomsel provider. Marketing design which includes variables of brand image, price, promotion has an effect onpurchasing decisions of Telkomsel providers. The method used is purposive sampling. This research population used unlimited population because it is not known exactly how many consumers. The sample was taken using the Roscoe formula with the number of respondents 40. The analysis technique was using multiple linear regression. With the results of the marketing design, brand image, price, and promotion variables simultaneously influence purchasing decision variables. Partially, there is a positive and significant influence on the brand image variable on purchasing decisions. There is a negative but significant effect on the price variable on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant influence on the promotion variable on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality perception, corporate image and consumer perception on consumer loyalty of Honda Ahass Motorcycle: 0295 Patra Jaya Bengkulu City, with a total sample of 50 people, taken by accidental sampling technique data analysis used partial correlation method, simultaneous correlation and multiple regression methods, and the research hypothesis wastested with statistics. The results of the partial correlation analysis show that the three variables of service quality perception, company image and consumer perception will each have a strong, unidirectional and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Meanwhile, simultaneously shows that the three variables together have a very strong and positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Thus, every change in the perceived service quality variable, corporate image and consumer perception, either alone or jointly, will be followed by changes in the consumer loyalty variable in the same direction, either increasing or decreasing. The results of Multiple Regression Consumer Analysis show that the balance of the nature and magnitude of the influence of three variables, namely the perception of quality on the Loyalty of Honda Ahass Motorcycles: 0295 Patra Jaya Bengkulu City. with the order of magnitude of influence on the variable of consumer loyalty, each variable is corporate image, then followed by the variable of consumer perception, and perception of service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify strategic factors in the framework of making participatory development planning in thevillage of Pakis Mojokerto, East Java. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative using SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that the actors of strengths and opportunities greatly contribute to strategic determination, so thestrategy used is to optimize strengths in seizing opportunities. The strategy is to increase human resources (including improving health and education infrastructure and facilities), increase access to financial institutions or credit for productive business development, develop non-agricultural businesses that are still related to the agricultural sector, and develop village tourism. Abstract

In general, this study aims to provide knowledge to UMKM owners in Bengkulu City to be able to survive and thrive in running a business by paying attention to and applying the principles of good and correct financial management. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach.The population in this study were 1286 SMEs in Bengkulu City. The method of determining the sample uses the slovin formula, so as to get results as many as 93 MSME actors. From the results of the new slovin formula, a sample of 45 SMEs was taken with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques with interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study are that there is still a lack of application of financial management carried out by UMKMowners, namely only by recording incoming and outgoing money and still not using good andcorrect financial management principles such as budget utilization, financial recording, financial reporting and control. This is because UMKM owners feel that managing finances is too difficult and inconvenient. Apart from that, ignorance of the importance of doing financial management factors is also one of the UMKM owners not implementing financial management. This study also conducted a SWOT analysis which resulted in 5 main strategies related to financial management that could be carried out by UMKM owners in Bengkulu City

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of products, price perceptions, promotions and lifestyle onWardah product purchasing decisions in Solo Raya. The population in this study is an unlimited population because the population is unknown. The method of determining the sample is purposive sampling. The number of samples obtained by 97 respondents. Using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Collecting data in the form of a questionnaire and the measurement scale is a Likert scale. The results of the research are the product has no partial or individual effect on the purchasing decision of Wardah products in Solo Raya, Price Perception has no partial or individual effect on the purchasing decision of Wardah products in Solo Raya, Promotion has no partial or individual effect on the purchasing decision of Wardah products in Solo Raya, Gaya Life has a partial or individual effect on the Purchase Decision of Wardah products in Solo Raya. Abstract

his research is included in associative/relationship research, which is a study that aims to determine the relationship between the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance at PT. Adi after Bengkulu center. This study tries to determine the factors that affect employee performance in the construction service business of PT. Adi Purna Center. The population in this study were all permanent employees working at PT. Adi Purna Center as many as 30 people and the sample amounted to 30 people. The sampling technique is saturated, all the population becomes the research sample with a questionnaireinstrument. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of each variable, work stress (X1), and workload (X2), on employee performance (Y). From the calculation results obtained a linear regression equation, which is where from the equation it canbe interpreted that there is an influence between the two variables. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) and the coefficient of determination (r2) shows the effect of workload on employee performance is very strong. Constant (a) employee performance has decreased . Regression coefficient (b) each employee's performance has decreased as well as degrees of freedom, meaning the hypothesis which states that work stress and workload have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Adi Purna CenterBengkulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study wasto determine the marketing strategy, the effectiveness of the marketing strategy, the obstacles in carrying out the marketing strategy, and how to overcome the obstacles in carrying out the marketing strategy of health services during the JKN (National Health Insurance) era at the hospital. Lung Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative approach and the researcher as the key instrument. This technique of determining key informants is carried out before or when conducting field research. The technique used before the field research is the judgment of the researcher. Meanwhile, the technique of determining key informants during field research is snowball or snowball technique. The judgment technique is carried out using certain criteria that have been previously determined by the researcher in this study, namely the director, then using the snowballing method totaling 5 key informants.
