Abstract

This research aims to determine the attractiveness of using electronic money, knowing the use of electronic money from an Islamic perspective and knowing the contracts used in electronic money transactions. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative descriptive method is a data processing method by analyzing the factors associated with the object of research by presenting data in more depth about the object of research. The results of interviews with the three respondents revealed that the attractiveness of electronic money as an alternative to cash is buying and selling activities and transactions that are more efficient, easy, safe and electronic money is currently a trend in society. In Islam, ideal money must be filled with intrinsic and extrinsic elements. But Islam likes the easy. Use of electronic money to facilitate consumers and producers. This means that Islam does not prohibit the use of electronic money as long as its security is guaranteed and the contract used must be in accordance with Islamic law. Electronic money in an Islamic perspective has conditions that do not violate usury, maysir, gharar which we often call prohibited. The contracts used in electronic money are the wadiah contract, qardh contract, shawl contract, murabahah contract, ijarah contract, jualah contract, and wakalah bil ujroh contract. Abstract

As a Muslim, he is not allowed to consume and produce freely without any restrictions, so Islam regulates that, that is, a product must be halal and thayyib. then the halal certificate becomes clear evidence of these two things. There are so many benefits if a product has a halal certificate, a sense of security and comfort felt by consumers as product connoisseurs, when consumers are comfortable, the selling power of the product will increase. Therefore, the government makes regulations related to the halal guarantee of a product by issuing a law on halal guarantee, so the government as the regulator guarantees the halalness of a product. then a micro, small and medium-sized enterprise which is the biggest economic driver of Indonesia can improve the quality of its business by obtaining the halal certificate. the benefits obtained are not only at the national level but also at the global level Many countries in the world are looking at the potential of the halal industry, therefore many of them have made a vision in the following years to be able to dominate the global halal market. the participation of micro-entrepreneurs who already have this certificate is only 20% of the total, so more awareness is needed for these business actors because the benefits obtained are very large, there are real examples related to the benefits of this certification, one of which is an increase in business turnover that occurs significant when the business does not have a halal certificate, even more so if it is supported by other factors, namely the large number of Muslims in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has the largest Muslim population in the world, so the potential for zakat is high. Although the potential for zakat in Indonesia is among the largest, the realization of zakat collection that has been captured by members of the Zakat Forum (FOZ) is only 1.8% of the existing potential. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the potential of zakat, one of which is efficiency. This study aims to determine the level of efficiency of the Zakat Management Organization (OPZ) using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, so that data were obtained from each of the financial reports, namely 3 samples of the National Zakat Management Organization in 2016-2018. There are three input variables, namely: Personnel Costs, Socialization Costs, Operational Costs and output variables, namely: Collected Funds and Distributed Funds. This study uses a production approach with input orientation and uses three types of measurements, namely overall efficiency, technicality and scale. The results of this study state that out of 9 DMUs, the efficient Zakat Management Organization reaches a value of 100% seen from 3 measurements, namely in total there are 4 DMUs, technically there are 7 DMUs. Meanwhile, viewed on a scale, there are 4 efficient DMUs. The factor causing inefficiency in the National Zakat Management Organization in Indonesia in 2016-2018 is the waste of excessive use of resources or inputs and the achievement of output that is still minimal so that it does not reach the level of efficiency desired by the Zakat Management Organization.

Abstract

Persaingan yang ketat dan kompetitif antar industri perbankan menuntut agar bank syariah mampu memberikan layanan yang berkualitas kepada nasabahnya. Kualitas layanan merupakan salah satu faktor kunci yang menjadi keunggulan daya saing bagi industri perbankan yang bergerak di bidang jasa. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik akan menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan dan mendorong loyalitas pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah BPRS Amanah Ummah Cabang Bogor. Dengan menggunakan konsep Islamic Banking Service Quality (ISBQ) yang terdiri dari 7 dimensi yaitu kepatuhan syariah, efektivitas dan jaminan, akses, harga, portofolio layanan, kehandalan, berwujud. Metode penelitian menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Responden adalah nasabah BPRS Amanah Ummah Cabang Bogor, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling dengan jumlah 70 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai p 0,005

Abstract

Indonesia telah menerapkan zakat, infak dan sedekah berserta wakafpada perundang-undangan namun belum terdapat pada keuangan negara (APBN). Hal ini menjadi menarik untuk diteliti lebih lanjut terkait potensi instrumen keuangan islam selain pajak tersebut untuk dimasukkan kedalam keuangan negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu melalui penelusuran data pendekatan kepustakaan dari laporan masing-masing lembaga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen keuangan islam dapat dimasukkan ke dalam APBN dari data-data yang ada. Oleh karena, saran kedepannay untuk pemangku kebijakan yaitu diperlukan perubahan ketentuan dalam pajak penghasilan menjadi zakat penghasil dan jasa agar dimulainya zakat masuk dalam APBN.

Abstract

Basic human needs other than clothing and food are boards. As a basic human need, housing is a requirement to obtain welfare and even become a benchmark of well-being. In this case, property with sharia concept began to be widely developed, it is necessary to analyze the marketing mix strategy carried out on sharia property whether it is in accordance with Islamic law or not. The marketing mix has elements including: Price, Product, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence. In this study aims to find out the marketing mix strategy on Sharia Property in Raudhoh Residence, as well as to know the marketing mix strategy to increase market share in Raudhoh Residence and find out if the marketing strategy at Raudhoh Residence is in accordance with Islamic law. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. This research data uses primary data obtained from respondents through interviews with marketing Raudhoh Residence a sharia property company, as well as secondary data obtained from brochures and data released by Raudhoh Residence. The result of this research is That Raudhoh Residence has fulfilled all elements of the marketing mix in every unit sales process so that the company can achieve the targets specified in its sales ranging from Products, Prices, Places, People, Processes, Promotions, and Physical Environment. Marketing Mix Strategy that can increase market share is quality products, strategic location, transaction process in accordance with Islamic law and promotion using social media.
