Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine and analyze the financial performance of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The study used quantitative data type by using secondary data as the data source. Data type by using secondary data as the data source. The sample used in this research is 9 islamic commercial banks that’s was selected using purposive sampling method from a total population of 14 registered in Financial Service Authority from the period 2014-2018. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis using the RGEC method: Risk Profile is measured using NPF and FDR ratio, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings is measured using ROA and BOPO ratio, and Capital is measured using KPMM ratio. The result showed that the NPF ratio in good category, FDR ratio in pretty good category, GCG in good category, ROA ratio in bad category, BOPO ratio in not good category and KPMM ratio in very good category. Abstract

This study aims to explain the comparative analysis between the performance of conventional equity funds and sharia equity funds using the sharpe, treynor, and jensen methods. The population in this study were all registered conventional equity funds and sharia equity funds on the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) in 2017 – 2020. Based on the purposive sampling technique, 21 samples of equity funds were obtained as the samples of this study. The analysis technique in this study is comparative hypothesis testing (differential test). The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference between the performance of conventional equity funds and sharia equity funds throught the sharpe, treynor, and jensen methods.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge, innovation, use of social media, and financial inclusion on business performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs in Bantul Regency. The method used is quantitative with primary data sources. The population of this research is MSME actors in Bantul Regency and a sample of 109 respondents is obtained. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires in the form of a google form link. This study uses a multiple linear regression model with the IBM SPSS version 20 program tool. The results show that entrepreneurial knowledge does not have a positive effect on business performance in MSMEs in Bantul Regency. Meanwhile, innovation, use of social media, and financial inclusion have a positive effect on business performance of MSMEs in Bantul Regency. Then seen from the results of the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.444 or 44.4%, it can be concluded that entrepreneurial knowledge, innovation, use of social media, and financial inclusion can simultaneously affect business performance by 44.4% while the remaining 55.6% influenced by other factors outside this model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the quality of the fiduciary system installment credit product (KREASI) can influence increasing the number of customers (case study at PT. Pegadaian Pungkur branch, Bandung city). The method of T-test and F test using SPSS 25 program and descriptive quantitative approach is the type of approach used in this research. In this study, the information taken came from observational data, supporting journals, and questionnaires distributed using Google forms with samples that had been studied from 100 respondents. The results of this study prove that product quality significantly affects the increase in the number of customers. Keywords: Product quality, KREASI, Increasing Number of Customers

Abstract

Zakat collection has great potential and is channelled effectively, zakat can contribute to national development, especially in poverty alleviation. The arrival of the covid 19 pandemic invites the active role of zakat institutions to help people who are hampering the pandemic. Zakat institutions also face limitations in management because they also have to carry out operations with Health protocols. Zakat institutions develop creativity in maximizing the collection and distribution of zakat funds. Looking at the phenomenon of research on the role of zakat institutions and the operational constraints faced to examine this phenomenon, delivering zakat funds during the covid 19 pandemic. The research was carried out in Lazismu Kota Depo. The study was conducted in early 2021 to see the activities of distributing zakat funds at the beginning of the covid 19 pandemic in 2020. The results showed that during the covid 19 pandemic the distribution of ZIS funds in Lazismu Kota Depok went well. Management applies the concept of management science which consists of the planning process to evaluation. This strategy is quite effective in dealing with existing obstacles. For example, operational constraints due to the Health protocol and the lack of special program staff to implement the ZIS fund distribution program.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the treatment of the implementation of human resource accounting in Indonesia. In fact, it is human resource accounting that has great concern because the treatment has not been determined by Bapepam-LK. The application of ASDM is an acknowledgment that humans are users who are recognized as capital or assets. The method used in this study is a literature review which is the result of an analysis of articles that have gone through the Mendeley database. From the articles reviewed as many as 12 articles, it shows that the contribution in the application of human resource accounting, both companies and institutions, has a positive impact on improving company performance. However, not many companies in Indonesia have used HR in their financial reporting. Keywords: Application, confession, Human resource accounting, measurement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of the CAPM and APT models in predicting returns stock of companies in the sector for the consumer goods period 2017 to 2020 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is all issuers of consumer goods stocks for the period January 2017 to December 2020 with a total sample of 23 companies. The selection of data samples in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique was carried out using the test Mann Whitney. The results of the study and statistical tests showed that the MAPE APT was smaller than the MAPECAPM but the MAD values CAPM and MSECAPM were smaller than the MADAPT and MSEAPT, this means that the CAPM model is more accurate than the APT model because and there is no difference significant accuracy between CAPM and APT in predicting returns stock in the sector for the consumer goods period 2017 to 2020 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

Precious Metals are one type of gold for a long-term investment with minimal risk. The goal of this research is to see how Promotions and Price Fluctuations affect Increasing the Number of Customers on Murabahah Precious Metal Products For Lasting Investment (MULIA) at PT Pegadaian Cikudapateuh branch in Bandung. This research uses the incidental sampling technique to obtain is 100 respondents. The quantitative implementing approach, descriptive, was used in the analytical method. Data collection using observation, literature studies, and questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS version 25 software, it is evident that promotional variables affect increasing the number of customers, while price fluctuations do not affect the increase in the number of customers partially. Simultaneously, promotions and price fluctuations affect the number of customers with a contribution value of 16,9% and the remaining 83,1% is influenced by other variables like the quality of the product, place, service quality, and brand image. Abstract

The digital era and its technology are growing, making conventional activities all digital, having an impact on human life, namely changes to the transaction system that can be done online. Various innovations created by human work aim to make their lives easier. At this time, people prefer to use digital wallets (e-wallet) on the devices they have, for example smartphones, so that reuse cannot be separated from the benefits of using, risks, and trust in digital wallets (e-wallet), especially DANA which is one of the The largest digital wallet in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are DANA digital wallet (e-wallet) users in the city of Surabaya. The number of samples used is a number of 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS for windows version 26.0 calculator. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) The use of benefits has a positive and significant effect on the reuse of DANA's digital wallet (e-wallet) in the city of Surabaya. (2) The risk has a positive and significant impact on the reuse of DANA's digital wallet (e-wallet) in the city of Surabaya. (3) Trust has a positive and significant effect on the reuse of DANA's digital wallet (e-wallet) in the city of Surabaya. It can be concluded that the three independent variables (use benefits, risks, and trust) have a positive effect on the reuse of DANA's digital wallet (e-wallet) in the city of Surabaya.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest Muslim countries in the world that makes sharia investments in the capital market with efforts to develop the Islamic financial sector. Several factors that influence stock price fluctuations include global indices and macroeconomic variables. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA), Inflation Rate, BI 7-Day Repo Rate, and USD/IDR Exchange Rate on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). This study uses secondary data in the form of monthly index summary reports obtained from financial websites. The object of research is the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. This study has a population of 60 data with the determination of the sample using saturated samples. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Hypothesis testing using the F test and T test. The results of the simultaneous test analysis (Test F) show that the variables of the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) (X1), Inflation Rate (X2), BI 7-Day Repo Rate (X3) and USD/IDR Exchange Rate (X4) has a significant influence on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period August 2016 – July 2021. Partially, the DJIA Index and the Inflation Rate have a positive and significant effect on Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. Meanwhile, the BI 7-Day Repo Rate and the USD/IDR Exchange Rate have a negative and significant effect on Indonesian Sharia Stock Index.
