Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out about the influence of Islamic economics on the implementation of the financial system at PT. Pesat Jaya Persada. The method used in this study using quantitative methods is one type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned, and clearly structured from the beginning to the design of the research. with the results of the study Calculation of the total score of variables X and Y using the correlation formula obtained R of 0.846, while the coefficient is determined r that is 71.54 or equivalent to 71.54%. Significant whether or not the correlation of variable X and variable Y was consulted with table r with a confidence level of 0.05 N = 10 obtained R table 0.632 or 0.632 <0.846. and t test results obtained T count greater than t table (6.09> 2.23). It was concluded that there was a significant relationship between variable X and Y. Based on the number of respondents as many as 10 people, with a total score of 819, the highest score of 119, the lowest score of 48, Range: 71, Length of Class 12, Average 85.75, mode: 75, Median: 76, Deviation Deviation: 22.64. Calculations obtained Y of 6.38 were consulted with the chi square price table (X) at a significant level of 0.05 and db = k-1 = 19-1 = 18 obtained by chi table 15.50 Thus the Y count is smaller than the Y table (6.38 <15.50) so concluded normal distribution. Concern between the Islamic economy and the implementation of the financial system is about 71.54% in this study, which emphasizes the research on the company PT Pesat Jaya Persada.

Abstract

Objectives of this research is to analyze: Does monetary stability affect Indonesia's GDP?; Does the difference in governance regimes affect the governance of monetary stability in supporting the achievement of Indonesia's GDP?; Does monetary stability affect Indonesia's per capita income (PCI)?; Does the difference in government regimes affect the management of monetary stability in supporting the achievement of Indonesia's per capita income (PCI)?. The research method uses descriptive-quantitative analysis with saturated sampling techniques and secondary data from Bank Indonesia, the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the World Bank, and other reference sources. The data is in the form of time series data from the period 1990-2019. The dependentvariable is the value of GDP and GDP per capita (ICP). While the independent variable: the exchange rate, the money supply, the inflation rate, direct investment, financing, the state budget, the amount of debt (US $), the number of exports, the number of imports, and the dummy variable period of the reform era government with the era of the New Order Government (Soeharto) as comparison or reference. The processed data were analyzed in quantitative descriptive with multiple regression models with dummy variables. The result is that some indicators of monetary stability (money supply, exchange rate, BI rate, investment, imports, and the state budget) have a significant effect on the economy (GDP). While inflation, financing and foreign debt did not significantly affect GDP achievement. The Reformation government regimes (BJ Habibie, Abdurrahman Wahid, Megawati Sukarnoputeri, Soesilo Bambang Yudhoyono, and Joko Widodo) are different and better than the New Order (Soeharto) government in managing stability towards achieving GDP. The econometrics model is GDP$ = 178,542 + 0.0999 * M1M2 -0.0186 * EXCHANGE $ + 9.5872 * BI_RATE + 1.1935 * INVEST $ - 0.000225 * IMPORT + 0.181 * APBN + 182.488 * REZIM1 + 171.038 * REZIM2 + 199.86 * REZIM3 + REVIMIM3 + 214.599 * REZIM5. Some indicators of monetary stability (money supply, exchange rate, BI rate, investment, import and APBN) also have a significant effect on GDP per capita. While inflation, financing and foreign debt did not significantly affect the achievement of GDP per capita. The Reform era government regime (BJ Habibie, Abdurrahman Wahid, Megawati Sukarnoputeri, Soesilo Bambang Yudhoyono, and Joko Widodo) differed and more better than the New Order era administration (Soeharto) in governance stability. to the achievement of GDP per capita. Abstract

This research is aimed to identify the urgency and the use of the concept of ‘Fii al-Akhdzi Bi Ar-Rukhsoh’ in the development of Islamic Economics. As we know, the Islamic economics field is classified as the Muamalah field which has possibility to be developed with different approaches. The research methodology which was used in this study used the qualitative and library research approaches, including Arabic, English and Indonesian literature. The result showed that the concept of Fii al-Akhdzi Bi Ar-Rukhsoh can be one of qawaids to develop Islamic economics. For example: The concept can be applied to answer the hukm of debt trading, and others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and find out about the role of operational managers in improving employee performance at PT. Pesat Jaya Persada, Bogor Regency, including obstacles and efforts to improve employee performance. The method used in this study is a qualitative research that is by examining the perspective of participants with strategies that are interactive and flexible with sources and litersai in accordance with conditions in the field. The results of this study are the role of operational managers in improving employee performance at PT. Pesat Jaya Persada, Bogor Regency, by carrying out interrelated roles, roles related to information, and also the role in decision making. Interpersonal roles that consist of roles as figureheads, roles as leaders, and roles as intermediary officials. Roles related to information consist of a role as a monitor, a role as a disseminator, and a role as a spokesperson. The role as a decision maker consists of a role as an entrepreneur, a role as a distractor (disturbande handler), a role as a resource divisor (resource allocator), and a role as a negotiator. Training is needed on the company's management capabilities so that the quality of human resources is better in improving employee performance. The need for additional materials or infrastructure related to office operations both in the field of transportation or supporting equipment, there needs to be a relationship working procedures within the company and working procedures outside the company environment, so that it can decompose a clear and decisive job description.

Abstract

The method used by the authors in this study is a qualitative method with the results of the presentation in a descriptive form, namely by collecting actual data by carrying out a literature study of some written literature. This research uses the type of library research (library research). Literature research is research that uses written data such as books, books, magazines, journals and others. To get the best data, certain techniques are taken, including the most important one is research, which is collecting material by reading books, journals and other forms of material or commonly referred to as library research. one type of research through libraries. The results of the research show that M. Umer Chapra's thoughts about monetary policy instruments. In the economy can be an important discourse to be considered and studied even further implemented in Indonesia. It is not impossible to apply M. Umer Chapra's thinking in Indonesia. Growth in terms of assets has also proven that Islamic banks are a bank model that is ideal for driving the progress of the country's economy. But in terms of service quality, Islamic banks must catch up with conventional banks that have already been established.

Abstract

Until now, Samsung is one of the largest mobile phone brands in the world by issuing smartphones that have won the competition in the smartphone market. This research was conducted with the aim, to determine how the relationship between brand awareness and purchasing decisions, and to find out how the influence of brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Samsung mobile phones. The independent variable in this study is brand awareness, the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The population in this study were students of IAI-N Laa Roiba, Bogor, Faculty of Sharia. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula, in order to obtain a total sample of 34 students. Data collection using questionnaires and observations. Statistical data analysis used simple linear regression, with hypothesis testing through t-test using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of brand awareness on the decision to buy cellphones because the terms of t count with a significance value <0.05, namely 4.027> 2.032 and the Sig. 0,000 <0.05, has been fulfilled.

Abstract

The art of batik wastra (cloth) has traveled a very long journey in part of the Indonesian cultural fabric, to modern designs or patterns that adorn clothing. Apart from being exclusive, batik is never really the same as the others, and in each of its many stories and philosophical values. Batik is a cultural achievement, world cultural heritage and Indonesia. As a characteristic of the people's economic wealth, batik is also constantly being preserved and developed. However, batik is one of the cultural heritages of the Indonesian nation's ancestors. Walisongo or Walisanga was known as the spreader of Islam in Java around the 17th century.These Guardians lived in three important areas of the north coast of Java Island, namely Surabaya-Gresik-Lamongan in East Java, Demak-Kudus-Muria in Central Java, and Cirebon in West Java. Not only were they known as propagators of Islam, Walisongo were intellectuals who became community reformers at their time. At that time, Walisongo introduced various forms of new civilizations, ranging from farming, commerce, health, culture, arts, society to government. For example, the Ampel Denta and Giri Islamic boarding schools were the two most important educational institutions at that time, starting from Giri, Islamic civilization developed throughout the eastern region of the archipelago. Batik IRD Walisongo has a "batik motif containing da'wah, education, and Islamic business value", which is actually a reconstruction of Walisongo's teachings which are translated into batik motifs. Where in the motive contains philosophy. First, the afflicative transformation of Walisongo's teachings through its batik motives, second, education is characterized by the values ​​of Walisongo's teachings, third, the implementation of local wisdom that comes from the teachings of the ulama through developing an attitude of respect, responsibility and self-confidence in the community, so that a sense of belonging to the product results arises. local namely batik. It can also be said that batik as a work of art is associated with religious teachings that reach humans through revelations from Allah SWT. The existence of batik as an ancestral cultural heritage should be preserved, as a work of art that carries da'wah, as well as having Islamic economic value.

Abstract

The study aims to find out how the city government implementation developent of depok in an effort to boost the public economy according to article 33 of 1945 of Islamic studies. The writer wants to know some factors that are an impediment and success in the Depok city’s efforts to boost the economy is good. The method of research is using a qualitative method, as for this research instrument is an interview, observation, documentation, a printed purpose associated with the title of the thesis that then gained a validity of the data. From the data gathered on the results of the study above. Thus the write concluded that the separate town of Depok from the town of Bogor was in the economic structure, development, transportation, education, natural resources and human resources and technology can flourish well.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem to be answered in this study is the strategic factors that exist in the company which includes analysis of the external and internal environment to find alternative strategies that can increase sales. In line with the problem, this research was conducted using descriptive methods, which tend to describe the problems that occur in the company. To solve the problems that occur in the company, the External Strategic Factor Analysis (EFAS), Internal Strategic Factor Analysis (IFAS) and SWOT Analysis are used. The analysis shows that based on internal and external analysis of the company, it can be concluded that the main strategy of PT. Semen Indogreen Sentosa is a strategy of SO (Strength Opportunities) Improving product quality, completeness of distribution facilities, payment terms, product prices and delivery accuracy and low prices with the aim of expanding the market Such as internal factors namely completeness of distribution facilities and field tests, and external factors recruiting workers Experienced and educated experts aim to be able to rival competitors. The results of the analysis show that from the analysis of factors external strategies have. Based on these findings, it was suggested that PT Semen Indogreen Sentosa Plant Cikarang try to improve management's response to its external environment by taking advantage of opportunities arising in the market and also increasing management's response to its internal environment by utilizing the company's strengths and implementing alternative strategies summarized in SWOT Matrix Keywords: Marketing Strategy, SWOT Analysis, SWOT Matrix
