Abstract

The principal problem of this study is Whether the role performance of customer service will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor District? 1) what Is the role of the performance of the teller will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor District? 2)what Is the role of the performance of the customer service and tellers to improve customer satisfaction of Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor District? . The purpose of this study, namely: 1) To find out whether the role performance of customer service will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor Regency. 2)To find out whether the role performance of the teller will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor Regency. 3)To find out whether the role performance of customer service and teller will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor.This research use approach of kualititatif, and the analysis used is multiple linear regression . The sampling technique used is by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers of BJB Leuwiliang with the hope of answers the results of the questionnaires the customer can determine the performance of the customer service and tellers to improve customer satisfaction BJB Leuwiliang. Based on the results of this study, prove that the value R of 0.797 indicates the relationship between the variables of role performance of customer service and teller to the satisfaction of the customer is significant , the Variable Role Performance of Customer Service to the Satisfaction of the Customer Based on the results of testing for X1, i.e., the Role Performance of Customer Service obtained t count value that is 4.147, which means t count > t table (4.147 >2.01174) . And sig t < 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05). Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, so it can be concluded that the partial variables Role Performance of Customer service have a significant influence on the variable Customer Satisfaction. Variable Role Performance of the Teller to the Satisfaction of the Customer Based on the results of testing for X2, i.e., the Role Performance of the Teller obtained by value t calculate namely 3.242 which means t count > t table (3.242 > 2.01174). And sig t < 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05). Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, so it can be concluded that the partial variables Role of the Performance of the Teller has a significant influence on the variable Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 sudah menyebabkan perubahan perekonomian di sejumlah Negara, Indonesia adalah salah satunya. Untuk dapat memperbaiki perekonomian diperlukan partisipasi dari seluruh elemen masyarakat, salah satunya adalah kaun wanita. Kelompok wanita tani adalah salah satu kelompok yang berisikan wanita-wanita yang tergabung untuk mempelajari berbagai hal terutama permasalahan pertanian dan menjalin silaturahmi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memetakan bagaimana profil dari anggota kelompok wanita tani dan bagaimana kegiatan kelompok wanita tani ini dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan keluarga. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa usia anggota KWT di dominasi oleh lansia, dengan 63% dari responden berusia diatas 50 tahun. Sebanyak 63% dari responden berstatus menikah. Pekerjaan anggota KWT didominasi oleh Ibu Rumah Tangga. Seluruh anggota KWT menyelesaikan pendidikan dasar 12 tahun, dan anggota KWT didominasi lulusan Strata 1. Lebih dari 75% responden memiliki pendapatan keluarga perbulan lebih besar dari Rp 5.000.000. Anggota KWT sebagian besar sudah mengikuti KWT dlebih dari 1 tahun. Seluruh anggota KWT merasakan adanya peningkatan kesejahteraan dan peningkatan pendapatan semenjak mengikuti kegiatan kelompok wanita tani. Rata-rata kenaikan pendapatan < 2 persen perbulan. Abstract

Dimasa pandemi seperti sekarang ini, transaksi pembelian dan penjualan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan susah dilaksanakan karena adanya pembatasan interaksi sosial diantara manusia, yang mengakibatkan UKM sulit untuk menjual produk-produknya. Perkembangan teknologi informasi, terutama internet tentunya bisa dijadikan suatu media untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Keberadaan suatu sistem informasi berbasis website, diharapkan dapat membantu pemasaran terutama dalam penyampaian informasi produk dan harga secara detail kepada konsumen. Melihat kondisi seperti itu, maka perlu adanya suatu sistem informasi yang komunikatif berbasis web yang tentunya diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan terutama penyampaian informasi produk-produk unggulan UKM di kota Bogor. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut. (1) Bagaimana pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM di kota Bogor? (2) Bagaimana pengaruh inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM di kota Bogor? (3) Bagaimana pengaruh literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM di kota Bogor? Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dibatasi hanya pelaku UMKM di kota Bogor yang dilakukan pada bulan November 2020. Data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini merupakan data hasil survei terhadap 102 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadapa kinerja UMKM, Inklusi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM, Literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM dan Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai nilai R2 variabel kinerja UMKM sebesar 0.47 artinya variabel kinerja UMKM sebesar 47% dipengaruhi oleh variabel literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan sedangkan sisanya 53% diperngaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar dari model penelitian ini.

Abstract

The JKN Mobile Application is an application designed by BPJS Health to balance the current increasing use of mobile technology and to provide easy acces and convenience for JKN participants online. This study aims to determine the extent to which JKN participants perceptions of the JKN Mobile Application are measured using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) analysis model based on the usefulness (perceived usefulness) and ease of use (perceived ease of use) This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a cross-sectional research design with a research sample of 38 JKN participants registered at the Pratama Surya Medika Clinic Semarang through random sampling with the research instrument used is a questionnaire. The results showed that the overall JKN mobile application was rated 82,5% as very useful and 84% very easy to operate so it was very helpful and supportive for JKN participants in getting health services at the Pratama Surya Medika Clinic Semarang Keywords: JKN Participant Perception, JKN Mobile Application, TAM (Technology Acceptance Model)

Abstract

This research is conducted to determine the optimum portfolio and analyze the risks and returns that will be yieldedfrom six shares in selected stocks based on the most stable movements in the last three years. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis techniques are using formulas in a portfolio started with calculating the risk and returns to determine stocks classified in the optimum portfolio through ERB calculation. In the year 2010, of the six shares researched, there are 4 shares included in optimum portfolios, which are Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, with 39.36% portion of investment, United Tractors Tbk with 49.3%, Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk with 2.33% and Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk with 9.01 %. In the year 2011, there are 3 shares included in the optimum portfolios, which are Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk with 11.95% portions United Tractors Tbk. with 73.80% and Medco Energi Intemasional Tbk with 14.25%. in the year 2012 of the six shares studied only one share has the ERB value > Ci, thus cannot form optimum porfolio due to share member used do not meet the criteria. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of retum and risk from a portfolio using Single Index method and CAPM measured using average yield, while the risk ofportfolio is measured by Single Index model calculated using variance, while the risk is measured using CAPM model by beta value (market risk). The analysis used in this study is comparing results of calculation using formulas both Single Index and CAPM models. The fonnulas include methods to measure the return and risk of a stock portfolio. Beta factor is used to measure the sensitivity of the portfolio to the market and both models use the same calculation. The period of this study is during August 2012 — January 2013 by using index data to determine the level of expected return and the risk of each portfolio. The result shows that the highest average expected return rate in the period ofstudy which using the Single Index Model is owned by Sri-Kehati portfolio that has an average rate of return amount 0.0009 and has as small risk of total consisting in market company risk with an amount of 0.00007. Furthermore the smallest return in average is owned by Pefind025 with the amount of 0.0004 and the highest risk with the amount of 0.00010, and the pefind025 portfolio has the smallest beta. In CAPM model we found that all portfolios has negative return and negative risk premises which means six ofthe portfolios do not meet the expected returns. Abstract

Inventory is very important especially as building blocks for companies in producing a product will be sold. Whereas production process defines assessment of liquidity level crucial to the company 's ability to pay its short-term debts at maturity. Based on the graphic of the INTO movement, Current, Cash, Quick Ratio we can see the relationship benveen invent.ory tumover (INTO) with liquidity (Cash Ratio, Quick Ratio and Current Ratio) of PT Indofood Tbk in 2007 until the year 2009 showed that when inventory turnaround went slow, the company 's liquidity would decrease. And on the contrary, the company's liquidity would increase when the inventory tumaround was fast. In 2010 and 2011 showed a decreased inventory turnover but increased liquidity, this is due to the presence ofotherfactors influencing company 's liquidity such as the management of the company's most liquid current assets. Overall, inventory tumaround at PT. Mandom, Tbk on every year in the period 2007 to 2011 are fluctuating. This can be seen from the increasing and decreasing value of the company. We can still say that PT. Mandom Tbk still holds consumer preferences, and can still fulfil consumers ' demands, and being innovative at the same time. Qualitatively, the company experienced a slower performance but managed to slowly get into performance again. For 5 years, 2010 is the year when the company experienced the highest inventory turnover achieved as much as 4.78 times, and 2008 was the lowest inventory turnover as much as 3.42. Abstract

In the free trading era, many companies are met with increasing consumer demands. Companies must provide service excellenæ to satisfr customets. The serviæ quality has a closed relationship with the customer satisfaction. PDAM Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor, as a public service company, develops the products and services quality. The companies' strategies are providing a goodfoundation for business continuity, encourage the creation ofcustomer satisfaction, establish recommendations through word of mouth. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. The results showed that the regression equation ofproduct quality and service quality on customer satisfaction is: Y = 7.054 + 0.164 XI + 0.468 X2. It means that all the independent variables has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The hypothesis test ofpartial variable product quality and service quality showed significantly, because all the significant value under 0.05. Product quality has significantly positive effect on customer satisfaction. The result ofsimultaneous hypothesis testing are rejecting HO and accepting HI. So it can be concluded that the product quality (XI) and service quality (X2) simultaneously influenæ the customer satisfaction variable. Based on the result study, The Product Quality and Service Quality are the important components to be increased by PDAM Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor.
