Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Customer Relationship Marketing and Customer Value on Customer Loyalty. The author conducted research at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Graha Cibinong Branch Ofice, located at Jalan Raya Bogor Km 46 Graha D6-D7. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents BCA customers Graha Cibinong, taken at random. The data processing method using validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. While the method of data analysis used is by using multiple linear regression analysis, and test hypotheses derived from data collected from questionnaires filled out and processed. The survey results revealed that the Customer Relationship Marketing and Customer Value has a positive and significant influence. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine liquidity and profitability, and their effect on the credit policy to liquidity and profitability in KPRI PUSPITA Bogor during the year 2009-2013. To achieve these objectives it has been done by compiling secondary data, especially financial reports and performing analysis on liquidity ratios and profitability ratios over the 5 years from 2009 to 2013. Moreover to find the relationship bemeen liquidity and profitability of the policies has been carried out Simple Correlation Analysis (bivariate correlation). The results showed that the credit turnover ratio in the period 2009-2013 rangedfrom 0.24 x or 1,513 days up to 0.35 x or 1,034 days, a decline in 2010 and in 2011 has increased again. Liquidity ratios ranged from 152.19% to 194.59%. The ratio of liquidity over the last 5 years shows that the financial performance of KPRI PUSPITA decreased. Profitability ratios ranged from 44.95% to 58.91%. The development of the profitability ratios for the last 5 years shows that the financial performance of KPRI PUSPITA decreased. Abstract

Financial management within a company must consider the welfare of the shareholders, in addition to the growth of the company must keep and maintain the viability of the company, management will be faced with the decision of the profit utilization. Two main alternatives to the use of profits are distributed as dividends or retained earnings. The decision is what is known as dividend policy, which determines how large a proportion of profits to be distributed as dividends. The purpose of this study is to determine the dividend policy, company,s growth and company's stock price on Sector Consumer Goods Indusfry with Sub. Sector Food and Beverages listed Stock Exchange of Indonesia and to determine the effect of dividend policy to the growth and stock price for 4 years, is during 2010 to 2013. This study proves that the partial dividend policy (X) had no significant effect on the growth of company (Y1), and dividend policy (X) had no significant effect on stock price of company(Y2) Key Words : Dividend Policy, Growth, Stock Price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyse whether or not the relationship between asset turnover and return on assets of a company, to analyze whether there is any relationship working capital turnover and return on assets of a company, and to analyze a relationship between asset turnover, working capital turnover against return on assets of a company. The research conducted by the author at. Indofood Sukses Malanur Tbk, PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company. The result showed the tumover of assets as measured by TATO, working capital tumover, as measured by NWCTO, the return on assets measured by ROA at. Indofood Sukses Malanur has a positive effect and no significant between asset turnover, working capital turnover on return on assets. PT.Mayora Indah Tbk obtained results asset tumover (TATO) had no significant positive effect on retum on assets andfor working capital turnover (NWCTO) has a negative and no significant effect. While at PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading company obtained the result that the asset turnover (TATO) has a positive and significant effect on return on assets and for working capital turnover (NWCTO) has a negative and no significant effect on PT. Abstract

Design Product and Features Product are parts of competitive strategies for business enterprises. Blackberry Smartphone uses the Blackberry Messenger as one of features to recognize the customer needs. Smartphone Blackberry appear with on attractive design. The objective of research is to determine the interest of consumers in product design and its feature. surveys methods uses in research by interviews 100 students in STIE Kesatuan Bogor. Partial Least Square SMART PLS 3.0 software uses to analyze datas. The results of the research consists of: (1) The Product Design has a significant and positive effect to customer loyalty, (2) The Product Features has an insignificant positive effect to costumer loyalty. Furthermore, in order to evaluate the goodness offit the model, the other variables must be used in the next research. Keyword: Product design, product feature

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of variable transaction volume, market risk and debt-to-equity ratio on the variable dividend policy. The study was conducted at five companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2011-2013 per quarter. The method of research used a sample to the five companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2011-2013. Data obtained by IDX publications 2011-2013. The analysis technique used is multiple regression and hypothesis testing using the t-statisticfor testing the partial regression coeficients and F-statistics for testing simultaneous regression coeficient with a significance level of 5%. From the results of the analysis showed that the volume of transactions pasial variables no significant effect on dividend policy. The results of the analysis of the risk variables significantly negative market partially on dividend policy. The results of the analysis of variable debt to equity ratio is partially significant negative effect on dividend policy. Abstract

Leverage is the use of sources of equity funds (equity) or in other words the company uses debt as a result of the use of the debt which will appear as fixed costs borne by the company and profitability is an indicator of how well a company generate profits or gains, while the value of the company refers to the level of confidence society to a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence and leverage relationships (X) to profitability (Y1) and Value (Y2) which is engaged in coal mining, namely PT Tambang Bukit Asam Tbk, PT Bumi Resources, Tbk, and PT ATPK Resources, Tbk the study period from 2003 to 2012. Leverage that I use is the Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL), while for the profitability using retum on equity (ROE) and value the company using the Price Earnings Ratio (PER). The analytical method used is the ratio analysis method and test through SPSS 20.0 is correlation, coeficient of determination and regression coeficients. The results of this study are, leverage has a significant connection to the profitability of 0.005 or 5%, while leverage on firm value has no significant relationship was 0.290 or 29.0%. Influence between leverage on profitability is stronger than the influence of leverage on finn value . Keywords: Leverage, profitability, Corporate Value

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of liquidity ratios and profitability of own capital on the performance of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk, PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk and PT. Cement Indonesia, Tbk., As well as to determine the effect of variable liquidity ratfios and profitability of own capital on the performance of companies using correlation and linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research conducted it can be concluded that the ratio of liquidity and profitability of capital itself has a strong influence and a significant relationship to company performance. Abstract

The main purpose of the research is to measure how big the influence of product quality and brand image on customer loyality for Starbucks. The variable that researcher used on this research are independent variable which is product quality that consist of Performance, feature, reliability, conformance, durability, ability, esthetic and fit and finish while Brand image consist of power, uniqueness and favorable. For attached variable are customer loyality. Analytical method that researcher used are SPSS version 20 with the quisioner spread of 100 respondent at Starbucks Mall Botani Square Bogor. The result of the research shown that product quality and brand image significantly influenced customer loyalty. Key Word: Product Quality, Brand Image, Customers loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose ofthis study is (1) To determine the Consumer Preferences toward Customer Loyalty. (2) To determine the quality of their perception of the Customer Loyalty. (3) To know the quality of their Consumer Preferences and Perceptions on Customer Loyalty. The number of respondents that weighs the target of this research were 100 respondents to the methodology used is the regression equation and correlation. With the help ofSPSS software version 22.0. The results of this study were (1) the regression equation: Y = -1.491 + 0.389x1 + 0.539x2. This means that all variables have a positive effect on customer loyalty. (2) 34.4% variability explained by the Customer Loyalty and Customer Loyalty Consumer Preferences (R square = 0.343). (3) Consumer preferences have exhibited significantly positive effect on customer loyalty. (4) Perceived Quality has exhibited significantly positive effect on customer loyalty. (5) In a simultaneous regression, Consumer Preferences and Customer Loyalty has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.
