Abstract

Abstract This research is a quantitative study of the most popular food delivery service in Indonesia, GoFood. The objective of this research is to prove whether the Purchasing Decision on GoFood services is influenced by the variables of Lifestyle, Service Quality, and Promotion. The population drawn from the research object was GoFood consumers who used services during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The author uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with the PLS analysis test tool. The output obtained in this study shows that the Lifestyle and Service Quality variables have a positive-significant influence on the Purchasing Decision variable. For the promotion variable, the purchasing decision is not influenced by the promotional variables in a positive-significant manner. Objektif yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan apakah Keputusan Pembelian pada layanan GoFood dipengaruhi dengan variabel Gaya Hidup, Kualitas Layanan, dan Promosi. Populasi yang diambil dari objek penelitian merupakan konsumen GoFood yang menggunakan layanan selama masa Pandemi Covid-19. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Penulis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan alat uji analisis PLS. Keluaran yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini menunjukan variabel Gaya Hidup dan Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh positif-signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian. Untuk variabel promosi, Keputusan Pembelian tidak dipengaruhi oleh varibel promosi secara positif-signifikan. Kata kunci: Gaya Hidup; Kualitas Layanan; Promosi; dan Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction to customer service JNE in Yogyakarta. The method used was purposive sampling, with the sampling of the population is based on certain criteria namely JNE service customer in Yogyakarta have used JNE service at least 2 times. The sample in this study were 270 respondents. Data analysis methods include descriptive analysis and quanitative analysis using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling),an analysis technique based on PLS (Structural Equation Modeling). The result of this study prove that (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) brand image service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (4) brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (5) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (6) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction (7) brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance with work discipline as a mediating variable for the employees of the Bagelen District Office. The population for this study were employees of the Bagelen District Office, Purworejo Regency. The sample used was 45 respondents. The technique used in this research is saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 25 application. This study used a quantitative approach. The test instruments used in the study were validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test used in this study is the t test. The results showed that extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee performance through work discipline, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance through work discipline. Abstract

Bank is a financial institution that serves as a financial intermediary, which means collecting funds from the public and channel them back to the community in the form of loans. This research Using data from published financial statements and published from Indonesian banks in the period 2015-2019. Using data from Quarterly. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis to determine how much the relationship between one variable to another variable. In addition, the test results can be concluded by the multivariate coefficient that LDR has a positive effect and no significant effect on ROA, while lending rates have a significant negative effect on ROA. Abstract

This research was conducted using banking financial statements for seven years, namely the period 2013 - 2019 from banks engaged in the financial sector. The analytical method used is financial ratio analysis By using financial ratio analysis, it can be seen that the LDR, NPL, CAR and NIM affect the level of bankruptcy in banks this can occur due to internal factors contained in a bank. Then the conclusion is that the LDR, NPL, CAR and NIM affect the bank's bankruptcy level. It can be seen in the financial statements of the results of the LDR, NPL, CAR and NIM produced by banks increasing and decreasing during the research period, this has caused the bankruptcy rate of banks to also increase and decrease. The banking industry tries to maintain its Z-score by maintaining the value of the LDR, NPL, CAR and NIM variables on the financial statements, although the factors produced are not too large and even below average, the factors have increased. The number of factors in the financial statements that are affected by the level of financial ratios and income that has decreased due to banks that have not been able to emphasize their income. Banks conduct policies well by maintaining health and profit growth in terms of financial statements. Keywords: LDR, NPL, CAR, NIM and Bank's Bankruptcy Rate

Abstract

With the increase in public awareness of sports, it encourages many business opportunities in the sports field. One of them is the fitness center business. This study aims to: 1) to determine the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions on Celebrity Fitness products, 2) to determine the effect of facilities on purchasing decisions on Celebrity Fitness products, 3) to determine the effect of brand trust on purchasing decisions on Celebrity Fitness products, 4) to determine the effect of service quality, facilities, brand trust on purchasing decisions on Celebrity Fitness products. This study took objects (respondents) in Botani Square, Bogor city. Data were analyzed by SPSS (Reliability Test, Validity Test, Classical Assumption Test, Normality Test, Multicolonierity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, Statistical Hypothesis Test, Persial Test (t test), Simultaneous Significance Test (Test F)). The results of the analysis are as follows: 1) service quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, 2) facilities have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, 3) brand trust has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, 4) service quality, facilities, brand trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions Keywords: Brand Trust, Facilities, Service Quality, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Bagi para pemakai laporan keuangan dan pelaku bisnis dalam pengambilan keputusan ekonomi membuthkan informasi tentang kondisi dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Analisis rasio keuangan merupakan alternative untuk menguji apakah rasio-rasio keuangan bermanfaat untuk melakukan prediksi terhadap perubahan laba di masa mendatang. Rasio CAR, NIM, NPL, LDR, BOPO, Pertumbuhan Laba dan kualitas aktiva produksi merupakan pengukur kemampuan untuk memprediksi perubahan Laba. Para pemakai laporan keuangan dan pelaku bisnis dalam menilai suatu perusahaan perbankan tidak hanya melihat laba yang dihasilkan dalam satu periode melainkan secara kontinyu memantau perubahan laba dari tahun ke tahu. Dalam penulisan ini, penulis menganalisis ada tidaknya pengaruh dari variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), variable Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan variable Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) terhadap pertumbuhan Laba pada Bank umum yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 6 (enam) Bank umum yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia seperti PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk., PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk., PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk., PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk., PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk., dan PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero). Laporan keuangan secara lengkap telah dipublikasikan selama 5 tahun. Data penelitian yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan publikasi Bank tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2018. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian digunakan teknik analisis linear berganda, Analisis Korelasi, dan uji asumsi klasik dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 2.5. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) berpengaruh positif dan tidak siginifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba sebesar 0,394, Non Performing Loan (NPL) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba sebesar 0,940 dan Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba sebesar 0,007. Kata kunci: CAR, NPL, BOPO, Pertumbuhan Laba.

Abstract

Harga saham merupakan poin penting diperhatikan oleh para investor, banyaknya faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi harga saham salah satunya faktor fundamental. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), serta Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR) sebagai pemoderasi terhadap harga saham di Indonesia tahun 2015-2017. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data penelitian ini terdiri dari perusahaan yang listing di Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) selama 3 tahun pengamatan, total sebanyak 66 data sample. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil pengujian menunjukan ROA tidak mempengaruhi harga saham. CR mempengaruhi harga saham. DER tidak mempengaruhi harga saham. DPR ditemukan tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh ROA tehadap harga saham, sedangkan DPR mampu memoderasi pengaruh CR terhadap harga saham. dan DPR tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh DER terhadap harga saham. Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi saat ini perkembangan bisnis yang sangat pesat dibutuhkan ketepatan dalam mengambil keputusan, dalam pengambilan keputusan manajemen harus memperhatikan dan mempertimbangkan kebijakan-kebijakan yang dibuat untuk mengurangi kemungkinan risiko dan ketidakpastian yang akan terjadi. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengelola manajemen laba.. Manajemen laba merupakan perilaku yang dilakukan oleh manajemen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan atau menurunkan laba dalam proses pelaporan keuangan, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh tax planning,asset pajak tangguhan beban pajak tangguhan, dan profitabilitas terhadap manajemen laba dengan leverage sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Jakarta (BEI) pada tahun 2013-2017. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan multiple regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tax Planing berpengaruh positif tehadap manajemen laba, Aset Pajak Tangguhan berpengaruh positif terhadap Manajemen Laba, Beban Pajak Tangguhan Tidak Berpengaruh terhadap Manajemen Laba, Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Manajemen Laba. Kata Kunci: Tax Planing, Aset Pajak Tangguhan, Beban Pajak Tangguhan, Profitabilitas, Manajemen Laba

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Third-Party Funds and Loan to Deposit Ratio to The Amount of Loans that happened to PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk on 2010-2019. Data that used for this research are quantitative data which sourch from secondary data on every banks financial report. The method used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis method, T test, F test, coefficient test and coefficient of determination test. Regression analysis used to know the influence of independence variable to dependence variable with a significance value of 5 percent while the analysis of coefficient determination and determination used to know the correlation of independent variabel and dependent variabel. Based on partial hypothesis test (T test) that has been done by the author, the result show that Third-Party Fund has a significant influence to The Amount of Loans, and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant influence to The Amount of Loans. On hypotheses simultaneously test (F test), the result shows that Third-Party Funds and Interest Rate of Corporate Loans have a simultaneous effect.
