Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Giro Wajib Minimum and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Return On Assets in banking companies included in Book IV for the period 2014-2019. The method was used a descriptive qualitative method with data obtained secondary from the financial statements of each bank. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis methods with multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous significance test (F test) and partial significance test (t test). The results of this study indicate that: 1) Statutory Reserves have no effect on ROA, 2) Loan to Deposit Ratio has a negative and significant effect on ROA 3) The Statutory Reserves and Loan to Deposit Ratio have a significant effect on Return On Assets. Abstract

This study aims to determine organizational justice and itseffect on organizational commitment in the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives of Sleman Regency and the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Sleman Regency.The sample used in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The sampling method using saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, t test, and the coefficient of determination. By using the multiple linear regression method, it can be concluded that Y1 = 3,946 + 0.443 X1 + 0.346 X2 + e and Y2 = 16,647 + 0.669 X1 -0.580 X2 + e. The results of simultaneous calculations at Y1 obtained partial test results t count (4.104)> t table (2.011), the significance of the variable distributive justice to the dependent variable, namely affective commitment of 0.000 or less than the alpha value of 0.05. Distributive justice variable has a significant effect on affective commitment or H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The procedural justice variable t count (2.452)> t table (2.011) the significance of the procedural justice variable on the dependent variable, namely affective commitment of 0.018 or less than the alpha value of 0.05. In conclusion, the value of t count> t table and the significance of 0.018 <0.05 means that the variable procedural justice has a significant effect on affective commitment or H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. As for Y2, the simultaneous calculation results obtained by partial test results t count (3.103)> t table (2.011) the significance of distributive justice variables to the dependent variable, namely normative commitment of 0.003 or less than the alpha value of 0.05. In conclusion, the value of t count> t table and significance 0.003 <0.05 means that the variable distributive justice has a significant effect on normative commitment or H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The procedural justice variable t count (-2.057) <t table (2.011) the significance of the procedural justice variable on the dependent variable, namely the normative commitment of 0.045 or less than the alpha value of 0.05. In conclusion, the value of t count <t table and the significance of 0.045 <0.05 means that the normative justice variable has a significant effect on normative commitment or H1 is rejected and H0 is rejected. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the prediction of the company's financial difficulties using the Altman Z-score 1968 model and the effect of financial ratios including working capital to total assets, retained earnings to total assets, earnings before interest and tax to total assets, market value equity to book value. of total liabilities, and sales to total assets on financial distress. The sample used in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method and obtained 64 companies. The results showed that the variables Working Capital to Total Assets (X1), Retained Earnings to Total Assets (X2), Earnings Before Interest and Tax to Total Assets (X3), Market Value Equity To Book Value of Total Liabilities (X4), and Sales to Total Assets (X5) has a positive effect on financial distress, and the most significant effect on financial distress is the variable Retained Earnings to Total Assets. From the results of SPSS 17.0 processing, the equation Z = -1,813 + 1,216 X1 + 1,837 X2 + 0.122 X3 + 0.070 X4 + 0.506 X5 is produced. Meanwhile, the discriminant model that was formed had a high enough validation rate, namely 97.6%. Keywords: Financial ratio analysis; Financial distress; Altman Z-score

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassador and brand image on purchasing decisions with trustworthiness as an intervening variable in the Yogyakarta Starcross distribution. the type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used is the customer of the Starcross Yogyakarta distribution as many as 100 people. The sample used in this study is 100 customers using the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using a data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, brand ambassadors have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand ambassadors have a significant positive effect on trustworthiness, brand image has a significant positive effect on trustworthiness, trustworthiness has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. In this case, trustworthiness as an intervening variable is able to mediate the relationship between brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions, and brand image on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Artikel ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja petugas Lapas Klas IIB Klaten. Teori mengenai gaya kepemimpinan dalam penelitian ini digunakan teori Bass (1985) yang membagi gaya kepemimpinan menjadi 2 yaitu kepemimpinan transaksional dan kepemimpinan transformasional. Sedangkan untuk mengukur kinerja pegawai digunakan teori dari Robbin yang terdiri atas lima indikator (Robbins, 2006: 260). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan tipe statistik deskriptif. Populasi dalam studi ini adalah seluruh pegawai sedangkan sampel diambil dari pegawai selain jajaran pimpinan atau pejabat di lapas. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 orang. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan software SPSS 16.0 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5%. Dari hasil uji F diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja petugas. Persamaan regresi yang didapatkan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja petugas adalah Y= 19,616 + 0,492 X. Dari analisis deskriptif yang dilakukan kinerja petugas lapas memperoleh hasil baik dan sangat baik dikarenakan pemimpin menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance partially, and the effect of work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance simultaneously at PT. Yogyakarta Engineering Mukti Day. The research method used is quantitative with a population of 45 employees. Sampling using saturated non-probability sampling, with the entire population of 45 employees to be sampled. The data obtained were then processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 22 for windows. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire using google forms for employees of PT. Yogyakarta Engineering Mukti Day. Data analysis techniques used in this study include reliability test, validity test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test through the T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study concluded that the variables work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially affect the performance of employees at PT. Yogyakarta Engineering Mukti Day. The results of the study conclude that the variable work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Abstract

This research aims to test the Return On Equity as well as the influence of capital structure, business risk, company size and sales growth. The samples used in this study are Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method and obtained by 21 companies. The analysis techniques in this study are Multiple Regression Analysis, hypothesis test using F test simultaneously, and partial t test with 5% level of significance. The results of this study showed that the capital structure, business risk, size of the company and simultaneous sales growth influenced Return On Equtiy at a level of less than 5% which is 0.001. Partially only business risk variables that affect Return On Equity at a level of less than 5% is 0.001. While the capital structure, size of the company and sales growth have no effect on Return On Equity. From the results of processing SPSS produces the equation Y = 0.147 + 0.020X1 + 2.597X2 – 0.004X3 + 0.001X4 + e. While the value of coefficient of determination in this study was 0.447. This means that the ability of independent variables to describe dependent variable variations is 44.7%, while the remaining 55.3% is influenced by other variables not studied in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah prudential dan indikator-indikator di dalamnya (Pengetahuan Produk, dan Penjualan Personal) memiliki pengaruh terhadap Minat Beli. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang pernah melakukan pembelian asuransi prudential di kota Bogor dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Metode analisis data meggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh asuransi prudential terhadap Minat Beli. Pengujian data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software SPSS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Pengetahuan Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli asuransi prudential di kota Bogor dengan nilai uji-t sebesar 5,688 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. (2) Penjualan Personal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli asuransi prudential di kota Bogor dengan nilai uji-t sebesar 3,716 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. (3) Pengetahuan Produk, Penjualan Personal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli asuransi prudential di kota Bogor dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 109.947 dan lebih besar dibandingkan dari F tabel sebesar 2,75 dan memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui PT. Coca Cola Indonesia mengelola dengan sumber dan pemanfaatan modal kerja dan melihat manjemen PT. Coca Cola Indonesia selama ini sangat produktif dalam memanfaatkan modal kerja. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemahaman modal kerja, jenis modal kerja, kapasitas modal kerja, faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi modal kerja, langkah - langkah analisis sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja, manajemen modal kerja, sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja. yang baik. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian diperoleh melalui Library Exploration, yaitu suatu strategi pemeriksaan yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi teoritis dari literatur, catatan - catatan kuliah, bahan tulisan lainnya yang diidentifikasi dengan masalah yang diteliti sehingga cenderung digunakan sebagai informasi tambahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitis, metode dengan cara mengumpulkan data dan mendeskriptifkan atau menjelaskan data - data tersebut. Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) Does mudharabah savings have a significant effect on bank profits? (2) Does musyarakah financing have a significant effect on bank profit? (3) Do mudharabah savings and musyarakah financing together have a significant effect on bank profits? The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression with the total profit being the dependent variable and two independent variables, namely Mudharabah Savings and Musharaka Financing. The results of data processing have obtained a regression model Y = 36964 + 0.021X1 + -0.002X2. The regression coefficient shows that if each mudharabah savings is 0.021 one unit, it is predicted that it will increase the amount of savings by 36964 units and vice versa. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.564, this indicates that the mudharabah savings and musharaka financing variables contribute or influence 56% on the variable amount of profit. Partially, the t test results indicate that each variable the amount of mudharabah savings has a significant effect on the amount of profit so that the hypothesis is accepted and the musyarakah financing has a significant negative effect on the amount of profit. Simultaneously, the results of the F test show that together mudharabah savings and musyarakah financing have a significant effect on total profit so that the hypothesis is accepted.
