Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Effect of Third Party Funds, Loan To Deposit Ratio and Credit Interest Rates in this study partially and simultaneously affect profitability as measured by Return On Assets (ROA). The population in this study were book IV banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period as many as 7 companies, then the sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling method, namely the sample was selected from a population of certain criteria, either expertly or scientifically. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, partial test of determination coefficient test (t test), and simultaneous test (f test). Data testing was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 Software. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Third Party Funds (X1) have a significant effect on Profitability (ROA), because the more funds collected by the public in the form of savings, demand deposits, deposits, the more banks will distribute interest costs on the product so that it can reduce the income or profitability of a Bank. 2) Loan to Deposit Ratio (X2) has a significant effect on Profitability (ROA), because the more loans that are disbursed, the higher the interest income that will be obtained by the bank with the assumption that if the loans disbursed are in a smooth state, it will increase the bank's profit. the. 3) Credit Interest Rates (X3) have a significant effect on Profitability (ROA) because the more people who make credit, the credit interest income will increase so that it will increase the profitability of a Bank. 4) Third Party Funds, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Interest Rates Credit has a simultaneous and significant effect on Profitability (ROA). Abstract

Berinvestasi sudah menjadi kata yang tidak asing dan sudah menjadi hal yang umum yang dilakukan masyarakat dunia khususnya Indonesia. kecemasan akibat fear out of missing (FOMO) menyebabkan seseorang tidak bisa membedakan pilihan logis dan pilihan yang dipengaruhi pilihan orang lain. terdapat dua analisis yaitu analisis fundamental dan teknikal, money management dalam transaksi investasi digunakan untuk meminimalisir kerugiaan. Objek keputusan investasi, analisis teknikal dan perilaku investor. Subjek anggota KSPM Universitas Putra Bangsa Kebumen. Uji Validasi dan Reabilitias, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis regresi berganda, Uji Hipotesis, Koefisien Determinasi. Uji t analisis teknikal memiliki nilai thitung 2.817 ttabel 0.2732 dan tingkat signifikan 0,007 0,05 sehingga H1 diterima. Nilai thitung psikologi 1.132 ttabel 0.2732 dan tingkat signifikan 0,182 0,05 sehingga H0 diterima H2 ditolak, money managment memiliki nilai thitung 2.433 ttabel 0.2732 dan tingkat signifikan 0,019 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Disimpulkan variabel analisis taknikal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi di pasar modal, variabel psikologi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi di pasar modal,variabel money management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi di pasar modal.

Abstract

The capital market is a meeting place for two interests, namely those who need funds (companies) and those who have excess funds (investors). One of the capital market instruments, namely stocks, companies can get funds from investors by selling shares and investors can buy company shares to get profits in the future. The stock price of a company can be influenced by various factors including financial performance. Whether or not the company's financial performance can affect the rise or fall of the company's stock price. The better the company's performance, the better the opportunity to get a stock price increase in the future. This study aims to analyze the effect of Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio and Price Book Value on Stock Prices. The type of data used is secondary data and is a quantitative research. Sources of data obtained from the company's financial statements published on the company's website and the idx website. The population used is food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2020. The sample used is 7 companies using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 22 program. The results showed that partially Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio and Price Book Value had a significant effect on stock prices. Abstract

This study was aimed to explore the logistics service business strategy of J&T Express using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The research locus was chosen at J&T Express as an innovative logistics service company. This research was compiled based on a qualitative descriptive method. The time of the study was conducted in April 2022, located in Bogor City and the analytical technique used was Miles and Huberman's qualitative interactive. Based on the use of nine dimensions of BMC, with the possibility of making managerial contributions that are included in tactical and strategic approaches, the J&T Express business model approach is in accordance with BMC. The contribution of this research emphasizes that the canvas business model (BMC) can be used as a role model in a comprehensive logistics service business development strategy.

Abstract

This research aims to examine various relationships between hypothetical variables. The variables used in this study are capital structure, which is proxied by the debt- to -equity ratio (DER), firm size, which is proxied by total assets, and firm value, which is proxied by the price earnings ratio (PER). This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value partially and simultaneously on foods and beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method. The population in this study are all industrial companies in the food and beverage sector that have been and are still listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Out of the 26 population, companies obtained 7 companies that meet the requirements as a sample during the 5 year observation period. Statistical methods used in data processing and analysis are normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with t test and f test. The results showed that the capital structure (X1) had a significant effect on firm value. Firm size (X2) has a significant effect on firm value. Capital structure (X1) and firm size (X2) indicate that they simultaneously affect firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Persepsi Keamanan dan Persepsi Kemudahan terhadap Niat Beli secara Online dengan Kepercayaan (trust) sebagai Variabel Intervening (Survei Pada Calon Konsumen TikTok Shop di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta). Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2023. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh masyarakat yang berdomisili di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 untuk alat analisis Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Persepsi Keamanan berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan terhadap Niat Beli Online, 2) Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Niat Beli Online, 3) Persepsi Kemanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan (trust), 4) Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan (trust), 5) Kepercayaan (trust) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Niat Beli Online, 6) Persepsi Keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Niat Beli Online melalui Kepercayaan (trust), 7) Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Niat Beli Online melalui Kepercayaan (trust). Nilai R square sebesar 0,725 berarti bahwa 72,5% variasi Niat Beli Online pada TikTok Shop dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Persepsi Keamanan, Persepsi Kemudahan dan Kepercayaan (trust), sisanya 27,5% dijelaskan oleh variable lain di luar penelitian ini. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia periode 2018 – 2021. Metode peneilitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 21 perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 21 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode sensus/sampling total. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dengan data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia dan website perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan pertumbuhan penjualan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal, (2) likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal, (3) profitabilitas berpengaruh negative terhadap struktur modal, (4) pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of current ratio, DER, company size, sales growth, inflation, and interest rate on company performance. The sample in this study were 160 property and real estate sub-sector service companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2019 and had complete annual and financial reports. This study used purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The data used in this study were secondary data from the companies’ annual and financial reports. The results of this study showed a significant effect between current ratio, DER, total assets, GS, inflation, and interest rates with company performance (Fscore Ftable). The contribution was 33,6% (R2 = 0,036). The results of t test also showed that DEF, total assets, inflation, and interest rates significantly affect company performance (p < 0,05) but there was no significant effect between current ratio and GS with company performance (p < 0,05). Abstract

Dampak pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia menyebabkan kinerja ekonomi melemah akibat pemberlakuan kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid 19. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik, pada tahun 2020 Indonesia perekonomian secara keseluruhan mengalami pertumbuhan negatif sebesar 2,51 persen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan bank pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Obyek penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perbankan yang terkategori Buku 1, Buku 2, Buku 3 dan Buku 4. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji beda berpasangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Berdasarkan hasil uji beda dan pembahasan yang sudah dilakukan secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan kinerja bank Buku 4 yang memiliki modal inti lebih dari Rp 30 trilyun antara sebelum dan semasa pandemic baik ditinjau dari aspek solvabilitas, rentabilitas dan likuiditas. Demikian pula dengan bank Buku 3 yang memiliki modal inti Rp 5 – 30 trilyun terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam kinerja perbankan selama dan semasa pandemic yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan pada nilai CAR dan BOPO serta adanya penurunan pada nilai LDR. Bank pada kategori Buku 2 memiliki perbedaan signifikan pada aspek efisiensi Biaya Operasional yang meningkat dan nilai likuiditas yang menurun serta tidak ada perbedaan signifikan pada aspek capital. Kemudian pada bank Buku 1 tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada aspek likuiditas. Perbedaan signifikan kinerja bank Buku 1 terjadi pada aspek capital yang meningkat dan efisiensi biaya operasional yang menurun.

Abstract

Digital payments have now become a new habit for the most consumer along with the development of non-cash payment innovations. There has been an increase in the use (intensity and value) of digital money in recent years along with the pandemic in the effort of touch-less transactions. Consumer behavior with a demographic background, the age group born in 1997-2021, known as generation Z is the digital native generation to be interesting because they will become a big market in the years ahead. The formulation of the research problem is that service quality, perceived convenience, perceived benefits, and promotions have a positive influence on the use of digital money. The purpose of this study is to find out how much interest and intensity in using digital wallets are among generation Z and to find out the relationship between variables both internal and external to consumers in the use of digital wallets. Research will be conducted using research methods. Primary data will be taken using an e-form survey on generation z respondents in several schools and campuses in the city of Bogor. The collected data will be processed and analyzed using the method of description, cross tabulation, and analytical approach with Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The results of the study show support for the research hypothesis and also previous research related to the use of digital wallets, except for an insignificant relationship of perceived ease of to use (PEOU) on behavioral intention (BI).
