Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation in the use of animated video as a learning media for the introduction of Hijaiyah letters at Tadika Sinar Al-Fikh Orchard Bandar Parklands Klang, Malayasia. Where this research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview and observation methods. In activities at Tadika Sinar Al-Fikh Orchard Bandar Parklands Klang, Malaysia, the use of animated video media is one of the media chosen in delivering learning materials. The use of animated videos can increase students' interest in learning and their understanding of the material presented in the video. Supporting factors such as facilities and Teacher's ability can support the use of animated video media optimally. In its implementation, the animated video is played for 15 minutes every Friday. While on other days, students get to know letters through printed media such as iqra' and posters. That is what makes learners not recognise hijaiyah letters optimally. Although learners are able to recognise the sound and shape of hijaiyah letters during video playback, they still have difficulty when asked

Abstract

The low enthusiasm for learning students in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is caused by learning methods that are still monotonous and less interesting for students. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of technology-based inquiry methods can increase students' enthusiasm for learning in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo through the application of technology-based inquiry methods. This method was chosen because it can encourage students to participate actively and be more enthusiastic in the learning process and can make them think critically. With the integration of technology, the learning process becomes more interactive and interesting. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type as its research method. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation instruments. The results showed that the technology-based inquiry method can increase students' active participation in learning, as well as create a more interactive and interesting learning atmosphere. The integration of technology in Islamic Religious Education learning can make students more independent in exploring material widely, improve critical thinking skills and can reduce boredom in the learning process. However, this study also found several challenges and obstacles in implementing this method, including limited internet access, teacher readiness in implementing the method, and obstacles in time management in the learning process. Thus, this study contributes to the development of more effective and innovative learning strategies in the school environment.

Abstract

Cooperative learning is a learning method that is carried out by working together between students, so that later students do not only achieve success individually or defeat each other. And the process describes the problems and challenges faced by Islamic religious education teachers in internalizing the values of Islamic religious education to students at school. The challenges and problems that arise are caused by the times, even many outside cultures that must be filtered first because they are not in accordance with the values of Islamic education. The data analysis technique in this research uses qualitative descriptive methods. Qualitative research is research that aims to understand the phenomena experienced by the research subject. in this study will describe how the teacher's strategy in internalizing the values of Islamic religious education to students. There are three aspects included in the values of Islamic education, namely: moral values (morals to God, morals to others and morals to oneself), belief values (faith in God and His messengers), and worship values. The strategies carried out in internalizing the values of Islamic religious education include several stages, namely: the value transformation stage, the value transaction stage, and the internalization stage.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKI) play a key role in the development of Islamic studies, especially related to the study of the Qur'an. UIN Maliki Malang, through the Mahad Al-Jamiah Center, focuses on improving the skills of reading and writing the Qur'an with daily coaching programs. In 2019, UIN Maliki Malang achieved the highest Qur'an reading index among 14 UINs in Indonesia and ranked second in writing skills. This study discusses the management of the Qur'an coaching strategy at the Mahad Al-Jamiah Center using a qualitative descriptive method. The analysis process uses the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana approach which includes data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the management of Al-Qur'an ta'lim coaching combines planning, implementation, and evaluation to increase competitive advantage and achieve graduates with good Qur'an reading and writing skills, as well as Ulul Albab character. This Al-Qur'an ta'lim program is the foundation for forming graduates with the character of Ulul Albab, namely those who excel in Al-Qur'an reading and writing skills and have spiritual integrity. This strategy combines a managerial approach with a common goal, so as to be able to maintain competitive advantage in Al-Qur'an education in the Islamic higher education environment.

Abstract

Morals are the spirit of Islam, where religion without morals is like a lifeless body. Morals are values that guarantee human salvation from the torment of hellfire. The position of morals in human life occupies an important place, as individuals as well as communities and nations, because the rise and fall of a society depends on its morals. Morals itself is an inseparable part of human life and is able to distinguish humans from other creatures. This research uses a descriptive approach where the data collected uses more words. The writing method used in this research is a qualitative method, this research aims to describe the learning of the book of Taisirul Khalaq in the formation of morals. The results of this study are expected to support the objectives of Islamic education itself, namely the realisation of perfect morals. Abstract

Learning English language skills as foreign means learning four very basic aspects, such as: listening, speaking, reading, and writing, the four language skills seems found in the al-Qur'an. This is enabling learners to correlate their achievement of both memorizing al-Qur’an and the language. This research aimed to know whether or not the correlation between achievement of memorizing al-Qur’an and English. This research is quantitative, the sample were 35 students of SMA al Maidah Catakgayam Jombang. To collect data the researcher used documentation, the data then analyzed using descriptive statistic and product moment. The result showed that the students’ memorizing al-Qur’an was categorized as middle; the students’ English achievement was categorized as middle. There is significant correlation between students’ memorizing al-Qur’an and English achievement. It is proved by the result of p-value that was 0.000 < 0.05, and the result of rxy which higher than r table 0.802 > 0.3338.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the application of religious song media as an effort to prevent and address bullying behavior at SD Nurul Faizah Surabaya. A qualitative approach with a case study is used to understand the application of religious songs as a means of prevention and handling of bullying behavior. The research participants consist of students, teachers, and the principal, who are involved in efforts to prevent and address bullying. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the prevention of bullying behavior at SD Nurul Faizah Surabaya is facilitated through the educational media of religious songs, which are sung at the beginning and end of lessons. Addressing bullying behavior at SD Nurul Faizah Surabaya requires the entire school community to manage bullying incidents in accordance with the school's bullying prevention program.

Abstract

Tolerance is not merely an expression, but must be manifested in everyday life. Interfaith relations have long been synchronized and tolerant. Even with strong mutual cooperation in society, it is possible to build tolerance. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a need to develop attitudes and values of tolerance. During this pandemic, it is an opportune time to strengthen collective attitudes and actions, fostering tolerance, mutual assistance among communities, and mutual trust, regardless of religion, ethnicity, or culture. When members of the community are exposed to the virus, it is hoped that the community will actively participate in showing tolerance. The collective responsibility is to re-establish the attitudes and values of tolerance in Islam correctly to anticipate such situations, beginning with the perception that all beings are equal. Every community has the same rights, and this must be the basis for the attitude of tolerance that has been formed. The research problem is how to weave and instill an attitude of tolerance among religious communities, as well as how to instill values of tolerance during the pandemic in Jombang Regency. This research is field research. The approach used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing techniques include extended observation, persistent observation, and triangulation. The research findings contribute to all aspects of community life to prevent the root causes of problems designed to foster division in the form of other forms of hostility. It can build and foster attitudes and values of tolerance among people of different religions without regard to race or ethnicity.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan e-learning pada pembelajaran Agama Islam penting untuk dilakukannya sebab pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi telah berkembang secara pesat yang membuka peluang pemanfaatan e-learning menjadi strategi pembelajaran yang tepat. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan e-learning dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dapat dikembangkan bagi guru maupun lembaga pendidikan dalam menciptakan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih optimal. Pada penelitian ini memiliki jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran literatur secara daring pada berbagai basis data ilmiah. Data yang diperoleh dari sumber-sumber tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deduktif–induktif. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dari berbagai literatur, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan e-learning dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) membawa dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap proses dan hasil belajar peserta didik. E-learning tidak hanya meningkatkan interaktivitas, fleksibilitas, dan efektivitas pembelajaran, tetapi juga mendorong terbentuknya kemandirian belajar serta mempermudah guru dalam mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran secara digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of instant translation tools based on artificial intelligence in translating Arabic texts into Indonesian. The tools examined include Google Translate, Deep Translator, and ChatGPT, which represent widely used AI-based translation technologies in educational and academic settings. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method by collecting primary data from the translation outputs of the three tools, as well as secondary data from literature related to translation studies and artificial intelligence. The findings indicate that instant translation tools provide convenience, speed, and efficiency in translating words, phrases, and simple sentences. However, notable limitations remain in terms of grammar, morphology, semantics, idiomatic expressions, and cultural context, especially when dealing with complex or religious texts such as Qur’anic verses. A comparison with human-produced translations shows that human translators are still superior in capturing contextual meaning and cultural nuances. Therefore, while instant translation tools are valuable as supporting media for learning and initial comprehension, human intervention is still required to produce translations that are accurate, meaningful, and contextually appropriate.
