<![CDATA[Function education in the view of Islam is not much different with the goal of national education, where education serves to improve the competency of an individual as a learner. There are two factors that influence the learning outcomes of an individual, the first is internal factors and the second is external factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of time management on the achievement of students learning Islamic boarding school Jagad 'Alimussirry. The research method carried out in this study is the statistical method . The instrument test technique in this study was to test the validity and reliability while the data analysis technique used the linearity test. Hypothesis testing uses Partial Test (T Test), coefficient of determination and simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in the research that have been carried out without going through or using treatment that can be applied in the form of time management training, the results of statistical testing using simple linear regression analysis techniques can be stated that time management does not significantly influence students achievement in Jagad ‘Alimussirry Islamic boarding school.]]>

<![CDATA[Siwakan is the prophet's sunnah which aims to cleanse the mouth and teeth using araak wood (Salvadora persica). Woodwood contains various chemicals that can prevent plaque from appearing and have the potential to be antibacterial. Siwak can also be used to strengthen memorization because it can make a loss of laziness. The purpose of this study was to determine the benefits of sunny siwakan in health sciences and memorizing power. In this study used a library research where data will be obtained from books, journals, magazines, documents, records of historical stories, or pure library research related to the object of research. The results showed that Bachtiar from the Faculty of Medicine University of Indonesia said araak wood contained trimethylamine (TMA) which was able to prevent plaque from forming a nest of germs so that teeth became healthy and other results from the Ta'lim Muta'allim book showed that civet could eliminate phlegm where phlegm is one of the causes of lazy memorization.]]>

<![CDATA[Da'wah is something that should be done by Muslims, where da'wah has the purpose of forming a better character and personality that is able to grow a soul that has a moral character. There are various kinds of da'wah methods, one of which is da'wah carried out by Walisongo. Walisongo built a pesantren in carrying out his preaching namely sunan bonang with Sufism-based ahlusunnah waljamaah pesantren. The existence of Islamic boarding schools in Surabaya can also make the surrounding communities take part in following the teachings delivered by each study. Every santri is also able to preach to the surrounding community and this is a process of developing da'wah. Sufism-based ahlusunnah waljamaah Islamic boarding school is located in the Jagad mahasiswa Alimussirry Surabaya student boarding school. There are similarities used by the sunan Bonang and Jagad im Alimussirry boarding schools in preaching so that they become research. This type of research is a qualitative research method. The research location was centered at the Jagad Islamic Boarding School ‘Alimussirry Wonokromo Surabaya. In this study, it shows that there is an equation of tariqah used by Sunan Bonang with the Islamic Student Ponpes ‘Alimussirry Surabaya in preaching through Islamic boarding schools.]]>

<![CDATA[Dermatitis venenata caused by Paederin poison called Paederus Dermatitis. This type of dermatitis causes inflammation of the skin with distinctive characteristics such as erythema and pruritus accompanied by vesicles in the cervical region. This type of inflammation generally occurs in high temperature areas with tropical climates. Indonesians generally do not understand the incidence of dermatitis, so the incidence of dermatitis is still high and has not been treated appropriately. Daarul Quran Putra Islamic Boarding School has high incidence in paederus dermatitis so that cadres are formed called Tomcat Fighter as Detective Tomcat to control and overcome the incidence of Paederus Dermatitis. This service aims to determine the success of the Fight Tomcat strategy at the Daarul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in Karanganyar, Central Java. 10 male students given the treatment of education. In the data there was an increase in recovery from 82 sufferers becoming fully recovered. The conclusion is the education we gave to male cadres proves the success of Fight Tomcat strategy to recover the suffered students.]]>

<![CDATA[Sufi Orders played a significant role in the religious, moral and spiritual development of people. Particularly, Naqshbandi Sufi Order gained distinguished fame around the globe due to its complete compatibility with Quran and Sunnah and abstain from invented heresies. One of the prominent Sufi Masters of Naqshband “Sheiek Abdul Khaliq al-Ghujdawani†introduced eight principles for spiritual enhancement. Shah Baha-ud-Din Naqshband added three more principles which were being recognized “Principles of Naqshbandi Sufi Orderâ€. This research paper was designed to explore the effectiveness of these three of its eleven basic principles: Temporal pause (وقو٠زمانى), Numerical pause (وقو٠عددى), and Heart pause (وقو٠قلبى). Qualitative and descriptive research approach was employed in this research for the analysis of data. For clear and better understanding, the article was divided into three sections. The first section gave a brief introduction to famous orders of Sufism, Second explained the Principles of Naqshbandi Sufi order formed by Sheikh Abdul Khaliq Gujdwani, Third looked into addendum of Hazrat Baha-ud-Din in the Naqshbandi principles and explored its effectiveness in psychological and spiritual advancement. The systematic review of literature concluded that these principles played a significant role in psychological, ethical and spiritual enhancement. On one hand they made a strong link between man and Allah in terms of Tawheed, love, and unshakeable trust while on the other hand, provided an opportunity of self-purification from wrong emotions, desires and sinful inclination which ultimately led towards good morals as well as promotion of social peace. It is therefore suggested that religious scholars in general, and Masters of Naqshbandi Sufi order should strictly advise their followers to follow these principles in order to get psychological and spiritual benefits.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the positive and simultaneous influence between Islamic leadership and work motivation on the performance of employees of Bank Jatim Syariah Surabaya Branch Office. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The selection of research subjects using the method Probably sampling with simple random sampling is random sampling from the population. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and measured with a Likert scale and then processed and analyzed with the IBM SPSS Statistics application. Based on the results of the analysis shows that Islamic leadership has a significant effect on performance, and work motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance, and Islamic leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. And the value of R. Square is equal to 0.480 so that means that the simultaneous influence between variable X with Y variable is 48%.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract. Earthquakes are natural disasters caused by shocks on the earth due to faults and the sudden movement of tectonic rocks that make up the earth's crust. This study of earthquakes will be interesting if explored further from the perspective of the Qur'an because in the Qur'an there are many verses that speak of earthquakes. As explained in the Qur'an Al-Zalzalah verses 1-8. On February 14 2016 to February 23 2016 aftershocks occurred in the Klagon Village Area, Saradan District, Madiun. To analyze when the end of aftershocks ends by using the Least Square Method and the relationship of frequency of aftershocks to times that include the Omori, Omogi 1, Omogi 2 and Utsu methods. The conclusion of this study is the Omogi 2 method which has obtained the correlation coefficient r = 0.195 from the correlation value -1 ≤ r ≤ 1, with the aftershocks ending on day 464 and from the comparison of aftershock frequency corresponding to the graph between the results data calculations with real data (actual data) namely the Omogi 2 method. And basically the term earthquake in the Qur'an can still be said not to make the verses interpreted as a single word containing the meaning of the earthquake as a brief explanation of aftershocks in the perspective of the Qur'an.]]>

<![CDATA[The attitude of nationalism among the student has still led to various opinions. This opinion raises various problems among students, namely not following the ceremony, not memorizing the great Indonesian songs, not memorizing the Pancasila, not raising the flag, not honoring each other. The formulas raised in this study are; (1) What is the meaning of nationalism; (2) How are the values ​​of nationalism in the perspective of the Qur'an; (3) How is the relationship between nationalism and the principle of unity in Pancasila; (4) How is the implementation of the values ​​of Pancasila to foster nationalism in the daily lives of students in the Al-Hadi Bojonegoro boarding school. (1) want to describe the understanding of nationalism; (2) want to describe the values ​​of nationalism in the perspective of nationalism; (3) want to describe the relation between nationalism and the value of the principle of unity in Pancasila; (4) wants to describe the implementation of Pancasila values ​​to foster nationalism in the daily lives of students in the Islamic boarding school Al-Hadi Bojonegoro. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews with informants.. There are five things that encourage the application of the attitude of Nationalism; (1) Awareness to be willing to sacrifice; (2) Proud becomes an Indonesian citizen; (3) Appreciate the services of the heroes; (4) Mutual respect for differences in religion; (5) Pride in Indonesian culture. From these five things as a whole the attitude of Nationalism has grown and developed in the personality of the students. Although in the era of globalization and technology which increasingly eroded the nationalist attitude which tends to prioritize their own interests and momentary gains in the students still have attitudes that encourage the growth of nationalism in themselves.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is the fourth most populous country in the world with a population of 265 million. there are 17 LAZ at national level, 7 LAZ at provincial level and 11 LAZ at district level, the data is LAZ registered at baznas.go.id. The national zakat potential reaches Rp 217 trillion expected to be able to overcome the problem of poverty found in Indonesia . promotion factors become the most important means to attract and retain members. One of the promotional objectives of the amil zakat institution is to inform all types of products offered and try to attract new members. This study is a quasi-experimental study, researchers do not have the flexibility to manipulate subjects. The research design used in this study was "One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design". The effect of promotion on the interest in salik to pay zakat in the Amil zakat institution Aladussirry before being given treatment in the form of brochures is still low or not significantly. The effect of promotion on the interest of salik to pay zakat in the Amil zakat organization Jagad 'Alimussirry after being given treatment in the form of brochures was very high or significantly.]]>
