This study aims to determine the positive and simultaneous influence between Islamic leadership and work motivation on the performance of employees of Bank Jatim Syariah Surabaya Branch Office. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The selection of research subjects using the method Probably sampling with simple random sampling is random sampling from the population. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and measured with a Likert scale and then processed and analyzed with the IBM SPSS Statistics application. Based on the results of the analysis shows that Islamic leadership has a significant effect on performance, and work motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance, and Islamic leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. And the value of R. Square is equal to 0.480 so that means that the simultaneous influence between variable X with Y variable is 48%.

Ramadan in the year of 2020 is the witness of global pandemic caused by the spread of Covid-19 that significantly alters human behaviors. In response to the current phenomenon, the present study is conducted to scrutinize how the holy month of Ramadan and global pandemic affect human religiosity and donating behaviors. To this end, this study employed a web-based questionnaire to gather the required data from 128 Indonesians who were voluntarily participated upon invitation. Using WarpPLS to analyze the data, the results showed that there was a significant influence of global pandemic situation and Ramadan on the level of religiosity. Moreover, the pandemic situation also encouraged the exist growth of donation institutions. This study further revealed the positive impact of the holy month of Ramadan and religiosity on human donating behaviors. In other words, Ramadan and global pandemic increased the level of human religiosity and the existence of donation institutions, as a results, their donating behaviors were also improved. However, this study found that the existence of donation institutions did not have any influence on human donating behaviors. These results offer an implication that Ramadan and global pandemic obviously provide a direct impact on religiosity and human donating behaviors.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Islamic Leadership on Work Motivation, Islamic Performance, and Welfare of Islamic Hospital Employees in Tulungagung Regency. The unit of analysis in this study is the employees of Islamic Hospital or Islamic nuanced hospitals in Tulungagung. While population in this research are employees of Islamic hospitals in Tulungagung District, and sampledby 133 people. Methods of research using quantitative structural equation models with AMOS software. The results can be summarized as follows: Islamic leadership influences employee motivation in Islamic hospitals. Islamic Leadership affects the performance of Islamic Hospital employees. Islamic leadership affects the welfare of employees in Islamic hospitals. Working motivation affects the performance of employees of Islam Hospital. But the motivation and performance did not effect significantly to the employee welfare at the Islamic hospital in Tulungagung.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of business ethics in traditional markets and analyze the role of al-Hisbah in the implementation of business ethics in the Wonokromo traditional market in Surabaya. This type of research is field research. The data collection methods are observation, interview, and study literature. The research result implies information about the traditional market sellers' understanding of business ethics that very diverse. Although some sellers do not know theoretically about business ethics, they implement the ethical business value because of their obedience to religious values taught by their families. The function of Al-Hisbah in the Wonokromo market has been going well despite some shortcomings that might able to be managed by supervision in terms of price, size/scale, and quality of goods. The implication of this research is its contribution to the development of Islamic Economics science, and input for stakeholders incuding market management and city government who involved in socialization and implementation business ethics at traditional markets.

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi ditandai dengan berkembangnya game online sebagai media hiburan, salah satunya adalah Mobile Legends: BangBang. Game tersebut tidak hanya menjadi hiburan semata, namun juga menjadi salah satu cabang lomba E-Sports dalam SEA Games 2021 di Vietnam. dalam game Mobile Legends terdapat alat pembayaran dalam game yang disebut sebagai diamonds. Salah tempat yang menyediakan jasa Top Up Diamonds Mobile Legends resmi yaitu CodaShop. Melihat fenomena tersebut menarik untuk diteliti apabila ditinjau dari hukum islam dan undang-undang mengenai transaksi elektronik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem transaksi Top Up Diamonds melalui Coda Shop, serta bagaimana tinjauan hukum islam dan hukum transaksi elektronik yang berlaku di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan. Objek penelitian yakni sistem transaksi serta tinjauan hukum Islam dan Undang-Undang Transaksi Elektronik mengenai Top Up Diamonds di CodaShop. Subjek penelitian yakni Gamers Mobile Legends. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dalam validitas data menggunakan metode tringulasi sumber dan tringulasi teknik. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni sistem transaksi Top Up diamonds melalui CodaShop berbentuk ba’I as-salam, serta telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat jual beli menurut hukum Islam, serta didalamnya tidak mengandung unsur yang dilarang dalam Undang-Undang Transaksi Elektronik di Indonesia..

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berbasis pada kondisi ekonomi pada masyarakat Kota Surabaya sebagai akibat dari pemberlakuan social distancing dan pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) yang telah diterapkan oleh pemerintah Kota Surabaya sebagai upaya untuk memutus mata rantai penularan covid-19. Dengan adanya aturan tersebut perusahaan melakukan pengurangan karyawan agar tetap survive di masa sulit akibat covid-19. Bagi perusahaan yang masih bisa bertahan akan tetap mempertahankan karyawannya tetapi dilakukan pengurangan jam kerja sehingga pendapatan karyawan menurun. Kegiatan Pengabdian dilakukan dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan mengenai dampak kesehatan akibat covid-19 dengan memberikan edukasi tentang pengelolaan keuangan keluarga dan motivasi bekerja dari rumah selama masa pandemi covid-19. Kegiatan ini juga disertai pembagian sembako kepada warga yang terdampak covid-19. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan warga yang ditimbulkan akibat PHK dan dirumahkan sehingga mempengaruhi kondisi ekonomi masyarakat. Dengan memberikan edukasi, maka warga akan tahu berbagai macam informasi dan strategi mengenai bagaimana mengelola keuangan keluarga dengan baik sehingga pada masa pandemi ini bisa survive dan memberikan motivasi kepada masyarakat agar tetap semangat untuk bekerja dari rumah dengan memulai untuk berbisnis sehingga kegiatan dirumah saja tetap produktif.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktek utang-piutang dan pengembalian uang dalam aktivitas SPP PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan di Desa Leran serta menganalisis hukum Islam terhadap pelaksanaan SPP. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai meliputi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa praktik pinjaman pada SPP PNPM Mandiri termasuk utang piutang dengan sistem kredit, di mana hal tersebut diperbolehkan dalam Islam dengan syarat di dalamnya tidak ada bunga. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan SPP terdapat biaya tambahan jasa administrasi sebesar 1,5% setiap bulan yang dibebankan kepada anggota. Biaya tambahan tersebut bukan untuk keuntungan pribadi, melainkan digunakan untuk keperluan administrasi lembaga serta digilirkan kembali kepada masyarakat.

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berbasis pada kebutuhan dan keinginan jamaah masjid Baitul Makmur 1 Ketintang Surabaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan perilaku konsumsi produk pangan halal. PKM ini bertujuan untuk transfer pengetahuan kepada jamah terkait perilaku konsumsi produk pangan halal. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah sosialisasi terkait dengan produk pangan halal dan sehat dalam rangka menjaga daya tahan tubuh agar terhindar dariCovid-19.

This Community Service is based on the needs and desires of the villagers of East Rombia Village and West Rombia Village, Kec. Ganding Kab. Sumenep to develop the potential of superior village products. West Rombiya manages the potential that exists in the village, one of which is the management of bananas which are processed into chips. Meanwhile, East Rombia village produces various souvenirs from bags, cups, titles, key chains, to frames. All the souvenirs are made of coconut shells. The village's superior products are still managed in a simple manner as well as the marketing strategy. This PKM aims to provide knowledge to the public regarding marketing strategies. Sumenep is a city of students, where most of the population are Muslims, so the potential for halal tourism or sharia tourism has enormous opportunities. The existence of tourism is a market opportunity for SMEs to market their products. This PKM is trying to implement a sharia-based marketing strategy. Where the solution offered is assistance in making an information system that is used as a marketing tool. This program will make it easier for villages to market their superior products. The application of marketing used is website-based, social media, where with certain branding strategies and marketing by sharia, it is expected to develop superior village products.
