Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model latihan teknik dasar sepakbola bagi anak usia  10-12 tahun di sekolah sepakbola (SSB) yang layak digunakan. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi 10 langkah- langkah  penelitian  pengembangan  sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan dan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (2) mengembangkan produk awal (draf model), (3) validasi ahli dan revisi, (4) ujicoba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (5) ujicoba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, dan (6) pembuatan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 15 siswa SSB usia 10-12 tahun pada SSB Tunas Wijaya  Yogyakarta.  Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap  30 siswa SSB usia 10 -12 tahun pada SSB Bharata. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) pedoman wawancara, (2) skala nilai, (3) pedoman observasi model, (4) pedoman observasi keefektifan model, dan (5) kuesioner untuk siswa. Teknik analisis data yang  digunakan  yaitu  analisis  deskriptif  kuantitatif  dan  analisis  deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa model latihan sepakbola bagi anak usia 10-12 tahun di sekolah sepakbola (SSB) yang berisikan empat model latihan,  yaitu: (1) latihan ball passing, (2) latihan ball controll, (3) latihan ball feeling, (4) latihan cordinationt. Developing footbal training basic technique models for children 10-12 years old in football school AbstractThe purpose of this research is to invent useful football training models for children 10-12 years old in football School (SSB). This development research is carried out by adapting 10 steps  of development research from Borg Gall (1983: 775) and make it into 6 steps as follows: (1) Collecting information on the field and analyzing  the collected information, (2) developing the early product (draft model), (3) expert validation and revision, (4) small scale field trial, (5) big scale field trial and revision, and (6) final product making. The small scale trial was done toward 15 SSB trainees 10-12 years old at SSB Tunas Wijaya Yogyakarta. A Big scale trial was done to 30 SSB trainees 10-12 years old at SSB Bhantara. The data collecting instrument used are: (1) interview guide, (2) value scale, (3) model observation guide, (4) model effectiveness observation guide, and (5) questionnaires for students. Data Analysis technique that was used is quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive. The result of this research is a football training model for children 10-12 years old in football school (SSB) that consists of four training models, they are: (1) passing ball training, (2) ball control training, (3) ball feeling training, and (4) coordination training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kontribusi power lengan terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter, (2) kontribusi power tungkai terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter, (3) kontribusi daya apung terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter, (4) kontribusi fleksibilitas terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter, (5) kontribusi dan hubungan power lengan, power tungkai, daya apung dan fleksibilitas terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan desain korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu atlet renang putra DIY. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan total responden sebanyak 20 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes pengukuran. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada kontribusi power lengan terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter (p value=0,016) dengan kontribusi sebesar 18,9%. (2) Ada kontribusi power tungkai terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter (p value=0,046) dengan kontribusi sebesar 28,6%. (3) Ada kontribusi daya apung terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter (p value=0,019) dengan kontribusi sebesar 26,3%. (4) Ada kontribusi fleksibilitas terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter (p value=0,009) dengan kontribusi sebesar 17,8%. (5) Kontribusi power lengan, power tungkai, daya apung dan fleksibilitas terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter pada atlet renang putra DIY sebesar 91,6%. Kesimpulan: Ada kontribusi Power Lengan, Power Tungkai, Daya Apung dan Fleksibilitas terhadap Prestasi Renang Gaya Crawl 50 Meter pada Perenang Putra DIY. The contribution of arm power, leg power, buoyancy, and flexibility to the swimming of crawl stroke 50 M  AbstractThis research aimed to find out: the contribution of (1) arm power, (2) leg power, (3) buoyancy, (4) flexibility, and (5) relationship of arm power, leg power, buoyancy, and flexibility to the swimming performance of crawl stroke 50 Meter.This research is a survey research study with correlational design. The subjects of this research are DIY’s male swimming athletes. The sampling technique on this research is purposive sampling with 20 person total of respondents. Data collection instrument used tests. The data analysis used multiple regressions. The results of this research indicate that: there is contribution of arm power to the swimming performance of crawl stroke 50 Meter (p value=0.016) with 18.9% of contribution. There is contribution of leg power to the swimming performance of crawl stroke 50 Meter (p value=0.046) with 28.6% of contribution. There is contribution of buoyancy to the swimming performance of crawl stroke 50 Meter (p value=0.019) with 26.3% of contribution. There is contribution of flexibility to the swimming performance of crawl stroke 50 Meter (p value=0.009) with 17.8% of contribution. The Contribution of arm power, leg power, buoyancy, and flexibility to the swimming performance of crawl stroke 50 Meter on DIY’s male swimmer athlete is 91.6%. The rest which are 8,4% was another factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode uchikomi osaekomi  berpasangan dan uchikomi bayangan terhadap hasil osaekomi saat randori, (2) perbedaan hasil osaekomi antara pejudo power lengan  kuat dan power lengan lemah,  (3) interaksi antara metode uchikomi osaekomi dan power lengan terhadap hasil osaekomi saat randori. Metode menggunakan eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi penelitian pejudo Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 44 pejudo. Sampel 24 pejudo dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Seluruh data diperoleh melalui tes power lengan dengan tes push up serta hasil osaekomi dengan randori selama empat menit. Teknik analisis data adalah ANAVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan uchikomi dengan berpasangan dan uchikomi bayangan terhadap hasil osaekomi, (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil osaekomi antara pejudo yang memiliki power lengan kuat dan power lengan lemah, dan (3) ada interaksi antara metode uchikomi dan power lengan  terhadap hasil osaekomi saat randori. The effects of the exercise of uchikomi osaekomi and power arm on osaekomi results when randori judoka AbstractThis research aims to find out: (1) the difference between the methods of uchikomi osaekomi effects in pairs and uchikomi shadow on the results of the current osaekomi randori, (2) the difference between the results of osaekomi judoka arm which has high power and low power arm, and (3) the interaction between the method of uchikomi osaekomi and power arm on the results when below randori osaekomi. This research is the experimental method with 2 x 2 factorial design. The research population was Judoka Special Region of Yogyakarta. amounting to 44 Judoka. The Sampel of this research were 24 Judoka taken with random purposive sampling technique. All data of this research was obtained through tests and measurements of arm power by using the push-up test and the results of osaekomi Randori (contested) for four minutes. The data analysis technique used is the Variant Analysis (ANAVA). The results show that: (1) there is a significant difference between the exercise of uchikomi by twos and shadow uchikomi on osaekomi results, (2) there is a significant difference between the results of osaekomi judo Judoka who have power high arm and lower arm power, and (3) there is an interaction between the method of uchikomi and power arm on the results of osaekomi while randori.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model latihan penyerangan (set plays) melalui goal throws dan powerplay untuk peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal sekolah menengah atas yang layak digunakan. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah- langkah penelitian pengembangan menurut Borg Gall dengan beberapa modifikasi menjadi 7 tahap. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 3 Bantul, SMK Tamansiswa Jetis Yogyakarta dan SMA Negeri 1 Pundong Bantul. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pedoman wawancara, skala nilai, pedoman observasi model, lembar observasi efektivitas model dan kuesioner untuk siswa. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa model latihan penyerangan (set plays) melalui goal throws dan powerplay futsal sekolah menengah atas yang berisikan 12 pola penyerangan yaitu 8 pola penyerangan melalui goal throws dan 4 pola penyerangan dengan powerplay, yang disusun dalam bentuk buku panduan dan CD (compact disk). Hasil analisis data penilaian para ahli materi dan kuesioner siswa, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model latihan penyerangan (set plays) melalui goal throws dan powerplay futsal untuk sekolah menengah atas ini dinilai baik dan efektif, indeks kemampuan bermain hasil dari uji efektivitas produk juga mengalami peningkatan, dan respon peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini memberikan respon yang positif, sehingga model latihan yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan. Attacking training model (set plays) through goal throws and powerplay of futsal senior high school AbstractThis study aimed to produce models of attacking training (set plays) through goal throws and powerplay for participants of high school’s futsal extracurricular. This development research was conducted by adapting the research model proposed by Borg Gall which has been modified to became seven stages. The research subjects were members of futsal extracurricular activities in SMA Negeri 3 Bantul, SMK Tamansiswa Yogyakarta and SMA Negeri 1 Pundong. The data collection instruments used were interview guidelines, scale of scores, model observation guidelines, observation sheets of model effectiveness and questionnaires for the students. The data analysis techniques were descriptive quantitative analysis and descriptive qualitative analysis. Results of this research are a model of attacking training (set plays) through the goal throws and powerplay futsal at high school students containing twelve attacking patterns which are 8 attacking patterns through the goal throws and 4 patterns of attacking by powerplay, arranged in the form of a guide book and a CD (compact disk). Results of the data analysis materials expert judgments and students’ questionnaire can be concluded that the model of attacking training (set plays) through the goal throws and powerplay of futsal for senior high school is considered good and effective, performance playing index of the results of the effectiveness test of the products also increased, and the response of futsal extracurricular participants sampled in this study gave a positive response, so that the developed training model deserves to be used.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan dengan menggunakan drill dan bermain terhadap peningkatan hasil tolak peluru. (2) Perbedaan pengaruh antara siswa yang memiliki power tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki power rendah hasil tolak peluru. (3) Interaksi antara metode latihan dan power otot lengan terhadap hasil tolak peluru. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen rancangan 2 x 2. Populasi penelitian siswa putra kelas VIII SMP Piri Ngaglik Sleman usia 14-15 tahun berjumlah 72 siswa. Sampel penelitian 40 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes dan pengukuran terhadap power otot lengan dan hasil tolak peluru.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis varian (ANAVA) dua jalur pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode drill dan bermain terhadap hasil tolak peluru, dibuktikan dengan nilai p = 0,032 0,05. Metode drill memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada metode bermain, dibuktikan dengan nilai mean difffrence (selisih rata-rata) adalah 0,637. (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara siswa yang memiliki power lengan tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki power lengan rendah terhadap hasil tolak peluru, dibutikan dengan nilai p = 0,00 0.05 Power lengan tinggi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada power lengan rendah, dibuktikan dengan nilai mean difffrence (selisih rata-rata) adalah 2,181. (3) Tidak ada interaksi antara metode latihan dan power lengan terhadap hasil tolak peluru dibuktikan dengan nilai p = 0,865 0,05. The comparison between the exercise’s methods and arm’s muscle power on the result of shot put Abstract This research aims to determine: (1) effect’s differences of the exercise methods by using drill and play on the result’s improvement of shot put. (2) effect’s differences between students who have high power and students who have low one on the result of shot put. (3) Interaction between the exercise methods and arm’s muscle power on the result of shot put. This research used experiment method of 2 x 2 design. The population covered 72 male students of 8th grade of Piri Junior High School aged 14-15 years old in Ngaglik, Sleman regency. The sample of this research was 40 students taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data of the research were taken through the test and measurement on arm’s muscle power and result of shot put. Data’s analysis technique used in this research was two tracks of varian analysis (called ANAVA) on significant rate α = 0.05. The result of this research shows that: (1) there is a significant effect’s difference between drilling method and playing method on the result of shot put which is proved by value of p = 0.032 0.05. Drilling method has greater effect than playing method which is proved by the value of mean difference (difference in average) is 0.637. (2) there is a significant effect’s difference between students who have high arm’s power and students who have low one on the result of shot put, which is proved by value of p = 0.00 0.05. The high arm’s power has greater effect than the low one which is proved by the value of mean difference (difference in average) is 2.181. (3) There is no interaction between the exercise methods and arm’s muscle power on the result of shot put which is proved by value of p = 0.865 0.05.
