Abstract

Abstract This research investigate and analyze the implementation of Theory of Planned Behaviour on Staycation Intention. This research was conducted using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling Method. The Softtware used in Analyzing the Data was SMARTPLS 4. Results show that Staycation Intention were affected by Perceived Behavioural Control and Attitude but were not affected by Subjective Norm in Indonesian Hotel Context. The limitation of this study are: First, this study only analyzes from TPB to explain the intention to do staycation. Secondly, this study only analyzes from Indonesian hotel customer. Contribution: This study contributes to the existing Theory of Planned Behaviour, perceived behavioural control subjective norm, attitude and behavioural intention Literature. Practically, this research helps Marketing Manager of an Indonesian Hotel in attracting customer using customer’s staycation intention in staying at Indonesian Hotel Keywords: Theory of Planned Behaviour, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioural control, Behavioural Intention.

Abstract

The relationship between company, workers and the government is related to the production of goods and services, then this relationship is known as Industrial Relations. An ideal industrial relationship is a relationship between company and workers that reflects the interests of both parties on a legal and humanitarian basis. Stories about workers in Indonesia are more about oppression, suffering, and the inability to defend themselves. The weak position of workers in front of the company makes workers feel the need for unity. The desire to unite which in the end gave birth to the Trade Unions. This study aims to analyze the role of trade unions in the formulation of industrial relations policies. This study uses a qualitative research approach. This study uses secondary data through literature study techniques. Trade unions have the function of representing workers in resolving disputes, negotiating Collective Labor Agreements to create harmonious and equitable industrial relations. The trade unions accommodate every aspiration expressed by workers. Trade unions as actors representing workers carry out their first role, namely participating in competing, providing suggestions in the process of formulating policies, equitable and pro-workers policies in the formulation of labor policies and public policies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the poverty rate model and to measure the effect of education, unemployment, inflation, minimum wages and health on poverty levels in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The data of this research is sourced from secondary data that has been published by BPS Indonesia in 2021. The data taken were analyzed using spatial regression analysis techniques with the weighted function of the selected model using Adaptive Bisquare. The results of the study indicate that all independent variables have a significant influence on the poverty level and it can be seen that based on the results of the grouping, there are 10 provincial groups with the same significance of the independent variables.

Abstract

The goal of the study is to determine whether economic development and poverty levels in Bali Province's Klungkung Regency have an impact on the human development index. Economic growth and poverty level are the two independent variables in this descriptive quantitative research design. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bali Province and Klungkung Regency provided samples and data sources for this study, which employed time series data from 2007 to 2021. After being collected for this study, the data were subsequently subjected to double linear regression analysis. Researchers came to the conclusion that the Human Development Index in Klungkung Regency is significantly impacted by both economic growth and poverty.

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has changed the work pattern and behaviour across the world. One of them is the remote working setup that has been adopted by many companies, especially start-ups. Technology helps people work together even they’re located at a difference place and time. However, there’s a challenge in remote work, which is managing knowledge to improve organizational performance. This explanatory research aims to know the degree of knowledge management practices’ (KMP) influence to organizational performance (OP). This degree of influence is supported by human resources, process and structure, technology, and management encouragement. Sampling technique used here is purposive sampling where the number of samples are 32 respondents. The result of this research indicates strong influence of KMP to OP that is equal to 0,560. Besides, KMP influences OP positively under R-Square value which is 0,314. Knowledge sharing and dissemination (KMP 3) is the main factor in supporting the organizational performance, through platform enablement and employee collaboration in knowledge sharing. On its implementation, the company should retain this good practice by communication the KMP process and procedures, then evaluate it for greater advantages both for the company and the clients.

The formulation of the problem of this research are: a. What is the Description of the Implementation of HR Competencies in the Production Development Strategy of Small and Medium Enterprises for Lathe Crafts in Kasiman District in Bojonegoro Regency. B. What is the appropriate marketing strategy for MSMEs for Lathe Crafts in Kasiman Bojonegoro District. The objectives of this research are: a. To find out how the description of the implementation of HR competencies in the Production Development Strategy of MSMEs for Lathe Crafts in Kasiman Bojonegoro District. To find out how the appropriate marketing strategy for MSMEs for Lathe Crafts in Kasiman Bojonegoro District. This study uses a SWOT analysis with the following results: 1. SO (Strength Opportunities) Strategy / Strengths and Opportunities (Strategic Location, Complete Business Permit , Raw Materials, Employees/Labour, Product Availability, Product Type, Product Quality) 2. WO Strategy (Weakness Opportunities) / Weaknesses and Opportunities (Improved simple management, Promotion Enhancement, Addition of Marketing HR, Set sales targets, Market Share and Process marketing). 3. ST Strategy (Strength Streats) / Strengths and Threats (Product Design, Product Quality, Product Competitors. 4. WT Strategy (Weakness Streats) / Weaknesses and Threats (Determining effective and efficient marketing strategies, Maximizing the role of marketing, promotion and management management) production) 2.
