Abstract

In the increasingly competitive era, Fighter must not only focus on expanding its consumer base but also pay attention to its employees' performance. Factors influencing employee performance include the work environment, compensation, motivation, and work spirituality. The goal of this research is to determine the direct and indirect impact of the work environment, compensation, and motivation on employee performance, with work spirituality as an intervening variable. This study employs a quantitative approach with primary data sources and utilizes multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection involves a survey method with a questionnaire technique. The population consists of all Fighter Convection employees, with a sample size of 47 selected through saturation sampling. The findings indicate that the work environment does not significantly influence work spirituality or employee performance. Similarly, compensation and motivation do not have a significant impact on work spirituality or employee performance. However, work spirituality significantly and positively influences employee performance. Furthermore, work spirituality does not mediate the relationship between the work environment, compensation, motivation, and employee performance at Fighter Convection.

Abstract

In this study aims to determine the effect of liquidity and solvency on profitability and company size as a moderating variable. The research method is quantitative descriptive. The total population and sample are 30 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2020-2022. The results showed that liquidity and solvency had a significant effect on profitability in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. The size of the company can moderate the influence of liquidity and solvency on profitability in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, facilities and motivation on the performance of BPBD employees in Hulu Sungai Utara. Quantitative research methods can be interpreted as research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples. The population in this study were all BPBD employees of Hulu Sungai Utara, 42 people. All members are taken as a sample is called saturated sampling or another term is a census. So the number of samples in this study were 42 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23.0 for windows. The results of the study show that workload has an effect on the performance of BPBD employees in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. Facilities affect the performance of BPBD employees in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. Motivation influences the performance of BPBD employees in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. Workload, facilities and motivation simultaneously influence BPBD employee performance in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dalam rentang tahun 2018-2022. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Nasional Dan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat Serta Wibsite Resmi Pemerintahan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis data panel yang menjelaskan tentang pengaruh variabel bebas (Independen) Yaitu Jumlah penduduk, Rata-rata lama sekolah, Dan tingkat kemiskinan terhadap Variabel Terikat (Dependen) Yaitu Pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi NTB. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan memproyeksikan 5 tahun dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022, diketahui bahwa variabel Jumlah penduduk, Rata-rata lama sekolah, Dan tingkat kemiskinan Tidak Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Sedangkan Variabel Investasi Berpengaruh Positif Signifikan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Hasil analisis Uji F menunjukkan bahwa Jumlah penduduk, Rata-rata lama sekolah, Dan tingkat kemiskinan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat Tahun 2018-2022

Abstract

This research examines the analysis of the global cultural, political and legal environment on global marketing. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The results of this research show that analysis of the global cultural, political and legal environment is very important in designing global marketing strategies. This environment has a direct impact on how companies market their products or services in the global market. Global marketing has a positive influence on the Indonesian economy in several aspects, including; open export markets, easy access to foreign capital, tight competition with products from other countries and others.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between social media marketing efforts and customer brand engagement in driving the willingness to pay a premium price at The Sound Project music festival concerts. In today's digital era, social media has become an effective platform for promoting products and establishing customer relationships. Customer brand engagement is a crucial factor in influencing the willingness to pay a premium price, which serves as an indicator of long-term business success. This research employs a quantitative method by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to attendees of The Sound Project music festival concerts. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression techniques to examine the relationship between social media marketing variables and customer brand engagement in influencing the willingness to pay a premium price. The findings of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the importance of social media marketing efforts in creating customer brand engagement and enhancing the willingness to pay a premium price within the Indonesian music industry. The practical implications of this research emphasize the significance for The Sound Project managers to optimize social media usage in their marketing strategies to build strong customer brand engagement and enhance the willingness to pay a premium price.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, many LPDs were found to have experienced a decline in assets, even unable to obtain optimal profits. This condition makes the LPD's ability to increase assets lower. Thus, in order to produce optimal assets, management needs to carry out proper risk management. So this research is aimed at analyzing the financial performance of LPD Penglatan Traditional Village through risk management during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of associative research with a quantitative approach. The data was obtained through the financial reports of the Penglatan Traditional Village LPD. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the variables tested consisting of two X variables, namely Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR/X1) and BOPO (X2). Meanwhile, ROA is a Y variable. The results show that there is an significantand positive effect between LDR on ROA. Meanwhile, a significant and negative effect was found between BOPO and ROA..

Abstract

The urgency of this research is to analyze the implementation of the Start-Up Business Strategy to optimize the economic potential of tourism villages in supporting the national Digital Economy in entrepreneurship in Samosir Regency. The results of the analysis of the implementation of the Start-Up strategy will become a formulation of a strategy that can be used to explore entrepreneurial potential in Samosir Regency. Implementing the Start-Up Strategy is the starting point for the growth of new businesses that have the potential to progress. The emergence of new business opportunities and ideas through a start-up strategy can explore and optimize the village's economic potential, especially entrepreneurship, which has so far been invisible. Adopting technology is one of the best solutions to improve business performance even in the midst of a global crisis. The purpose of this research is to analyze and formulate the implementation of the Start-Up Business Strategy as an Effort to Optimize the Economic Potential of Tourism Villages in supporting the National Digital Economy in Entrepreneurship in Samosir Regency. The results of this research are an analysis and strategy regarding the application of Start Up businesses to improve the digital economy.

Abstract

Low performance is caused by employees' understanding of the targets that must be pursued not being fully understood, and the organization has not identified factors that affect employee performance. This study examines the effect of job involvement, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on Kantor Balai Pelestarian Kebudayaan (BPK) Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative, and primary data was taken using a questionnaire taken by accidental sampling of 46 respondents. Sampling is done using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through direct surveys and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job involvement and OCB have no significant effect on employee performance. The implication is to maintain employee satisfaction and the performance of workers in the agency.

Abstract

The study of STIA BNM Pariamna students aims to examine the impact of personal factors on entrepreneurial interests, the impact of family factors on entrepreneurial interests, and the impact of personal and family factors on enterprise interests. In this study, the population is STIA BNM Pariaman students, while the sample is STIA BNM Paraman students who are active in the 2022-2023 general school of state administration by semester level, age, and gender. This study employs quantitative descriptive methods and an ex post facto research design. Online questionnaires were distributed to sample members to collect data. Techniques for Data Analysis Using the SPSS 26 Software This study discovered: 1) 1) At STIA BNM Pariaman, personal factors have a significant influence on entrepreneurial students' interests. 2) There is a significant relationship between family environmental factors and entrepreneurial students' interest at STIA BNM Pariaman. 3) Personal and family environmental factors have a significant influence on entrepreneurial students' interests at STIA BNM Pariaman
