Abstract

Abstrak: Selama masa pandemi COVID-19 banyak webinar gratis ditawarkan oleh Instansi Pemerintah, BUMN, Swasta maupun Perguruan Tinggi, dengan materi yang beragam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui minat Widyaiswara mengikuti webinar dan persepsi mereka terhadap kegiatan webinar untuk peningkatan kompetensi widyaiswara selama Work From Home (WFH) di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan partisipan berjumlah 62 orang Widyaiswara yang berasal dari 12 Lembaga Diklat Pemerintah di Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner dalam bentuk google form yang dibagikan secara daring melalui whatsapp. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan adanya minat yang besar widyaiswara untuk mengikuti webinar ditunjukkan dengan 96,77% Widyaiswara telah mengikuti webinar di masa pandemi COVID-19 dan 90 % diantaranya mengikuti lebih dari 2 kali selama 10 minggu masa WFH. Selain itu 86,67% merasakan manfaat webinar yang diikuti terhadap peningkatan kompetensinya. Pertimbangan Widyaiswara mengikuti webinar terutama adalah materi yang menarik, mendapatkan sertifikat, dan gratis. Materi yang dianggap menarik dan bermanfaat oleh Widyaiswara terutama adalah materi yang terkait spesialisasi Widyaiswara dan teknologi pembelajaran daring (online).Abstract:  During the COVID-19 pandemic, Government, BUMN, Private, and Universities offered many free webinars with various materials. This study aimed to determine Widyaiswara's interest in participating in webinars and their perceptions of webinar activities to increase widyaiswara's competence during Work From Home (WFH) in the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was a descriptive qualitative study with 62 participants. Participants are Widyaiswara from 12 Government Training Institutions in the Special Province of Yogyakarta. Data is collected using a questionnaire in the Google forms that are shared online via WhatsApp. The collected data were analyzed descriptively. The study results stated that Widyaiswara had a great interest in participating in the webinar, shown by 96.77%. Widyaiswara had followed the webinar during the COVID-19 pandemic, and 90% of them participated more than two times during the ten weeks of WFH. Also, 86.67% felt the benefits of the webinar that was followed by increasing their competence. Widyaiswara's consideration in attending the webinar was mainly interesting material, getting a certificate, and it is free. Material that is considered interesting and useful by Widyaiswara is mainly related to Widyaiswara's specialization and online learning technology

Abstract

The Abdimas activity is aimed at PKK women in Pelem Hamlet, Baturetno, Banguntapan, Bantul who are generally affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The existence of this ABDIMAS activity is expected to foster enthusiasm and awareness to increase family resilience and adapt to conditions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, among others with narrow land use for medicinal plants and financial management. Abdimas activities are carried out through lectures and discussions, so that PKK Pelem Hamlet women can increase their awareness and ability to increase the resilience of their respective families from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and contribute to improving the economy of the people of Pelem Hamlet, Baturetno, Banguntapan, Bantul.

Abstract

The community service program was carried out at MSMEs Gig's Batik in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this activity is to increase consumer buying interest in Gig's Batik so that it will have an impact on improving business performance. Methods of implementing activities through training and counseling. The results of community service are increased knowledge and skills of partners in developing promotional content through social media (Instagram and TikTOK), increased consumer interest in Gig's Batik products as indicated by the increased number of followers on social media, and increased consumer demand to package batik products in packaging. innovations produced during community service activities.

Abstract

Low performance is caused by employees' understanding of the targets that must be pursued not being fully understood, and the organization has not identified factors that affect employee performance. This study examines the effect of job involvement, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on Kantor Balai Pelestarian Kebudayaan (BPK) Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative, and primary data was taken using a questionnaire taken by accidental sampling of 46 respondents. Sampling is done using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through direct surveys and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job involvement and OCB have no significant effect on employee performance. The implication is to maintain employee satisfaction and the performance of workers in the agency.

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance is a crucial aspect in a company because the development of a company is inseparable from the performance of its employees. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors that support the performance of an employee. This article aims to comprehend the literature review regarding the influence of transformational leadership, motivation, and compensation on employee performance. The research method employed is a systematic literature review (SLR) using 18 journals and articles obtained from Google Scholar and the National Library with keywords "transformational leadership, motivation, compensation, and employee performance." The review process involves analyzing previous studies that specifically focus on the relationship between transformational leadership, motivation, compensation, and employee performance. The research findings indicate that literature from various journals and articles provides in-depth insights into the positive relationship between transformational leadership, motivation, and compensation with employee performance. These findings can serve as a reference for future research.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior merupakan perilaku sukarela yang dilakukan oleh anggota organisasi di luar tanggung jawab mereka yang sebenarnya tetapi memberikan dampak positif pada kinerja organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana persepsi dukungan organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior studi pada Kampung Batik Giriloyo Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 60 pembatik di Kampung Batik Giriloyo Kabupaten Bantul. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; variabel kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; dan persepsi dukungan organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to understand in depth about the influence between democratic leadership, innovative behavior, and commitment to employee performance. The sample of this study consisted of 51 respondents who worked in the Tapin District Education office. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire which is then processed using a data quality test consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, and finally hypothesis tests consisting of t tests, F tests, adjusted r square tests. The results concluded that democratic leadership and commitment did not have a significant effect on employee performance. While innovative behavior has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Technological sophistication is the essential thing needed to develop all aspects of industrial revolution 4.0. It emphasizes expanding job prospects and maximizing responsibility for completing work with a different approach. This revolution is related to the young millennial generation and Z generation in choosing the field of work. This generation prioritizes flexibility and simplicity and works effectively and efficiently. Different from the previous generation, they expected that everything should be organized with various bureaucratic and administrative policies. Currently, Z generation is primarily students in Higher Education. The actual situation shows that most students have no plans to decide the type of work they want to. They doubt about their passion and potential. Therefore, this study aimed to map the students work plans so that supervisors can direct their interest in concentration according to their potential. This study identified and proved the suitable work system for Z generation. In addition, this research aimed to find out whether risk tolerance, justice, and freedom at work affect the student’s interest in working in the future. The population was students of the Management Program, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. The method used multiple regression analysis methods to test the relationship pattern that has a theoretical basis. The result of this study showed that risk tolerance and justice positively affect the interest to work in the future. Nevertheless, freedom of work does not affect interest to work in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the variables Transformational Leadership Style, Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction. Case study on the DIY Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). The population in this study amounted to 45 people. The sampling technique used the saturated or census sampling method, totaling 45 people. This research method uses descriptive analysis by evaluating the measurement model (out model), structural model (inner model) and the results of hypothesis testing test the hypothesis directly output images and values ​​contained in the output path coefficients. Data processing uses smartPLS (v.3.2.9). The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style and emotional intelligence have no significant effect on employee performance, because the value is less than 1,960, while the organizational mindset and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance with a value of more than 1,960. The variables of transformational leadership style, emotional intelligence and organizational trust in employee performance which are mediated by job satisfaction are both significantly affected with a value of more than 1,960. The head of the Yogyakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) office needs to provide motivation to employees so that the company's vision and mission are achieved. Employees need to pay attention to emotional intelligence variables with indicators such as self-awareness, self-management, self-motivation, empathy and social skills (relationship management).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and the work environment on job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative study with primary data taken using a questionnaire. The sample determination technique uses a census technique. The population used was 50 employees of Bento Cafe Yogyakarta. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS software application. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture and work environment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, partially and simultaneously.
