Abstract

There is a phenomenon that occurs at the Kapanewon Girimulyo Kulon Progo Office, where performance achievements are not yet optimal. This is because there is a workforce that is not yet able to face every challenge and change in dealing with every challenge around them, including in the use of information technology to support community services. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational support, superior support, and co-worker support on the performance of Kapanewon Girimulyo Kulon Progo Yogyakarta employees. This research is quantitative research that uses primary data collection with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. There were 21 research participants, and the data was taken by census. The data was processed using multiple regression analysis using the SPSS software application. The research results found that organizational support, supervisory support, and work support had a significant positive effect on employee performance. This research proves that strengthening antecedents has implications for organizations when organizations make policies and decisions to improve employee performance. The number of employees who were respondents was only small, which was a limitation in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of efficiency and effectiveness of regional financial management at the Sumbawa Regency Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) in 2018-2021. The method used in this research is qualitative. The informant in this research was the secretary of BAPENDA. The data collection method used is field study (observation), where after obtaining the data it is then calculated using the efficiency ratio and effectiveness ratio formula, interviews and documentation. The results of measuring the efficiency ratio show that the level of efficiency in regional financial management of the Sumbawa Regency government in 4 years has fluctuated with an average level of efficiency of 69.03% with the Efficient category, The results of measuring the effectiveness ratio show that the effectiveness level of regional financial management of the Sumbawa Regency government in 4 years has fluctuated with an average level of effectiveness of 95.69% with the Effective category, This shows that the government's performance in realizing regional income based on real regional potential in the 2018 - 2021 budget year has been very good. Based on the research results, it can be described that the regional financial management of Sumbawa Regency is still unstable. This is caused by the Regency regional government. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru Riau Province to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation, and career development on the morale of employees in the production department at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of the independent variables, namely work discipline, compensation, and career development on the dependent variable, namely the morale of employees in the production department at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. This study used a descriptive quantitative research methodology to analyze the data collected by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents using a simple random sampling altalu bialsal data collection technique called the simple alcalk technique. The results of the study are that there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline, compensation, and career development on the morale of employees in the production department at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is an important thing to pay attention to in a business, marketing strategy has a big share in the quantity of sales on the product. Marketing strategies not only encourage consumers to add products to their shopping carts, but also ensure that buyers recognize the products offered, review them, and buy products repeatedly. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were direct observation, interviews, library research, and documentation. The result of the research activity is the creation of a digital marketing strategy through online promotions such as Facebook, Instagram, and marketplaces (Sohpee, Lazada, Tokopedia). This is expected to be utilized as widely as possible in order to expand its sales reach, increase the number of consumers, increase sales, introduce its products to the wider community and make content about the sale of marshmallow nougat food products more creative on social media sites.

Abstract

The financial feasibility analysis is a part of a business assessment using theories in financial management. Briquette products are solid fuels made from biomass materials with high economic value. Waringinkarya is a village with the potential for biomass resources derived from rice waste that can be utilized as raw materials for briquette production. This research aims to determine the feasibility aspects of briquette manufacturing with the object being the UMKM involved in charcoal production in Waringinkarya Village. The research method used is a descriptive-analytical method, employing business feasibility analysis criteria such as PP, ARR, NPV, IRR, and PI. The research results indicate that the briquette production plan has a PP period of 3.42 months, ARR of 703%, NPV of Rp 3,224,997,657, IRR of 351%, and PI of 14.80. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the business plan for briquette production using rice husk waste as raw material is feasible for implementation based on financial aspects.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, perceived benefits, hedonic motivation, and risk perception on the decision to use the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS) payment method. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 300 respondents who were QRIS users through an online survey (Google Form). Data analysis was conducted to examine the relationships among the variables. The results indicate that financial literacy and perceived benefits have a positive and significant impact on the decision to use QRIS. Hedonic motivation demonstrates a positive but nonsignificant influence on the decision to use QRIS, while risk perception has a negative and nonsignificant effect. The implications of these findings provide valuable insights for stakeholders in the financial industry and the government to enhance QRIS adoption by considering financial literacy, perceived benefits, hedonic motivation, and risk perception

Abstract

Abstract Keuangan personal mahasiswa harus diatur dengan baik supaya tidak mengganggu motivasi belajar. Begitu juga dengan kedisiplinan yang baik akan meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variable bebas yaitu manajemen keuangan personal (X1) dan kedisiplinan (X2) serta satu variable terikat yaitu motivasi belajar mahasiswa (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif berdasarkan kuesioner pada 57 mahasiswa sebagai responden dari keseluruhan mahasiswa yaitu 66 orang yang terdiri dari mahasiswa pada program studi manajamen dan akuntansi STIE YAPAN Surabaya angkatan tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable X1 memiliki nilai Sig. sebesar 0,782 (> 0,05) yang berarti X1 tidak berpengaruh terhadap Y, sedangkan X2 memiliki nilai Sig. sebesar 0,00 (< 0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh X2 terhadap Y. Secara simultan, nilai Sig. adalah 0,00 (< 0,05), sehingga baik X1 maupun X2 berpengaruh terhadap Y. Sedangkan, besaran pengaruh variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap Y, terlihat dari R square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,365 atau 36,5%. Abstract

Economic growth is an important discussion that is always studied continuously every year. This is an important task that aim of regional government in order to grow the regional economy. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that can trigger economic growth in Papua Province. The variabels used in this research include labor, human development index, exports and economic growth. The research method uses secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency and is processed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that the Human Development Index has a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of Papua Province. Meanwhile, Labor and Exports have a positive but not significant effect on the economic growth of Papua Province. The novelty of this research is that the data used is the latest data adjusted to current year data and research variables that have not been studied in Papua Province as a whole.

Abstract

Local government financial performance is an achievement of local government success in managing regional finances by utilizing all available resources in their regions. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of local government size, local original income, capital expenditure and assess the difference in the effect of mining/non-mining area PAD on local government financial performance. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data sourced from the Examination Results Report on Local Government Financial Statements (LHP LKPD) obtained from requests for information on the BPK RI E-PPID service. The sampling method uses the total sampling/census method where the entire population is used as a sample. So that the samples in this study amounted to 39, namely 13 Regencies / Cities in South Kalimantan in 2019-2021. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that the size of local government does not have a significant effect, local original income has a negative and significant effect, capital expenditure has a positive and significant effect, and dummy PAD in mining/non-mining areas has a significant negative effect on the financial performance of local governments.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and locus of control on household savings behavior in Sumbawa Regency. This research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population used was all housewives in Sumbawa Regency with a sample of 259 respondents who were housewives with an age range of 18-70 years. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools using Stata. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on the saving behavior of housewives in Sumbawa Regency and locus of control has a positive and significant influence on the saving behavior of housewives in Sumbawa Regency.
