This study analyzed the trigger factors for budget differences and revenue realization in the Ministry of Finance in 2023. The Ministry of Finance plays an important role in the management of finance and the realization of state revenues. The goal of this analysis explains the factors that trigger the difference between the budget that has been set and the realization of income in the Ministry of Finance. The method used in this analysis is quantitative descriptive in analyzing financial data relevant to the Ministry of Finance. The data used in this analysis are the Annual Financial Report and APBN published by the Ministry of Finance. Analysis of budget differences and realization of revenue in the Ministry of Finance in 2023 showed mixed results in various revenue posts. Domestic tax revenues are realized at 102.16% of the budget, positive indicators such as economic stability and mining sector contributions, although they still face challenges in certain sectors. International trade tax revenues only reached 88.47% of the budget due to a decrease in import value and fluctuations in commodity prices. For Non-Tax State Revenue, the General Service Agency's revenue reached 106.94% of the target due to improved banking services and education fund management, as well as the realization of other non-tax revenue even exceeded 160% of the target due to good financial management, interest income, and fines.

The following research aims to analyze the leading sectors and their differences in absorbing labor in Lampung Province. The research objects include 5 districts/cities in Lampung, namely Bandar Lampung, South Lampung, East Lampung, Central Lampung and North Lampung. This research is motivated by the still high rates of unemployment and poverty caused by an imbalance between the lack of employment opportunities and economic and development inequality. Therefore, it is important to identify leading sectors as priorities in economic development and employment. To find out the leading sectors, we used the LQ method, normality test to see the distribution of data, and difference tests (paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon test) using Eviews12 to examine the differences in employment absorption between the leading and non-leading sectors. The results of this research show that there are several sectors that are superior in each district/city based on the LQ analysis carried out. The results of different tests show that leading sectors can absorb significantly more labor than non-leading sectors. Efforts to develop and optimize leading sectors can be an effective strategy for reducing unemployment and improving community welfare in Lampung Province. Keywords: Labor, leading sectors, unemployment, economic improvement.

The biggest problem that is always faced by farmer groups and MSMEs is the Commercialization and Utilization of technology which is very minimal in the downstream process of superior products. This is because farmers and MSME actors in the village are still very far from modern technology and business strategies. Farmers and MSME actors are only able to plant superior products such as coffee and produce downstream products using traditional methods. Their inability to commercialize their products forces them to sell their products to producers or middlemen at low prices, as a result the profits they obtain are very low from what is expected. The results of an initial survey conducted by researchers in the Farmer Group and MSMEs found that agricultural products and processed MSMEs from this District were very good and worth selling, but the limited use of technology in the management and marketing management made the downstream productivity of these coffee farmers low. MSME products from Sidamanik District are very numerous and diverse, for example processed cassava, corn, ginger, tea leaves, and coffee which are produced into packaged foods but with very minimal use of technology. To overcome this problem, researchers will create and Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Influencer Marketing methods based on Modern Technology where products will be marketed online and offline through information systems or applications specifically designed for product marketing. In addition, researchers will also use the Artificial Intelligence (AI) method in creating marketing engineering based on modern technology. The purpose of this study is to implement the Empowerment and Commercialization of Superior Village Products Through the Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Influencer Marketing Method Based on Modern Technology. If this is implemented, the productivity of farmers and MSMEs will increase because products can be marketed across provinces with the Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Influencer Marketing method.

The rapid growth of international trade in recent decades has become essential in increasing economic prosperity and strengthening relations between countries worldwide. However, this growth also raises various negative impacts that must be well understood. This study aims to identify and analyze these negative impacts and mitigation strategies that can be implemented to reduce or avoid these impacts. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. A systematic Literature Review (SLR) is a method used to identify, assess, and compile all literature relevant to a research topic systematically and transparently to find strategies to help overcome the negative impacts of international trade. The study results show that international trade has a significant negative impact. These negative impacts include unhealthy competition, job losses, environmental impacts, social injustice, a decline in primate and other species populations, economic inequality, cultural damage, and development inequality. Efforts are needed to overcome these negative impacts so that international trade can sustainably benefit all parties.

This research examines the concept of rationality in Islamic economics as an alternative paradigm to the understanding of conventional economic rationality. This critical study shows that rationality in Islamic economics does not simply maximize material utility, but includes more comprehensive spiritual, moral and social considerations. Through a qualitative-normative approach, the study explores a conceptual framework that integrates ethics and spirituality in economic decision-making.

This study aims to analyze the realization of other non-tax revenues managed by the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration. Non-tax revenue, known as Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), plays a crucial role in financing development at the village level. In this study, a descriptive qualitative approach was used with a focus on analyzing the Ministry's financial statements (LRA) for fiscal year 2023, in order to provide a clear picture of the management of these revenues. The results showed that the realization of non-tax revenue reached Rp13,910,971,728.00, which exceeded the set target by a percentage reaching 630.17%. This study shows that most of the revenue came from the TAYL Goods Expenditure Reception, which was a return on the findings of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) in the previous year. This highlights the importance of non-tax revenue management and its impact on the budget as well as sustainable village development, while also showing great potential in increasing the contribution of state revenue through more effective and transparent management.
