Abstract

The majority of companies have implemented various operational management strategies to facilitate monitoring of daily business operations and provide estimates of how the company should run without any problems, for example when COVID-19 occurred. Nestlé Indonesia is a company that produces a variety of food and beverage products with emphasis on nutrition and health. However, over time, when the impact of the spread of the Covid-19 virus hit all countries in the world, including in Indonesia since early March 2020, this situation finally forced the Nestlé Indonesia company to make strategic changes in managing its operations and relationships with customers. The research method uses a type of qualitative research that examines and summarizes information data obtained through books, articles, magazines, news, and so on and then analyzes theoretical materials through literature study with the results of the analysis in the form of descriptive. The results show that before, during and after the pandemic, Nestlé Indonesia continued to maintain product quality due to increased consumer demand for nutritional products. The Nestlé Indonesia company remains dedicated to providing customers with responsible and reliable information, creating a stronger customer database through the Nestlé Indonesia Friends website and also providing attractive offers to maintain good customer relations.

Abstract

This study examines how the Volatility of World Oil Prices, Inflation, Interest Rates and Exchange Rates affect Public Purchasing Power (Purchase Power Parity) in Indonesia. The data used is data from 2012-2021. Quantitative data, or data in the form of numbers, is used in the quantitative descriptive methodology of this study. This study uses the calculation model of the ARCH method and the Error Correction Mechanism (ECM) model with Eviews 9. The results based on volatility analysis show a value of α1 + β1 < 1 0.50. This means that the volatility of oil prices is low. The r value is 0.994690 or 99.46%, meaning that there is a relationship between the independent variables World Oil Price Volatility, Inflation, Interest Rates and Exchange Rates with the dependent variable Purchase Power Parity has a strong relationship because it is close to 100%. Abstract

This study aims to 1) describe the variables of product quality, price, repurchase intention and customer satisfaction of Samsung Smartphones 2) analyze the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction of Samsung Smartphones, 3) analyze the effect of product quality and price on customer repurchase intention of Samsung Smartphones, 4) analyzing customer satisfaction on repurchasing interest of Samsung Smartphone customers, 5) analyzing product quality and price on customer repurchasing interest through Samsung smartphone customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at Plaza Pondok Gede, Bekasi City using the glue show method with a sample of 100 respondents consisting of Samsung Experience Store customers. Methods of data analysis using descriptive quantitative method with path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the variables of product quality, price, customer satisfaction have contributed directly or indirectly to the increasing repurchase interest of Samsung Smartphone customers 2) there is a positive influence of product quality and price on customer satisfaction of Samsung Smartphones, 3) there is a positive influence of product quality and price on repurchase intention of Samsung Smartphone customers, 4) there is a positive effect of customer satisfaction on repurchasing intention of Samsung Smartphone customers, 5) there is a positive effect of product quality and price on repurchase intention through Samsung Smartphone customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This analysis is to analyze competitive rivalry against Shopee companies. In this analysis using descriptive analysis method and using a qualitative approach. Competitive competition analysis using Porter's Five Forces method is a strategic framework used to evaluate the attractiveness and intensity of competition in a particular industry or market. In the context of a Shopee company, this analysis can provide insight into the factors influencing Shopee's position in the e-commerce market and identify opportunities and challenges faced by the company. Abstract

As an export and import gate, the West Java fisheries and marine industry did not select BIJB Kertajati Majalengka. There needs to be more communication from BIJB to West Java's marine and fisheries industry regarding cargo and BIJB facilities. The research aim is how to transform BIJB Kertajati Majalengka as logistics transportation for West Java's marine and fisheries industries that is carried out to understand the potential, opportunities, and strategy. Systems Thinking is created by qualitative analysis. This research used primary data through questionnaires, interviews, FGD, and secondary data through other information. Data analysis using selective coding. The result shows that West Java has the potential for the Marine and Fisheries Logistics Industry in West Java as a target for the BIJB approach. The potential for the fishery and marine industry in West Java is enormous, making BIJB's opportunities very large. The strategy that must be carried out are building approaches with overseas buyers; taking a political system with the government to make mandatory policies; conducting socialization; submitting to the West Java government to be able to provide subsidies or facilities for the West Java marine and fisheries industry using logistics transportation through BIJB Kertajati Majalengka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, and reward systems on job satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic. The respondents of this study were all employees of PT. Sejahtera Sunindo Trada Semarang as many as 88 people. The independent variables in this study were leadership (X1), motivation (X2) and reward system (X3), the intervening variable was job satisfaction. The sampling method used in this study was to distribute online questionnaires through google forms for 7 days. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis T test, F test and R square test. The application used is SPSS version 22. The results of the T test show that the Leadership and Reward System have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as evidenced by the t-value of the t-count > t table. While motivation does not have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction as evidenced by the value of t count < t table. Abstract

Digital marketing is an effort to promote brands or products online that can be used by MSMEs to reach consumers and potential clients quickly and effectively to increase sales. UMKM M_TWO Capcay Solo is an UMKM that focuses on seafood. While running their business, UMKM M_TWO has never used social media as content marketing. Therefore, the author intends to help optimize M_TWO MSME content marketing via social media. The author's data collection method utilizes interview techniques by asking several questions that the author can use to develop the stages of digital transformation ideas in M_TWO MSMEs. The results obtained during the assistance from the use of social media show that there is engagement with M_TWO content and M_TWO owners also understand how to properly market their products on social media and already have social media accounts such as Mailchimp, Linktree, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp Business, as well as content drafts that the author helps make for future social media marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dividend payout ratio and cash flow information on the trading volume of banking companies' shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Secondary data obtained from the website idx.co.id and Phintraco Sekuritas. The results of the study state that the dividend payout ratio partially affects the volume of stock trading, while the cash flow information partially has no effect on the volume of stock trading. Dividend payout ratio and cash flow information simultaneously affect the volume of stock trading with the Adjusted R Square coefficient of 0.223 which means only 22.3% of the stock trading volume variable can be explained by the dividend payout ratio variable and operating cash flow information, whereas the remaining 77.7% is explained by other factors not included in this regression analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and explain the influence of Brand Ambassadors on Purchase Decisions through Brand Trust for Blibli.com consumers in Malang City. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Sampling was carried out by Blibli.com e-commerce users in Malang City with 130 respondents by calculating the Hair (2010) formula using a purposive sampling technique and collecting data through online questionnaires. The analysis carried out in this study was descriptive analysis and path analysis using SPSS 25 for MacBook software. The results of this study indicate that (1) the Brand Ambassador variable has a significant effect on Brand Trust, (2) the Brand Ambassador variable has a significant effect on Purchase Decision, (3) the Brand Trust variable has a significant effect on Purchase Decision, (4) there is an indirect relationship positive relationship between Brand Ambassadors on Purchase Decisions through Brand Trust.
