Abstract

All businesses have a responsibility to promote their products or services using various channels in order to maximize profitability. Digital marketing necessitates the presence of distinctive and well-prepared promotional efforts to effectively attain business objectives. Social media marketing is a commonly employed approach by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The level of customer brand awareness can significantly impact their purchasing decisions. It is important for a brand to have a clear and consistent personality that aligns with the brand's values ​​and target audience. The objective of this research is to investigate the marketing strategies being implemented by these MSMEs and assess customer brand awareness. A qualitative research methodology was employed for this study, and the findings highlight the significant influence of marketing communication within a company on brand awareness.

Abstract

The success of an organization is shaped by the performance of its employees. Every company will try to improve employee performance in order to achieve organizational goals that have been set.The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of self-esteem and self-efficacy on Perum Bulog, Regional Office of Lampung. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population sampling technique consists of 48 respondents. Using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The research results obtained by testing the t test hypothesis on the Self-Esteem variable at a significant level of 5% or α = 0.05 as much as 0.000 <0.05 and t count (4.089) > t table (2.014), so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected . The Self-Efficacy variable at a significant level of 5% or α = 0.05 is 0.000 <0.05 and t count (3.873) > t table (2.014), so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Hypothesis test F with calculated F value (82.763) > F table (3.20) and sigma value < opportunity value 0.05 or 0.000 value < 0.05 so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which means self-esteem and self-efficacy simultaneously give a significant influence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sejauh mana tingkat kepatuhan masyarakat yang tinggal di kawasan KEK Mandalika dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan COVID-19, dengan mempertimbangkan pengetahuan dan tingkat pendapatan sebagai faktor pemoderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menganalisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Populasi yang diteliti adalah masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar KEK Mandalika, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pengetahuan. Selain itu, tingkat pendapatan juga memperkuat hubungan antara kepatuhan masyarakat dan pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan COVID-19. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel dependen utama adalah kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di KEK Mandalika. Kepatuhan ini diukur berdasarkan sejauh mana masyarakat mengikuti langkah-langkah seperti memakai masker, menjaga jarak sosial, mencuci tangan, dan menghindari kerumunan. Variabel independen adalah tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang COVID-19, yang mencakup pemahaman mereka tentang virus, gejala, cara penularan, dan langkah-langkah pencegahan. Selain itu, variabel pendapatan juga dimasukkan sebagai faktor pemoderasi, yang menggambarkan tingkat penghasilan responden. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan dan tingkat pendapatan masyarakat memiliki peran penting dalam kepatuhan mereka terhadap protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di KEK Mandalika.

Abstract

The countries of Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia are part of The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), which was formed on August 8, 1967 by Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. The purpose of this research is to increase and expand the reader's knowledge about the business of the three countries in Asia such as Southeast Asia. The method used is a literature review found from various sources, both journals, books, articles, and so on. In carrying out a business, especially expanding abroad, of course, companies must know or consider things such as the convenience or benefits that can be obtained or what challenges/obstacles must be overcome if they want to expand their business network, as we know that every country has different cultures. , social, political, economic provisions and government regulations. Therefore, the ease and constraints of doing business in ASEAN countries will be analyzed. whether in Indonesia, Singapore or Malaysia, each country has its challenges but there are also conveniences that can attract other foreign companies to do business in their country.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of promotion, price, brand image, e-wom, product quality on purchase decisions for Chatime consumers, especially in Batam City. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Data collection used a survey technique by distributing questionnaires online via Google Forms to the people of Batam City with a sample size of 303 respondents. The tool used in this descriptive analysis study was linear regression using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 software. The results showed a significant positive effect by the promotion, brand image, product quality, and price variables on the purchased decision, while the E-WOM variable was found to have a positive effect but not significant to the purchased decision.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to ascertain if East Java's labour absorption is impacted by inflation, the gross regional product, and the minimum wage. This study employs a quantitative research technique, with three independent variables inflation, gross regional domestic product (GRDP), and minimum wage and one dependent variable, labour. The time series of yearly data used in this study spans the years 2006 through 2021. Secondary data from the East Java Province and the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) were used in this study. Following data collection for this project, multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the data. From the results of the data processing above, it can be seen that the independent variable Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) has no significant effect on the labour absorption variable in East Java Province, while the independent variable Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) has a significant positive effect on the employment absorption variable in East Java Province.

This research method uses qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through interviews and field observations. The research findings indicate that there are potential risks that may occur at PT PELNI Tanjung Priok Branch, and there are risk controls that can be implemented to minimize the possibility of risks occurring. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the production, export and import performance of Indonesian coffee commodities. The data in this study is secondary data obtained from various government agencies. The method of analysis uses a qualitative description with Microsoft Excel Software. The results of the analysis found that the production, export and import performance of Indonesian coffee commodities during the Reform Order was generally quite good and on an annual average experienced positive growth. The development of the volume of exports and imports of Indonesian coffee commodities fluctuates every year. Part of domestic coffee production is consumed and partly exported abroad. The volume of Indonesian coffee exports during the 1998-2021 period averaged 388,147 tons/year or around 59 percent of the average national coffee production, which produced 665,213 tons/year. Meanwhile, the average volume of Indonesian coffee imports during the 1998-2021 period reached 18,765 tons/year. Indonesia's coffee trade balance is always a surplus, meaning that the volume and value of exports are always greater than the volume and value of imports.

Abstract

Coastal Communities (Case Study of Making Jeruju Leaf Chips in Paloh Merbau Sub-district Percut Sei Tuan), either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study was the Coastal Community of Making Jeruju Leaf Chips in Paloh Merbau sub-district Percut Sei Tuan, the time of the study was from January to July 2022. The sampling technique used the opinion of Arikunto with a total of 40 people and the analytical method used was descriptive analysis method, analysis multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that Marketing Strategy (X1) and Innovation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Economic Improvement, with the value of the Marketing Strategy variable tcount of 3.636 while t-table is 1.688 (tcount > from ttable). Innovation variable tcount is 3,081 while t table is 1,703 (tcount is greater than ttable). Meanwhile, for the Organizational Commitment variable, the value of tcount is 2.220 while ttable is 1.688 (tcount > from ttable). Simultaneous hypothesis testing results (F test) indicate that Marketing Strategy (X1) and Innovation (X2) have a positive and significant impact on improving the economy of the community in Coastal Communities (Case Study of Making Jeruju Leaf Chips, Paloh Merbau Hamlet, Percut Sei Tuan District, with a value of fcount is 10.510 while t table is 3.25 (Fcount is greater than Ftable).The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen that the Adjusted R square value is 0.328 or 32.8% indicating that Marketing Strategy and Innovation simultaneously contribute to Economic Improvement of 32.8%
