Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of the capital structure is measured using financial ratios, specifically the debt-to-equity ratio (DER). Liquidity, or often known as working capital ratio, is measured through current assets (current ratio), and company size is seen from the total assets owned by the company, which can be used to carry out company operations, against profitability to assess the company's ability to make a profit in a certain period by using Return on Investment, Return on Assets, Profit Margin, and Return on Equity. Secondary data is used from the financial statements of Sulselbar bank for the period 2017–2021. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 24. The results and findings of the research show that the capital structure proxied by DER and DAR has no effect on the profitability of Sulselbar Bank, while liquidity proxied with Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash Ratio partially has a significant effect on profitability, while the size of the company proxied with Ln Total Assets partially has no effect on the profitability of Sulselbar Bank proxied with ROA, ROI, and ROE. The capital structure, liquidity, and company size together affect the profitability of Sulselbar bank. The predictor variable is able to explain the model with an adjusted R Square value of 50%, while the remaining 50% is explained by factors that are not included in this study model.

Abstract

The interest in employee job satisfaction continues as it affects many outcomes. The general purpose of this study is to examine the mediating model of job involvement variables, and burnout on the effect of job characteristics having an influence on job satisfaction on employees. The population of this study were employees of a timber company in the city of Semarang, with a sample of 140 respondents. This study uses PLS to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the combination of job characteristics and work involvement and burnout as a mediator can affect job satisfaction, and it was concluded that it was concluded that job characteristics had a significant negative effect on burnout, job characteristics had a significant positive effect on job involvement, job characteristics had no effect on job satisfaction, job involvement work has a significant negative effect on burnout, burnout has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, job involvement has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is an influence of job characteristics on burnout through job involvement, there is an influence of job characteristics on job satisfaction through burnout, job characteristics on job satisfaction through work engagement.

Abstract

In choosing their desired types of investment, investors often considered several factors. The objective of this study is to examine the influence of overreaction and liquidity on price reversal phenomenon. The method used is descriptive research method with quantitative approach. We employed secondary data obtained from the 73 sharia manufacturing companies that are registered in the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) during the period 2019-2021, which is determined using several criteria. Based on the analysis results, it is indicated that there is an effect of overreaction and liquidity on price reversals on Sharia Manufacturing shares listed on the ISSI during the period 2019-2021. This study highlighted that overreaction phenomenon is a major problem for investors and the company itself.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Talent Management Practices on Employee Performance through Employee Engagement and Employee Job Satisfaction as Mediation Variables (Study on Employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Regional Office 02). With research data processing is done through Smart PLS 3.3.7. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 303 respondents. The results show that a) the application of talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, b) the application of talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, c) the application of talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, d) employee engagement has a positive effect. and significant on employee performance, e) employee job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, f) talent management practices have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through employee involvement as a mediating variable, f) talent management practices have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. employee performance employee performance through employee job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Due to the growing e-commerce industry in Indonesia, many e-commerce companies including Shopee are vying to increase their competitive power to acquire consumers and increase sales transactions, one of which is by using gamification strategies and discount prices. This research method uses a quantitative approach with survey instruments then described in descriptive analysis. The results showed that gamification and price discount strategies had a significant impact on Impulsivity Buying by 47.6%. Gamification strategies help direct consumer behavior patterns to spend more time using the Shopee application and to increase price discount sales conversions are given as game completion incentives to trigger impulse buying attitudes so that sales increase.

Abstract

The current problem of raising capital investment is still far from expectations, while labor training has not been encouraging, this is presumably because the role of managers is still apprehensive. This study aims to determine the effect of the manager's role on labor training and labor training on capital investment accumulation, which is applied in the form of a descriptive analytical survey method, while the sample used is 39 respondents. The variables studied from each respondent are the role of managers, labor training and capital investment collection. The type of data collected is primary data. The results of the study indicate that the role of the manager has no and no significant effect on the training of the workforce. manpower training has no effect and is not significant to the accumulation of capital investment. The implication is that the role of managers needs to be intensified within the organization. The object of this research is the sample of respondents used is still limited to the business assisted by the West Java Chamber of Commerce in Bandung, therefore further research is necessary based on more varied sampling with a longer duration, in order to obtain generalizable results.

Abstract

Maintaining consumer loyalty to the brand is the main important task that must be in the marketing strategy to maintain the company's sales and revenue especially if the company is e-commerce in Indonesia such as Tokopedia. This study will reveal how the influence of variable influencer marketing and Tokopedia marketing events in building consumer brand loyalty. This research method uses a quantitative approach with survey instruments then described in descriptive analysis. At the end of the study, it was shown that the results of both variable influencer marketing and event marketing had a significant impact on the loyalty of 46.3%. Further reviewed influencer marketing, influencer marketing encourages consumers to routinely review marketing events on the Tokopedia application and then marketing events also help consumers visit longer with offers at a limited time in certain product categories – certain products encourage consumers to keep using Tokopedia as an option in shopping.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing training on the online digital Garage Sale community and its implications for capital investment decisions, a case study on the West Java Kadin fostered business in Bandung. The research method applied is in the form of a descriptive analytical survey method, while the sample used is 32 respondents. The variables studied from each respondent are digital marketing training, the Digital Online Garage Sale community, and capital investment decisions. The type of data collected is primary data. The results showed that digital marketing training had an effect on the Digital Online Garage Sale community. And the Digital Online Garage Sale community influences capital investment decisions. The object of this research is the sample of respondents used is still limited to the business assisted by the West Java Chamber of Commerce in Bandung, therefore further research needs to be carried out based on more varied sampling with a longer duration, so that generalizable results are obtained.

Abstract

A job description is a written statement about the description of a job, its conditions, and relationships with other parts of the organization. Job descriptions are an important part of the human resource development system. Work commitment is an attitude that shows more than just formal membership, but also includes an attitude of liking the organization and a willingness to put forth a high level of effort for the benefit of the organization in order to achieve its goals. Work performance or work performance is defined as an expression of ability based on knowledge, attitudes and skills, and motivation in producing something. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived risk and perceived usefulness on purchase intention with customer attitude as a mediating variable(Survey OnTokopedia consumers in the city of Padang). The type of research used in this research is explanatory research, with the research method being an explanatory survey that emphasizes quantitative methods. The sample is 170 consumers who shop online at Tokopedia in the city of Padang. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that perceived risk had no significant effect on purchase intention. Perceived usefulness has no significant effect on purchase intention. Perceived risk has no significant effect on customer attitude. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on customer attitude. Customer attitude has a significant effect on purchase intention. Perceived risk has no significant effect on purchase intention mediated by customer attitude. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on purchase intention mediated by customer attitude.
