Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Education, Work Environment, Work Motivation, Employee Performance. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Inti Sela data was collected by 65 respondents and processed with IBM AMOS version 23 software. Based on the results of the study, empirical facts were obtained in the form of: Education has a positive effect on Work Motivation, Work Environment has a positive effect on Work Motivation, Work Motivation has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Education has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Education has no positive effect on Employee Performance which is mediated by Work Motivation. There is no effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance and the effect is moderate1 (X1*Z) Therefore, work incentives are unlikely to act as a moderating factor (not a moderating variable). The correlation between Education and Employee Performance is not influenced by Work Motivation, Work Motivation acts as a mediating factor between the Work Environment and Employee Performance. Work Motivation Has Moderate Effect on Employee Performance (X2*Z) The linkage between Work Environment and Employee Performance is strengthened by Work Motivation which indicates that it is possible to act as a moderating element

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify research on the role of leadership management in the management of Islamic educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by processing literature, literature study which means as a series of activities related to the method of collecting library information, reading, and storing in the processing of research materials. The results of this study show that the leader is someone who is able to influence the attitudes and deeds of his members in the workplace by using power in his activities that can be directed and influenced by the leader in relation to the tasks of his subordinates that must be carried out. A good leadership spirit is required to be possessed by the leader in order to create a good atmosphere in the management of Islamic educational institutions. The type of leadership applied in Islamic educational institutions greatly affects the success of Islamic educational institutions that are led and must be able to have good leadership competencies in order to work appropriately, fairly, and wisely.

Abstract

Organizational leadership and culture are factors that shape and help others to achieve planned goals in relation to organizational success. This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. This type of research is quantitative with a total of 100 respondents. The results of the study show that the value of Sig. = 0.000 < α = 0.05, and calculated F value = 439.36 > F table = 3.09. Thus, Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on Employee Performance variables. The results of this study are expected to have an impact as material for consideration in making policies related to applied leadership and organizational culture in order to increase employee professionalism.

Abstract

This study aims to test and examine the effect of incentives and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Makassar City Regional Planning and Development Agency Office. This study was conducted at the Makassar City Regional Planning and Development Agency Office. This study involved 53 respondents from civil servants from the Makassar City Regional Planning and Development Office. This study uses primary data collected using a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the statistical tool SPSS 22.0 using multiple regression analysis method. The data is tested through several stages of testing such as validity, reliability, classical assumption tests. Furthermore, to prove the hypothesis proposed in this study will be seen through the coefficient of determination test, partial test (t-test). The results of this study indicate that incentives have an effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Due to the decreasing of shariah financial business performance, wellbeing of employees come a big problem during pandemic. How to improve wellbeing from psychological perspective, especially from employee engagement, spirituality at work and job characteristics are important to be researched. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of workplace spirituality and job characteristics on employee engagement and their impact on the wellbeing of millennial employees in Islamic financial institutions. This research is applied research by survey design. Questionnaire was used for collecting data and distributed by Google Form. Data was analyzed by Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that workplace spirituality and job characteristics have a positive effect on employee engagement, and employee engagement has significant influence towards employee wellbeing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the Accounting Information System, Internal Control, and Internal Audit on Good Corporate Governance at PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia Center Point Medan. This research uses quantitative data types and the data source is the primary data obtained from PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia Center Point Medan. From the population, purposive sampling was taken and a sample of 51 employees was drawn. Research variables consist of accounting information systems, internal control and good corporate governance. The sampling technique of this study used several specific criteria. The results of the study stated that the implementation of the Accounting Information System and Internal Control had a significant effect on Good Corporate Governance.

Abstract

Employee engagement reflects the involvement and enthusiasm of employees in their work and workplace. Employees are engaged when their basic needs are met, and when they have opportunities to contribute, a sense of belonging, and opportunities to learn and develop. Employees with good engagement, will be very enthusiastic about their work and workplace. This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy and provision of incentives on increasing employee engagement. A total of 221 respondents were collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees at PT. Remco Rubber Indonesia using non-probability sampling technique. The analysis technique used is a mixed technique, namely quantitatively from the results of distributing questionnaires, and qualitatively from the results of interviews with the recommended five respondents. The results of the analysis show that partially self-efficacy and provision of incentives each have a positive and significant effect on increasing employee engagement (prob = 0.000 < alpha = 0.05). And simultaneously, that the variables of self-efficacy and provision of incentives together have a positive effect on increasing employee engagement (prob = 0.00 < alpha = 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the health level of cooperatives in Brebes Regency. This study used a descriptive method with a purposive sampling method in selecting a sample of 36 cooperatives from 375 cooperatives in Brebes Regency. This study analyzes the aspects of liquidity and aspects of independence and growth. The results of this study from 36 samples that were used as research objects showed that in terms of liquidity only 1 cooperative was in the title of Liquid, namely KPRI Karib Sukses Mandiri. The other 2 cooperatives are under the title of Less Liquid, namely KJKS Al Muawanah and Kpri Prosperous. Other cooperatives are classified as illiquid. The independence and growth aspect is calculated using 3 ratios, namely the asset profitability ratio, the equity profitability ratio, and the operational independence ratio. There are 7 cooperatives whose asset profitability ratios are at a high level, namely above 10%, namely Kopkar Rukun Sejahtera at 12.31, Koppontren Shofwatussu'ada at 18.94, Kpri Harum at 10.99, Kpri Dwi Tunggal at 13.70, Kpri Families Prosperous at 14.40, Kpri SMEAN 1 Brebes was 13.70, Kpri SMPN I Brebes was 11.03. Of the 36 cooperatives, there are 2 cooperatives that have a profitability ratio of over 10%, namely Koppontren Shofwatussu'ada at 11.16 and Kpri Karib Sukses Mandiri at 11.44. Cooperatives that have an operational independence ratio above 150%, there are 5 cooperatives namely KJKS Al Muawanah with 146.99, Kopkar Rukun Sejahtera with 133.00, Kopontren Al Falah Mandiri with 100.00, Kopontren Al Hikmah with 116.61, Kpri Harum with 141.27.

Abstract

Administrative documents are very important when starting a business. One of them is in the form of documents and financial statements of profit and loss. However, many SMEs have not prepared adequate financial statements, seemingly very simple. One way of financial management by compiling financial statements provides information, reports on financial income and expenses. This study aims to analyze accounting records and preparation of financial statements on profits for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Profit Regency in the 2022 period. The sample used was 108 respondents. Primary data is obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire of business actors. The method of data collection is carried out with documentation and literature studies. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that accounting records do not affect profits, financial arrangements affect profits, while simultaneously accounting records and profits affect the preparation of financial statements. Based on these results, it can be stated that accounting records and the preparation of financial statements are able to minimize the occurrence of miscalculations and the information produced will be accurate for external parties and the interested public.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Intelligence Factors on Auditor Performance at Public Accounting Firms in Jakarta Region. The independent variables used in this study involve Intellectual Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, and Adversity Intelligence. Meanwhile, the dependent variable used in this study is Auditor Performance. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The population used in this study are the auditors working in Public Accounting Firms in Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with a total of 312 samples. In addition, the data analysis method used in this research is the tests of descsriptive statistics, data quality, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis obtained from this study, it is concluded that Intellectual Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, and Adversity Intelligence positively influence Auditor Performance
