Abstract

North Sumatra has the potential of natural beauty as well as historical tourism, customs and regional uniqueness. Efforts made in the development of tourism in North Sumatra is to reform several important aspects. Tourism development has the concept of 3A, namely: Attractions, Access and Amity. To increase tourist visits and return visits to Lake Toba it is necessary to study whether tourism products carried by the North Sumatra Government can create a positive image in the minds of tourists. The research objectives are 1) to determine the effect of the product on the interest of visiting the Lake Toba tourist attractions, 2) to know the influence of the price on the interest of visiting the Lake Toba attractions, 3) to know the influence of the location on the interest of visiting the Lake Toba Tourism, 4 ) determine the effect of tourism promotion on the interest of visiting the Lake Toba tourist attractions and 5) know the influence of the product, price, location and tourism promotion on the interest of visiting Lake Toba tourism. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods aimed at obtaining a picture of the influence of the product, price, location and tourism promotion as well as its impact on the interests of tourist visits. The study population was archipelago tourists who were visiting tourist in Lake Toba in the period of May to June 2019 as many as 35,000 people, using a purposive sampling technique calculated with the Slovin formula the sample size was 100 people. The results of the study are multiple linear regression equations are: Y = 3.080 + 0.470X1 + 0.007X2 + 0.045X3 + 0.254X4, partial t-test obtained value of tcount value of 5.678 and ttable value of 1.660 where value 5.678> 1.660 and sig value 0.000 <.000 0.05, the product t-test value was 4.064 and the t-table value was 1.660 where the value was 4.064> 1.660 and the sig value was 0.005 <0.05, the location t-test value was 2.354 and the table value was 1.660 where the value was 2.354> 1.660 and the sig value was 0.007 <0, 05, the value of promotion count is 2.172 and the table value is 1.660 where the value is 2.172> 1.660 and the sig value is 0.032 <0.05, the Fcount value is 44.735 and the F table value is 2.464 where the value is 44.735> 2.464 and the sig value is 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.853 or 85.30%, meaning that the research variable contributes or contributes in explaining the Interest in Returning to Lake Toba Tourist Attraction by 85.30% while the remaining 14.70% is influenced by other factors outside research. The conclusion of the research is that the product has a significant effect and is the dominant variable that influences the interest in returning to Lake Toba, the price has a significant effect on the interest in visiting back to Lake Toba, the location has a significant effect on the interest in visiting back to Lake Toba, Toba and simultaneous product, price, location and promotion have a significant effect on the interest of visiting Lake Toba again.

Abstract

Solider Rural Credit Bank is a company engaged in people's credit (savings / loans). Employee development with efforts to improve skills and general knowledge for Solider Rural Credit Bank employees is a part that encourages them to work harder in the future with the desire to prepare themselves for new positions. Based on preliminary research that has been done, the problems faced by the company are as follows: "Is there a relationship between employee development and employee work motivation?". The hypothesis put forward in connection with the problem is: "employee development is related to employee work motivation". Data analysis method used by two methods, namely: Descriptive method; namely collecting, classifying and interpreting data according to the actual and Deductive Method; is a drawing of special conclusions based on theories that are accepted as general truths about observed facts. From the results of the analysis and evaluation the following conclusions are obtained: 1. The development of the Solider Rural Bank Bank employees has made employees able to develop themselves in such a way. This means that a lot of employee development that is followed by employees or carried out by the company is more general in nature than specific or specified. 2. There is a significant relationship between employee development with employee motivation at the Solider Rural Credit Bank. This means that increasing the quality of the implementation of employee work development in the company will increase work motivation. From this study it can also be concluded that this is a dominant factor affecting employee work motivation.

Abstract

The underprivileged people often find it difficult to start developing a business that will be cultivated which aims to improve the level of their economy, due to the limited business capital they have. Banks in Indonesia often choose to lend more capital to the upper middle class rather than the lower middle class. That's why not a few people are less able to get caught up in loan sharks. Cooperatives are considered appropriate for the people of Indonesia, especially the poor, because it has a dual way of having economic and social elements, so that not only helps to improve the economy but also pay attention to elements of their social development. This study wants to find out how the role, results for customers as well as cooperative obstacles in improving community welfare, especially in agriculture through business capital loans. Through interviews and observations it can be seen that the stages carried out are quite in accordance with the objectives of community economic empowerment. In this study the approach used is a qualitative approach, with observation, interviews and documentation studies. In interviewing the informant, the writer uses purposive sampling technique in the village of Huta Nauli. From the results of the study it was found that the empowerment carried out by the Gapktan Cooperative in improving the welfare of the community especially in agriculture, they received capital assistance to develop their businesses, even the results of the benefits obtained were used to meet their daily needs and develop their agriculture.

Abstract

Education is something that must be done by an organization or institution in developing its human resources in supporting the implementation of good training in improving work understanding for each employee. The training is a learning phase which is used to give understanding to every worker in understanding the good work system in the organization. Training is very important to develop an understanding of each HR. The quality of work is the result to be obtained from the performance results of each HR. In this case education and training are ways of developing human resources in aligning the growth of the human resources of an organization. The research objectives are to: 1) Determine the effect of education on improving the work quality of Medan MDC PPA employees, 2) Know the effect of training on improving the work quality of Medan MDC PPA employees and determine the effect of education and training on improving the work quality of Medan MDC PPA employees by sampling techniques in total sampling so the number of samples was 62 people Research conclusions are: Education has a significant effect on improving the quality of work of employees and is a dominant variable influencing the improvement of the quality of work of PPA MDC Medan employees, Training has a significant effect on improving the quality of work of PPA MDC Medan employees, education and training simultaneously have a significant effect on improving the quality of employee work PPA MDC Medan, Adjusted R Square value of 0.725 or 72.50%, meaning that the research variables in the form of Research and Training contribute or explain in improving the work quality of employees of PPA MDC Medan by 72.50% while the remaining 27.50% is influenced by other factors beyond research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to Determine the marketing strategy of Hisana Fried Chicken's fast food business through a SWOT analysis. In Determining the marketing strategy it is Necessary to know the internal factors of strengths and weaknesses or SAP analysis, external factors of opportunities and threats or ETOP analysis. The design used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were branch heads, employees and consumers. Sample of this research is branches, employees and consumers at Hisana Fried Chicken outlet, Panglima Denai. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument was Carried out by interview, observation and documentation. Analysis of the Data used is by reductio of data, the data presentation, and conclusion drawing.

Abstract

PT XYZ (CMSS) is a subsidiary of PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana (CSA) which is engaged in the distribution of building materials - giving birth to the concept of building material shopping under one roof in Indonesia under the name Mitra10. As an anticipation step towards the era of globalization and the free market of AFTA in 2003, where all Asian countries can do business freely in member countries such as in their own countries, then entering the retail business is felt important to strengthen networks, survive, and develop even more rapidly. So that researchers are interested in examining the incentives and performance satisfaction of work loyalty at PT XYZ Medan. So we get a few conclusions from this study. The incentive variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work loyalty at PT XYZ Medan. This is seen through the t-incentive value of 3.714 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.051 and also has a significant t level of 0.001 smaller than alpha 0.05. So the alternative hypothesis related to the variable is accepted. The performance satisfaction variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work loyalty at PT XYZ Medan. This is seen through the t-incentive value of 3.222 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.051 and also has a significant level of t of 0.003 smaller than alpha 0.05. So the alternative hypothesis related to the variable is accepted. The incentive and performance satisfaction variables jointly influence work loyalty at PT XYZ Medan. This can be seen through the value of F-count = 16.126 and the significance (p-value) = 0.000, it can be concluded that the F-count (16.126) is greater than the F-table (2.95) and the p-value (0.001) is smaller than sig-α = (0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance.This research is a quantitative study with an associative method. The analysis method uses the questionnaire method. The population in this study were employees of PT. XYZ , amounting to 55 people. The statistical tests used are the classic assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients and the coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely Motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2), have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of PT. XYZ .

Abstract

Strong goals and desires are one of the meanings of commitment. These words are always demanded of individuals who are undergoing a relationship between individuals and agencies or organizations. Commitment is characterized by a form of positive loyalty, active in the work. Where these individuals are willing to give everything in order to realize the goals and continuity of the organization. When we commit ourselves in the heart, then every job carried out becomes lighter. Energy, totality, compactness and confidence to achieve a goal of mutual success will be created by itself. Commitment is a complete acknowledgment, as an attitude that originates in one's character. Commitment is not limited to words but a series of actions to realize a promise becomes a tangible proof, with a commitment we will get courage, high social stability and of course tolerance, so that we are able to survive in facing any difficult situation, because with our commitment is not easily provoked.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Product Quality on the Customer Satisfaction of Spotlights of PT XYX. The research method used is linear regression analysis. The population in this study was 191 customers and the sample was 131 luxent spotlight customers. The results of simultaneous and partial calculations of Product Quality, Distribution Channels and Service Quality affect the Customer Satisfaction Spotlights of PT XYX.
