Abstract

Confidence is the key to self motivation. Individuals will not live a good life without any confidence. Researchers conducted observations in MTs ASHRI Jember class VIII A academic year 2017-2018 and the result of pretest is 42% which is classified in the qualification is less and still bellow the average of ideal confidence. This study aims to increase self confidence through group guidance services with sociodrama techniques. The type of research used is action research guidance and counseling (PTBK). The procedure used is the cycle model. Based on the result of research on the implementation of the cycle of  I respondents still showed an attitude of lack confidence. It shown from not nervous when appearing in front of the class, feeling confident that they can, dare in eksplore role and do not look shy embarrassment that only around 50%. And in the IInd cycle began to show an increasein confidence in student this is seen in not nervous when appearing in front of the class, feel confident that they can, dare in eksplore role and do not look shy embarrassment that only ranges between 75%. Thus it can be concluded that the service of group guidance with sociodrama technique can improve self confidence of class VIII A MTs ASHRI Jember. Keywords: Self confidence, Sociodrama.

Abstract

Application of Career Guidance to increase Talent and Interest of students in MA’ARIF13 Middle School Curahtakir Tempurejo Jember Regency.Research on the Application of Career Guidance to increase Talent and Interest of students at MA'ARIF Middle School 13 Curahtakir Tempurejo, Jember Regency with the respondents studied were 32 students. The methods used in this study were Observation, Reflection and Questionnaire.Based on preliminary research results obtained data with a percentage number (37%) which is 12 students in the high value category, (63%) which is 20 students in the moderate value category and there are no students in the low value category, after being given action in cycle I the application of career guidance to improve the talents and interests of students has increased with the percentage (81%) that is 26 students in the high value category, (19%) that is 6 students in the medium category and not found in the low value category.Thus concluded:the application of career guidance to increase students' talent, has increased. Research activities are categorized as successful because they reach a percentage above the success indicator which is set at 75% of students get or are in the high value category.In this thesis also provides suggestions for the perfection of further research and the closing is the end of this thesis research report. Abstract

Today's adolescent social problems are often the topic of conversation and at the same time become a source of concern or concern for parents, educators, and all parties who are concerned about the future fate of the younger generation. Researchers conducted observations in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Rambipuji showing ethics in relationships that were a little low. This study aims to determine changes in ethics and the provision of group counseling on social ethics behavior of class VIII students at Rambipuji 1 Public Middle School. The type of research used is quantitative research. The procedure used is the provision of questionnaires, questionnaires given about the ethics of association and group counseling. Giving counseling groups can change ethical behavior in student association. Keywords : Social Ethics, Counseling Grup

Abstract

Research on efforts to improve self efficacy student of class viii d through services one watch singing in response assistance would not only provide islamic junior high school mts al- malt or malt and meal  discerning men will vanish or wuluhan the commencement of academic year 2017 / 2018 .. with the treatment respondents as many as 28 students .Data collection method that is used is identification observation and other of any economic indicators ,. Based on the results of from preliminary observations other of any economic indicators and set me free and more and they received way to the main databank with figures the percentage of the level of self afficacy students at the school as much as 50 % , percentage of 75 % . Abstract

The study was conducted at MTs.Nahdlatuth Thalabah Kesilir-Wuluhan 2017-2018 Academic Year with 33 respondents who were studied using the Population Research technique. This study uses the Product moment Correlation data analysis method. Data collection used is questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, the results obtained for career information services and the selection of advanced schools with r = 0.81269579, after consulting the product moment table, the r calculation is greater than r table, meaning that there is a relationship between electoral school. After consulting the price point r product moment for 33 significant levels of 5% 0.344 and 1% 0.442 it turns out that the statistical r value is higher than the table value, so the r calculation is greater than r table means the relationship. The hypothesis (Ha) says that there is an influence of career information services on the selection of high school students in class IXE MTs. Nahdlatuth Thalabah Kesilir - Wuluhan 2017-2018 Academic Year. Keywords: Career Information Services, Advanced School Selection
