Abstract

Family planning has become one of the pillars of the mother-loving movement, so that it can be achieved by limiting the number of children, not too old or too young to get pregnant, not too short pregnancy intervals, increasing mental and physical health so that pregnant women are at an optimal level of well-being. Tubectomy is the most effective, inexpensive, safe method of family planning, and has high demographic value. The tubectomy contact method is a minor operation and is a permanent contraceptive which is carried out by acting on both fallopian tubes so that it blocks the meeting of the egg (ovum) with sperm cells (sperm). The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge and attitudes of mothers towards women's operative medical acceptance as a contraceptive option in the Working Area of the Sindar Raya Health Center, Simalungun Regency in 2017. The research design used was descriptive with a sample of 58 people using total sampling. This research was conducted in May-July 2017. The research instrument used a questionnaire which was first tested with a content validity test. From the results of the study it was found that 22 people (37.9%) had good knowledge, 29 people (50.0%) had sufficient knowledge and 7 people (12.1%) had less knowledge. The majority of respondents who had a negative attitude were 35 people (60.3%) and respondents who had a positive attitude were 23 people (39.7%). It is expected that mothers will seek as much information about tubectomy contraception methods from electronic media, mass media, and health workers. Thus, so that mothers understand more about the method of tubectomy contraception in particular.

Menopause is a life process that every woman experiences and occurs at an average age of 51 years. Many women are overwhelmed by a sense of anxiety before menopause. The desire for sex usually decreases during menopause, but may recover after symptoms disappear. Even for some husbands menopause is used as an excuse to remarry because the wife is considered to be no longer capable of having sexual relations. This study aims to look at the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of husbands about sexual activity in postmenopausal wives in the working area of the Pamatang Raya Health Center, Simalungun Regency. This study used a correlation descriptive research design , the population and sample in this study were husbands who had menopausal wives in the working area of the Pamatang Raya Health Center, Simalungun Regency, with 34 samples. Sampling using total sampling. The research was conducted in July. The results of the analysis by looking for frequency and percentage showed that the majority of husbands' knowledge about sexual activity in menopausal wives was sufficient, namely 73.5%. And the attitude of husbands about sexual activity in menopausal wives is negative, namely 91.2%. The relationship between knowledge and attitudes was analyzed using the product moment, which obtained a p value of 0.034. There was a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes of husbands about sexual behavior in postmenopausal wives, and also obtained a value of r = 0.043. The better the husband's knowledge, the better the husband's attitude about sexuality in menopausal wives. It is hoped that it can increase the knowledge of midwives/health workers so that they can provide counseling to married couples about sexual relations during menopause so that they can become the basis for overcoming sexual relations problems faced by married couples during menopause

Abstract

Premature rupture of membranes is the state of rupture of the amniotic membranes before the time of delivery. If premature rupture of membranes occurs before 37 weeks of gestation it is called premature rupture of membranes in preterm pregnancy. Under normal circumstances 8-10% of pregnant women at term will experience premature rupture of membranes (Prawirohardjo, 2009). This study aims to determine the relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding premature rupture of membranes at the Palmarum Pamatang Raya clinic in 2016. The research method was descriptive analytic. The sample in this study was the entire population (total sampling) of 35 people. From the results of this study it was found that the majority of pregnant women aged <20 years as many as 12 people (34.3%) had poor knowledge about premature rupture of membranes, namely as many as 9 people (25.7%). The results of the chi-square test obtained p = 0.041 and the majority of pregnant women aged 20-35 years as many as 12 people (34.3%) had an unfavorable attitude regarding premature rupture of membranes, namely as many as 8 people (22.9%). The results of the chi-square test obtained p 0.105. 11 people (31.4%) had poor knowledge about premature rupture of membranes, namely 8 people (22.9%). The results of the chi-square test obtained p = 0.000 and the majority of pregnant women with high school education as many as 11 people (31.4%) had an unfavorable attitude about premature rupture of membranes, namely 6 people (17.1%). The results of the chi-square test obtained p = 0.000. From the results of the study, the majority of pregnant women had poor knowledge of 21 people (60.0%), where there were unfavorable attitudes about premature rupture of membranes, namely 12 people (34.3%). The chi-square test results obtained p 0.000. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that age and education significantly influence the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about premature rupture of membranes. Knowledge can even influence pregnant women's attitudes about premature rupture of membranes according to the chi-square results obtained p = <0.05

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that cannot be cured and can cause serious complications, including diabetic gangrene. This research is a retrospective non-experimental descriptive study that aims to analyze factors related to the bill for diabetic gangrene debridement services at Aisyiyah Bojonegoro Hospital in 2021. Of the 151 patients who met the criteria, it was found that most diabetic gangrene patients who underwent debridement were aged under 60 years (66.2%), with the most sex being female (53%), and the most degree being grade 1 (51.7%). With a minimum length of stay of 2 days and a maximum length of stay of 13 days. From the results of the study, it was found that the bill was more than INA-CBGs by 37 cases at degree I, 6 cases at degree II, and 24 cases at degree III. So that from a total of 151 patients treated with diabetic gangrene debridement, there were 67 cases where hospital bills were higher (deficit) than INA-CBGs. The deficit results were found in all treatment classes and all levels of severity except in class 2 degrees I and III and in class 1 degree II where a surplus was obtained compared to INA-CBGs. Based on the results of the study, it was found that P-Value <0.05 was at the level of severity, fornas compliance, length of stay and DPJP which means that there was a significant relationship between severity, fornas compliance, length of stay, and DPJP with the total real bills of diabetic gangrene debridement patients.
