The condition of regional fiscal health is a condition for implementing regional autonomy and fiscal decentralization. This study took samples of districts/cities in Riau Province in the period 2019 - 2021 to be analyzed using the Fiscal Health Index. The results of the analysis will be able to describe the condition of the fiscal health of each Regency/City in the Riau Province area before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive study and determines all districts/cities as the unit of analysis. The measurement model used refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2020 concerning Measurement of the Regional Financial Management Index, but only focuses on 3 (three) indicators from the dimensions of regional financial conditions. The three indicators are financial independence, financial flexibility, and service solvency. The results of this study can be concluded that of the 12 districts/cities in Riau Province are included in the low category, both in financial independence, financial flexibility and service solvency. This condition may affect their ability to implement decentralization and regional autonomy. Of the 12 Regencies/Cities in Riau Province that have the highest Fiscal Health Index in a row in 2019-2021 are Bengkalis and Kepaluauan Meranti Regencies, while those with the lowest Fiscal Health Index are Indragiri Hulu and Indragiri Hilir Regencies. This comparison is only in the scope of Regencies/Cities in Riau Province. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi, pengelolaan dana desa dalam pembangunan di desa, dalam hal ini untuk mencari tahu realisasi APBDes Desa Sidomulyo yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan, pembangunan infrastruktur maupun bidang pembinaan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Kebonagung Kabupaten Pacitan. Dari Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Sidomulyo dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan Dana Desa (DD) secara keseluruhan sudah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari data APBDes 2022 yang sudah tersususun dengan rapi di laporan realisasi pelaksanaan APBDes sampai dengan bulan mei. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan, prioritas penggunaan Dana Desa (DD) sudah terealisasi, meskipun dalam realisasi di bidang pemberdayaan belum maksimal. Dalam amanat Undang-Undang Desa bahwa penggunaan anggaranDana Desa (DD) harus seimbang antara pembanguna infrastruktur dan pemberdayaan sehingga dalam pembangunan dapat berjalan seiringan. Selain itu di bidang pembinaan masyarakat juga masih 0% dalam realisasinya, yang sehingga dalam penyerapan anggaran belum mampu diimplementasikan dengan baik untuk kepetingan masyarakat

Water is a source of life for the community and is a basic need that is used by the community every day for their daily needs. However, due to the increasingly dense population and the number of PT in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, the water is polluted by Liquid Waste. And people in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, feel the impact of the water such as water that is not suitable for consumption and the emergence of various diseases. This study aims to find out how the effect of liquid waste on water quality and diseases that arise in the community in Sei Village. Merbau, Teluk Nibung District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method in which data collection is carried out using interviews and field observations of 10 respondents aged between 25 - 40 years. The results of this study indicate that liquid waste causes changes in water quality and causes various skin diseases to occur in the community in Sei Village. Merbau, Teluk Nibung District. In an effort to help advance the underdeveloped villages in Selemak Village, especially in hamlet IV, service activities in the form of easy and innovative training have been carried out. The training conducted by Selemak Village, especially in Hamlet IV, aims to empower housewives to be creative in making a product. One of these a products is to make dish soap that is fast and marketable so that it helps the family's economy. The target to be achieved is for housewives to become more independent in facing an increasingly advanced economy. However, there are still constrained factors in making dish soap because the ingredients used are chemical which are rarely sold in the market, resulting in a business opportunity to make dish soap an obstacle. Therefore, the training team tried to find the nearest shop to help housewives buy the ingredients for making dish soap. So the first method is field observation, which is identifying problems that occur and finding solutions, secondly, socialization is to provide education on how to make it and how to market it, the third practice is a video appearance on how to make dish soap that has been made by the Real Work Lecture team. KKN) group 67. This is so that the process of making dish soap for housewives can provide benefits for the economy and can be used for daily needs. The purpose of this service is to increase nutritional knowledge, improve milk processing skills for housewives, especially pregnant and lactating women, and young women. These objectives can be achieved through various corrective activities including: (1) General counseling and nutrition, (2) Counseling on the nutritional composition and benefits of corn, (3) Extension of various corn products, (4) Training on corn milk processing. The method used in this service is Participatory Action Research (PAR) for a month at the service partners of Bandar Baru Village. The results of this activity indicate that (1) there is an increase in public knowledge about food and nutrition as well as innovation in corn processing. (2) the community has the skills to convert corn products into milk. (3) Knowledge and skills that can be used as business pilots to meet the needs of people's lives, so that stunting can be minimized. Keywords: Dedication, Stunting, Corn milk

Retirement is an old age guarantee and in return for employees who have devoted years to PT. Socfindo. In the end it became the duty of each individual to try to guarantee his parents' day, and for this each PT. Socfindo employee is obliged to enter into the participant of a social insurance agency formed by PT. Socfindo. As pension is not only a guarantee of the old days but also a recompension of the benefits, PT. Socfindo gives his employees severance. The frequent effect of retirement is that one's unpreparedness faces retirement. Such conditions are also usually followed by changes, physical setbacks, and setbacks. This study was conducted to determine the effect of perceptions of tax justice, perceptions of tax convenience, and modernization of the taxation system on compliance with the implementation of PMK 86/03/2020 MSME Taxpayers. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the Indonesian economy to weaken greatly, one of which is the MSME sector. It is hoped that the existence of tax incentives for MSMEs borne by the government can help revive the current MSME sector. However, the size of MSME actors is not the same as compared to the MSME actors' tax compliance which is still low in reporting their taxes, this is because the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) focuses more on large taxpayers while supervision of MSME actors has not been carried out optimally. This research is quantitative using primary data. The sample in this study was SMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This researcher uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data processing technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study indicate that the perception of tax convenience does not affect compliance with the application of policies on PMK /03/2020 MSME taxpayers. Perceptions of tax justice and the modernization of the taxation system on compliance with the implementation of policies on PMK 86/03/2020 MSME taxpayers have a positive influence.

In Indonesia, tolerance of religious life has become a special concern because until now there are many cases that show the frequent occurrence of conflicts in the name of religion in various regions. This diversity can be seen in Pijor Koling Village where there are 2 formal religions, namely Islam and Christianity, which can coexist for quite a long time. This research was carried out in Pijor Koling Village, Dolok District, North Padang Lawas Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The data collection was carried out by means of observation and in-depth interviews with a number of informants. The results obtained were that the people of Pijor Koling Village respected and respected each other without discriminating against each other. The mutual support among the people of Pijor Koling is very real. In major religious holidays, the people of Pijor Koling stay in touch with each other, keep each other safe when worshiping in celebration of the holiday. There are several important things in Islamic teachings that must be done as soon as possible, including taking care of the corpse, serving food when guests arrive, marrying off a girl whose soul mate has arrived, paying off debts when they are due and repenting when committing small or major sins. The law of taking care of the corpse is fard kifayah. The management of the corpse must be expedited as quickly as possible. This is necessary because goodness is good for the corpse itself. In Suka Maju village, Pahae Jae sub-district, there are frequent delays in processing the bodies. In connection with this, the researcher analyzed the causes of delays in the management of corpses in Suka Maju Village and solved the problem so that there were no more delays in the management of corpses. Regular KKN Group of 27 North Sumatra State Islamic University in Batu Gingging Village, Kec. Bangun Purba, Kab. Deli Medium is a form of experience in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Devotion. The Real Work Lecture (KKN) at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra was held on 18 July-18 August 2022 with the theme "Revitalizing the Role of North Sumatra State Islamic University through Community Service Program to Create a Dignified Society". Activities consist of core activities, village activities, and additional activities. The activities we carried out received a lot of good responses from the local community. Real Work Lectures can provide added value in order to improve the quality of people's lives. In the implementation of KKN, there can be ineffectiveness, one of which is related to the ability of students (KKN participants) in relating and communicating between KKN participants and with the local community, more precisely the ability of students to interact with other people. If communication is formed properly it will form a harmonious relationship but on the contrary if the communication is not formed properly there will be conflict.
