Learning is an interactive process from there sultof the activities of educators and students in a particular learning environment. In learning the teacher plays a very important role indesigning, implementing and evaluating learning so that each learning design can be realizd properly, then every educator needs to have the ability to design learning well and arouse students interest in learning. Interest is the basic an dimpetus for someone to do what they want if they want to achieve the expected goals. Interest is a convincing foundation for the success of a learning process. Harga diri adalah salah satu hal yang penting dalam perkembangan individu terutama remaja. Salah satu yang dapat mempengaruhi harga diri pada santri adalah kualitas pertemanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pertemanan terhadap harga diri para santri. Responden penelitian berjumlah 257 santri, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala kualitas pertemanan dan skala harga diri. Hasil penelitian diketahui nilai F sebesar 9.468 dan signifikansi 0.002 (p<0.05) sehingga terdapat pengaruh kualitas pertemanan terhadap harga diri pada santri. Nilai R squared diketahui sebesar 0.036, yang berarti pengaruh kualitas pertemanan sebesar 3.6% terhadap harga diri sedangkan sisanya 96.4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar penelitian. The Real Work Lecture (KKN) conducted by UIN SU students group 188 is a community service which aims to solve problems that exist in the community. Not only for the community but also for students, where students are able to learn from the experiences received and are able to learn more about the current state of society. This activity is able to see how big the role of students in Community Service activities in religious development and is expected to develop social competence and student personality competence. Methods of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews and use of technology. This study is directed to review and analyze the activities of school dropouts in Kampung Maredan Barat. Descriptive approach as well as qualitative methods are used in this study. In this study, 3 out of school children were used as informants. This study uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation is done to explain the validity of the data by triangulating sources. The results of this study show that the activities of children dropping out of school in Kampung Maredan Barat, Tualang, Siak are seen from work indicators. School dropouts have activities that are beneficial for their families. In order to help and fulfill the needs of their families, they are willing to work their daily activities working in workshops and palm oil workers, in addition to their hobby, they participate in Jaran Kepang activities. In addition, there are those who work not because they want to meet the needs of their families, the activities they do to earn income and can learn from outside, because they are unable to receive knowledge at school. This child carries out activities to help parents at home sweeping and washing dishes, helping to care for his father's fields, as well as working as a construction worker and activities for school dropouts in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang, Siak seen from the play indicators. School dropouts have activities that are only concerned with themselves and do not care about the views of their environment or family. Playing activities that they do such as playing games at home, stalls, gardens, in addition to playing games, they do activities according to their hobbies, namely Jaranan Kepang art activities. North Sumatra UIN students are demanded to revitalize in order to create a dignified society. Revitalization is an effort to re-vitalize an area or part of a city that was once vital/lived, but then suffered a setback/degradation. So in creating this, UIN North Sumatra students create a work program that guides creating a dignified society, as follows: 1) Overcoming Stunting Problems in Village Communities from House to House to create a Stunting Free Society; 2) Creating a society and not illiterate and illiterate Al-Qur'an; 3) Accompanying legal problems in the village; 4) Provide educational learning education to community cadres in order to create a dignified and integrity society; 5) Provide Islamic insight in the fields of creed, sharia and Sufism; 6) Help build a creative economic community; 7) Accompanying the community's social problems; 8) Engage and assist community agriculture and create a society that is not technologically illiterate; 9) Hold kulibas (a fifteen minute lecture) after maghrib in order to increase religious insight. The Real Work Lecture (KKN) which was held in Dusun 7 Sei Cabang Kiri, Desa Kepala Sungai, received a lot of good responses from the community. What we do is interact and cooperate with the community and we also organize Gebyar 1 Muharram (GEMAH). Our goal is to focus on the growth and development of children and small businesses in Kepala Sungai Village, Dusun 7 Sei Branch Kiri. Lack of education. Children exist like adults who are already using cell phones due to the influence of online schools, and they become addicted and less motivated to learn. For UMKM in Dusun 7, they still use word of mouth media so that UMKM have not achieved all sales targets. Not taking enough nutrients according to feed, growth and development. Therefore, we will focus on preventing stunting and implementing an increase in Digital UMKM, emphasizing that children will better understand the importance of education for their growth and development, and parents to pay more attention to children's growth and development through a balanced diet and good nutrition, as well as further improvement of UMKM as a source of income to support life. We want the people of Dusun 7 sei, the left branch of the Sungai Kepala Village, to become a village where generations of children are healthy, have a critical mindset, practice ukhuwah Islamiyah and behave like the morals of the Prophet. This study aims to determine the differences in digital literacy skills of teachers based on age. The population in this study are teachers who work in the JABODETABEK area. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in which the sample was taken with certain criteria, while the sample of this study amounted to 162 teachers who served in the JABODETABEK area and were divided into two adult age groups, namely early adulthood and late adulthood. This study uses three indicators from the NG measuring instrument (212), namely can we teach digital native. Data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The data used are primary data and time series. The results showed that there was no difference in digital literacy skills for early-adult teachers and middle-adult teachers with a significance value of 0.198, while for the average digital literacy ability, early-adult teachers were 67.99 and middle-aged teachers were 65.75. The family is the first and foremost institution for family members to socialize, this is where family members know love, sympathy and get guidance and education and feel a safe atmosphere. Healthy realization with all family members is very important because the family is the one we can trust to talk about a problem, the burden of the problems we face. Where if we bury all our own problems will interfere with the mind or mental health. The family directly or indirectly determines the formation of character or personality or other family members. For example, the behavior of parents who are temperamental, likes to get drunk with explosive emotions, the occurrence of rifts between parents can cause inner conflicts for their children, the rule method is used in a qualitative method of literature review where researchers seek discussion. bring back a new title with literature review literature. The technique of checking the validity of knowledge is by using a literature review. The results of this study indicate that most children's mental health is good, only that some children experience stress or mental health disorders in the family, family counseling to overcome children's mental health is very important. thus families can educate children so that there is no lack of mental health in children. This study aims to describe the value of local wisdom of the Bumi Jaya pottery industry in learning history for class X at SMA Negeri 1 Ciruas including the historical development of pottery craft that developed in Bumi Jaya village, the characteristics of the pottery craft that are characteristic of Bumi Jaya pottery production, as well as the efforts made so that the values of local wisdom in the art of pottery in the village of Bumi Jaya in learning history for class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Ciruas. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, documentation studies, and observations with analytical methods, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that historical learning correlates local historical sources, namely the Earth Jaya pottery industry, as a source of learning history for students of SMA Negeri 1 Ciruas. The earthenware industry of Bumi Jaya is a form of culture that grows in the community providing use values, economic values, and aesthetic values which are part of the value of local wisdom. This thesis discusses the criticism of the Netherlands in the perspective of the Merdeka newspaper (1945-1947). This study aims to explain the important role of the press in responding to social and political conditions during the Indonesian revolution from 1945 to 1947. The method used in this research is the historical method, including: heuristics (data collection), source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results showed that the press media as a forum that provided information in the form of positive information to the public after the arrival of NICA and the Allies to Indonesia. Merdeka newspaper took an active role as a free newspaper without the interests of any group and pro to the Republic. It is the nationalization of a newspaper previously called Asia Raya, published in Jakarta during the Japanese period. The visualization of news and opinions became a form of criticism of the Merdeka newspaper which gave a cynical impression, expressed the cruelty of the Dutch as the main enemy, anti-Dutch imperialism, and inflamed the spirit of the people to defend the independence of the Republic of Indonesia. Until July 20, 1947 the newspaper led by B.M Diah was no longer published because its editorial headquarters was at the State Printing Press, Central Salemba, Jakarta, which was occupied by the Dutch during the First Military Aggression.
