<![CDATA[Digest— PT XYZ's Information Technology (IT) Division is a division that supports the development and management of information systems needed in the business of the company PT XYZ. One application built by the IT division of PT XYZ is an application that is used to manage information on PT XYZ Marketing and Sales products. At present the use of applications often complains from users, among others, the incompatibility of information displayed with reality in the field, complaints about technical problems where there are errors when using the application, and so forth. Complaints most often occur when an update or new feature or function is added to the application. Handling of user complaints is considered not handled properly, therefore the E-Ticket application development project is proposed to assist in handling user complaints. Complaints are sent by telephone, email or by directly conveying the problem. The cause of the problem can be a database error, application malfunction, network problems and so on. In this study an analysis of the system requirements was described using use case diagrams and ER diagrams and continued by doing the design so that in the end the results of this study were a draft application for PT XYZ User Complaints Handling]]>

<![CDATA[In this globalization era, the advancement of technology is growing rapidly day by day, unstoppable. Technology helps people to simplify their works. Many aspects of life have been positively affected by current technology. Technology becomes the normal and expected means of communications and education. In English Language Learning, the latest technology such as computers, the internet, electronic dictionary, email, blogs, mobile phones, online course may promote English use wider. Moreover, it is seen as the tools to promote autonomous learning. The emerging current technology creates new teaching model, in which technology-based activities are seen as more effective, efficient, engaging and enjoyable in classroom practices. This research is aimed to analyze the application of current media and elaborate challenges faced by utilizing these technologies. This study also raises teacher’s awareness in using them effectively. Trained teachers are needed to apply this new teaching model successfully. Most importantly, by integrating technological aids as classroom media will surely motivate students’ interests to learn and communicate English in their daily interactions.]]>

<![CDATA[Hummanodificiency syndrome is not a problem that is underestimated again in fact it has threatened all levels of society of men and women until December 200 reported that 58 million people of the world were infected with HIV in that period 22 million died or 7,000 died from AIDS every day in Africa. HIV is still increasing in 2012 in Indonesia, there were 21,511 HIV cases and 5,686 AIDS cases. The aim of this study was to find out the description of HIV cases in the Tebing Tinggi City Health Office.This type of research is descriptive, the population in this study were all HIV sufferers in the Health Office of Tebing Tinggi City. In 2017 there were 19 people taking total sampling, the instruments used in the form of Distribution Tables and the data used were secondary data analysis data followed by discuss the results of research with existing theories and literature studies.From the results of this study it can be seen that the highest picture of HIV cases based on age is 2549 years old as many as 19 cases (100%), the highest occupation in commercial sex workers is 5 cases (26.3%), the highest risk factor is PLWHA with HIV partners 19 cases (100%).Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that of the 19 most age-based HIV cases found at the age of 25-49 years and based on the highest occupation of CSWs and based on the most risk factors for PLWHA with partners of HIV. It is expected that HIV health workers and supervision will detect HIV signs and symptoms in pregnant women]]>

<![CDATA[Communication nurses using SBAR technique is an effective way to improve patient satisfaction and development of Nursing Care Documentation. The objective of this research is to know the application of SBAR communication among nurses on nursing documentation to improve patient's satisfaction. This study used quasi experimental design with Pre and Post- test without control. Besides, this research used simple random sampling technique with 97 respondents from nurses and 91 respondents from patient. The data were analysed by using Mc Nemarp application of nursing care documentation = 0,010 (p value <0,05, and, patient satisfaction = 0.004 (p value <0,05). The result shows that communication using SBAR technique influence patient satisfaction and execution of documentation of nursing care at Tanjung Pura General Hospital.In conclusion, this study shows that there is a positive impact of the implementation of SBAR communication in the documentation of nursing care which proves that an effective method to improve patient satisfaction. The researchers hope this SBAR communication technique can be a fixed procedure in communication and application of nursing care documentation, so it can improve patient satisfaction and will indirectly enhance quality of service in the hospital]]>

<![CDATA[Motivation is very important to improve learning outcomes, employment or activity would work better if accompanied by a willingness and support from others in order to focus and attention to achieve the goal. Ruling subjects Midwifery Care and Breastfeeding is one of the subjects of expertise obstetrics, this course provides the ability to implement comprehensive midwifery practice with care in an effective, safe and holistic attention to the cultural aspects of the post-partum and breastfeeding mothers. This study aimed to find out how strong the relationship between motivation to learn the results of student learning at the University Darma AgungYear 2016 Terrain.Quantitative research using analytical research design. The study population was a student at level II with a sampling technique that total sampling many as 41 people. Based on an analysis using Chi Square obtained no significant relationship with outcome intrinsic motivation to learn subjects Midwifery Care Postpartum and Breastfeeding 0,016 with p value <0.05 value of α, and obtained no significant relationship with extrinsic motivation learning outcomes subjects Midwifery Care parturition and Suckling with p value 0.413> 0.05 value of α. The results of this study that the motivation that is in itself a strong urge to get a good learning outcome, and if only there is support from the outside only then it will not succeed without a will in yourself. <![CDATA[The highest number of sexual violence against women and children in North Sumatra was in the Deli Serdang area of 116 women (Dinkes, 2015). At Deli Serdang Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School there are still reproductive health problems such as courtship at the time of examination in class, courtship at home is empty, and there are incidents of pregnancies outside of marriage. In junior high school health promotion only uses media such as leaflets, PPT (Power Point), and usually uses the lecture method. The description of health promotion on reproductive health in adolescents shows good, namely 66 respondents (56.4%). In media health promotion that is used well, namely 64 respondents (54.7%), the method used is good, namely 62 respondents (53.0%), the material provided is quite good, namely 61 respondents (52.1%), enough speakers / instructors both, namely 58 respondents (49.6%), and institutions in good health promotion, namely 72 respondents (61.5%). The description of health promotion on reproductive health in adolescents in the good category as many as 66 respondents (56.4%). In media health promotion that is used well, namely 64 respondents (54.7%), the method used is good, namely 62 respondents (53.0%), the material provided is quite good, namely 61 respondents (52.1%), enough speakers / instructors both, namely 58 respondents (49.6%), and institutions in good health promotion, namely 72 respondents (61.5%).]]>

<![CDATA[Formalin is the commercial name of formaldehyde compounds with levels of 35–40% in water. Formalin is a group of strong disenfektan compounds that are often used as preservative bodies, but food preservatives can also be used, although formalin is not permitted for food preservatives and additional ingredients. This study aims to detect formalin contained in salted fish in the Sibolga City Market. The spectrophotometric method was used in this study, which was measured at a wavelength of 400 nm. Based on the results obtained from 10 samples of salted fish analyzed, taken from two traditional markets, namely the selasa market or Panam market and the Arengka morning market, and from this study, there were 2 salted fish detected containing formaldehyde, which was bloated salted fish with formalin concentration 18.71 ppm and salted petek fish of 22.88 ppm.]]>

How to increase the profitability of company is always be a major concern for business owners, corporate management, investor or prospective creditors. The research purpose of this is to know and analyze the effect of long-term debt, short-term debt and working capital on profitability at PT Delta Atlantic Indah Medan. The method used in this research is analysis method descriptive. Analysis data method that we used is multiple linear regression by using SPSS software. <![CDATA[Implementation of Law No. 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System (SJSN) and Law No. 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Organizing Body (BPJS) required thorough preparedness by the organizers of the Health Insurance namely Hospital. Tarutung General Hospital is one of the hospitals that organizes National Health Insurance services.This study aims to determine the readiness of Tarutung General Hospital in the Implementation of Implementation of the National Health Insurance Policy in 2018. This study used a qualitative method with ten informants. Informants in this study were people who were considered appropriate and understood about the readiness to implement a health insurance program. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation.The results showed that for the socialization the Tarutung General Hospital and the BPJS of the Tarutung City branch had been conducted, for the aspect of health facilities there was no readiness because medical devices were still lacking, for Human Resources classified as quantity and quality, the disposition of implementing health services at the General Hospital Tarutung is quite good, for the structure of the hospital bureaucracy with BPJS it has coordinated well. The conclusion of this study is the lack of readiness of Tarutung Hospital in terms of the readiness of health facilities in the implementation of the National Health Insurance program. It is recommended that health facilities at Tarutung General Hospital to complement and improve infrastructure facilities, the government pay more attention to the implementation of the JKN program, as well as more optimized socialization to the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Every woman of all time wants a labor process that is full of comfort, calm and better that is obtained in hypnobirthing. Women who have hypnobirthing experience during childbirth are much calmer and pain is reduced to 70%. Self hypnosis and planting suggestions are the basic principles of hypnirthing, which is used as an exercise during pregnancy. The purpose of this study is to find out the knowledge and attitudes of midwives about the Hypnobirthing method in labor pain in Medan City. The research design used in this study is descriptive with a total sampling method, with a sample size of 30 people. From the results of the study obtained the majority of respondents aged 30-45 years 13 people (43.3%). the education of the majority of D-III respondents was 23 people (76.7%). And based on the duration of work the majority of 10-25 years as many as 15 people (50%). The majority of respondents in terms of knowledge about hypnobirthing in labor pain were enough as many as 21 people (70%). Based on the attitude about hypnobirthing on labor pain, it shows that the respondent has a positive attitude as many as 27 people (90%). Thus, it is expected that good cooperation between health workers to provide the best information and services, especially for mothers, can implement the hypnobirthing method in labor to create a safe, comfortable and quality labor]]>
