Abstract

Goat breeder has great potential in South Kalimantan. Based on BPS data in 2018, goat meat production reached 361,361 heads. But unfortunately only 8% can be met by local breeders, the rest is imported from outside Kalimantan such as Java, Madura and Sulawesi. The highest demand for goat meat in South Kalimantan is for religious activities in the form of Aqiqah and sacrifice, the rest is for restaurants and household consumption. The decision of breeders to bring in goats from outside Kalimantan is due to high local prices compared to prices outside the region. Prices are high locally due to the limited population in South Kalimantan. This limited population is caused by several things, one of which is that many breeders are constrained by capital in developing their goat farms. In addition, there are actually many people who are interested in raising goats because they see this good opportunity but are constrained by limited time experience in between daily work routines in maintaining it. The solution offered through this research is the development of an application that can bring together breeders and people who want to own or invest in goats called Easy Cattle. The system development method in this study uses Agile Scrum. This method was chosen because it is the most popular and effective method in software development. The stages include determining the team, determining the work time, determining the role in the team, collecting various problems, starting the sprint and conducting a review.

Abstract

Perum bulog has an important role in supplying rice stocks, this has made Perum Bulog have to prepare a mature strategy in preparing stocks in recent years. The problem that often occurs when rice stocks cannot meet the high demand of consumers in the market causes a decrease in the available stock which results in the National Logistics Agency being unable to maintain stock availability. The second problem is the availability of very high rice stocks to meet the rice needs of the people by looking at the provision of warehousing stock. this is the most important issue for the availability of rice for the community and the State Logistics Agency is required to be able to control the supply of rice stocks. The application of fuzzy time series is used to view the stock. This will have an impact on orders that come in at the same time and in large quantities. to avoid stock shortages, which resulted in the company experiencing losses. The variables used are stock needs, the amount of stock of rice. Abstract

In the selection of KIP Lecture recipients, private tertiary institutions are given flexibility in recruiting. However, in terms of selection, there are often problems, where the quotas given to applicants are very different. The ratio of applicants and quotas can exceed 10:1 and increase every year so that problems arise in determining who is entitled to receive KIP Lectures from among a large number of applicants. This study aims to overcome this problem by building a decision support system by applying the TOPSIS method. The alternatives in this study were KIP registrants studying at STMIK Pelita Nusantara and the criteria for analysis were SMA/SMK Graduation Years, Economic Limitations, Parents' Income, Number of Dependents on Parents, Home Status, Academic Achievement, Extracurricular Achievements, TPA Score. The objectives of this study are 1) How to assist the management of STMIK Pelita Nusantara in determining KIP Lecture recipients every year based on the quota provided by the government?; 2) How to apply the TOPIS method in determining KIP recipients at STMIK Pelita Nusantara?; 3) How to build a decision support system for determining KIP Lecture recipients by applying the TOPSIS method to assist the management of STMIK Pelita Nusantara every year? The stages of the research method are carried out starting from identifying problems, collecting data, analyzing with the TOPSIS method, system design, system development, system testing, and publication of scientific articles. Abstract

Congestive heart failure or Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) is the number one cause of death in the world. There are approximately 5.7 million adults with heart failure in the United States and 550,000 new cases are diagnosed each year. This has encouraged a lot of research on heart failure, one of which is using the Machine Learning method to predict death from heart failure early. From these problems, the authors will conduct Machine Learning research using two different algorithm models, namely K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). These two models will predict death due to heart failure. The dataset regarding the factors for diagnosing heart failure can be accessed widely and freely on the Kaggle website which is divided into two, namely data training and data testing then analysis and prediction are carried out, so that information is obtained in the form of an accuracy rate in predicting death in heart failure. Using this function also produces the accuracy of each model on the data that has been trained. Data taken were 299 patient data with 13 features or attributes, then divided into 239 training data and 60 test data. The value obtained is an accuracy of 85%. The accuracy obtained is more than 80% of the total data tested so that it can be used or implemented to classify heart failure.
