Abstract

Memperoleh profit yang tinggi merupakan tujuan dari setiap perusahaan. Untuk memperoleh profit yang tinggi maka perusahaan harus bisa menekan sekecil mungkin pengeluaran dan melakukan efisiensi. PT.Nisso Bahari merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur job shop yang bergerak dalam pembuatantanki aquarium dengan ukuran produk yang bervariasi. Agar bisa tetap bertahan dalam bidang bisnis inidan dapat dipercaya oleh konsumen maka perusahaan perlu memperbaiki pelayanan yang terbaik bagikonsumen. Faktor yang menjadi perhatian perusahaan yang harus diperbaiki saat ini adalah ketidaktepatan waktu pengiriman produk ke konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep supply chainmanagement untuk menguraikan manajemen dari aliran material, informasi dan dana keseluruhsupplychain, dari para supplier, produsen komponen, assemblers, distribusi dan akhirnya kekonsumen.Berdasarkan hasil simulasi maka skenario perbaikan yang dipilih adalah skenario 3 dilakukandengan penambahan 1 mesin cutting glass dan 4 orang operator, 1 mesin bending dan 1 orang operator,1 mesin corner dan 1 orang operator serta 1 mesin washing dryer dan 2 orang operator sehinggadiperoleh total waktu tunggu30955.7714 menit dengan peningkatan output rata-rata jumlah aquariumsebanyak 6872 buah.

Abstract

UD. Pelangi is a home industry that produces the packaging soy sauce and marketed to the entire region of East Java. Comparing to its montly production capasity (8.000 liters) and sales rate (6.912 liters/month), the remaining capasity (13,6%) could be utilized to increase the company's income. Furthermore, soy sauce often being scorched during the cooking proces. It is caused by the low quality of cooking mechine. Company decides to provide a new cooking machine. However, this decision might not be implemented since company has another consideration to increase the income, such as investing a new pakaging machine. We had conducted a research to identify decision making criteria and determine an decision alternatif as a recomendation to owner of the company. Based on Analytic Network Process (ANP) results by analyzing 10 sub criteria that are categorized in 3 main criteria, we recomendate to provide cooking machine than packaging machine.

Abstract

Order data is the main need in supply chain management in a company in order to achieve a smooth flow of data in the company's management. The main problem that arises is the data flow of orders that are not controlled, the production process that is not appropriate lead time, inventory and location of waste that are at a distance apart. Another factor that emerged was the limited mechanisms of integration of applications and interoperability between systems. The development of the Internet as a medium of communication in e-business is one chance in doing integration among these applications. One of the technologies developed at this time and is intended to accommodate diversity and that problem is the Web Service. At the writing of this article, to design and Web Service system in the case within the enterprise application integration between the marketing with production parts. Implementation of Web Service performed include transaction processing and tracking orders data. The design is done using UML models and implementations using software from Microsoft's .NET platform. Results of research conducted indicates that the Web Service is a technology that deserves to efficiency and effectiveness in a garment company.

Abstract

In this paper discusses how to do a layout arrangement proposed improvements to the PT. Mulchido from previous layout by using measurements Minimization Material Handling to get the amount of displacement activity displacement is minimal and the costs are low. To get Minimization Material Handling, method Craft used as a tool to solve a problem by calculation using a computer. From the layout of the proposals generated by the algorithm can reduce the moment of displacement craft distance of 11559.35 m to 7671.93 m per month. As for the material handling costs can be minimized from Rp. 14.79236 million, - to Rp. 8,138,161, - per month.

Abstract

The social demand for vegetables including beans as a source of vegetable protein increased in line with population growth increased from moment to moment. Fulfillment of its increasing demand has become a problem, especially in the fulfillment of the food with total area of cultivation is increasingly limited, so it is necessary to study the cultivation of an effort to improve productivity and product quality improvement vegetable beans. The study focused on the assessment of NPK fertilizer on some level / dose, which aims to determine the effectiveness of the fertilizer on the productivity of bean plants are maximized. The study was conducted in the village of Lateri for 3 months. Initial studies have shown that the degree of soil fertility in the study site varies because it is close to the river flow, the farther away from the riverbanks degrees diminishing soil fertility. Therefore, the design used was a randomized block design block (RAB) with 5 concentrations (levels) treatment that NPK0 (without fertilizer), NPK1 (5 g / m2), NPK2 (10 g / m2), NPK3 (15 g / m2 ), and NPK4 (20 g / m2). Each treatment was replicated in 4 blocks / different beds, in order to obtain 20 units of trial. Parameter productivity observed is, the diameter of the pod, pod length, pod weight and weight of pods in each bed. The results showed that the level NPK2 provide maximum results, namely: the average pod length = 16.8 cm, diameter pod average = 9.9 mm, weight of pods with an average of 44.6 grams. While ditches or block I pods produce an average weight of 0.41 kg maximum. The LSD with NPK2 level is an application of fertilizer most effectively to improve the productivity of bean plants.

Abstract

Problems distribution where the transport vehicle departs from depot to get to some destination point by passing through multiple routes and come back to the same depot better known as the Vehicle Routing Problem ( VRP ) . VRP is an NP - hard problem Combinatorial means more size or variable problem, efforts to make computing will also increase exponentially. This is the background of this research by applying algorithms Sequential Insertion resolve the problems of VRP to determine the optimum (minimum of vehicles and duration ) in the distribution of fuel in the eastern region of Indonesia with the characteristics of VRP with heterogeneous fleet of vehicles , VRP with multiple trips , VRP with split deliveries, VRP with multiple products and multiple compartements.

Abstract

Developing a product must meet technical and economic requirements so that product quality and it can be beneficial to society. Wheel design is one product that has been widely circulated in the community. Cases were found in some of the local manufacturing industry rims are the methods used to analyze a product of its wheels trial and error, as a result many losses at this stage of the production process. The purpose of this study was to determine the fatigue life of the products racing wheels are modeled in three forms then numerically simulated by applying a load of normal force acting on the wheels , and the engine rotation. Fatigue analysis results of three models of wheel racing Toyota Avanza produced , acquired age racing wheels 4.8 x 109 cycle. When compared with the value of Endurance limit A356.0 - T6 Aluminum Alloy 5 x 108 cycles, then the design is relatively high cycle or infinite cycle, means it will fail in a long time. Alternating value of maximum stress of the largest found on all three wheels models worth 4.4733 x 107Pa, while the smallest maximum alternating stress on models wheels are both worth 2.6779 x 107Pa . Safety factor The minimum value of 3.6156 on the model of the second wheel, while the smallest minimum 2.1645 Safety Factor for the third wheel models. This means wheels secure the second model is used for loading normal force of 2870.817 N than the first model and wheel rims third model.
