Learning is a two-way activity carried out by teaching staff and students carried out in a learning environment. Learning that is carried out online at universities is assisted by a media or it can also be called learning media. Learning motivation is a psychological driving force from within a person to be able to carry out learning activities and increase skill experience. The purpose of the study was to see whether online learning and the use of learning media had an influence on students' learning motivation. Where in this study using quantitative research methods by testing using SPSS. The results in the H0 study were rejected, which means that online learning has no effect on research motivation. H1 is accepted where online learning media has an influencing role on motivation for students. And overall the variables have a stimulant effect on student motivation with the acceptance of H3 research

Several countries in the world are experiencing a financial crisis. This incident caused them to need funds from other parties so that the company's operations could run smoothly. Investments can be made between countries as well as organizations such as the IMF or the world bank. To attract the attention of investors to want to invest in a company, a high profitability value is needed in the company. The company's management has an intensive attention to increase the company's profitability. The profitability of the company can be seen from the level of liquidity of the company. In addition, the policy of dividend distribution will reflect the level of company profitability. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of liquidity ratios and dividend payments in the formation of company profitability. The object of research is several companies in East Java. The number of research samples are respondents. The research data obtained will be served by SPSS using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that profitability got a significant role from the liquidity ratio partially. dividends also play a significant role in the company's profitability. The company's profitability simultaneously gets a significant role by the liquidity ratio and dividend payments

People's culture that is more consumptive has resulted in high impulsive purchases. With this phenomenon, store managers are expected to be able to take advantage of consumer behavior. Impulsive buying can occur because of the appeal that stores provide as visual merchandising. The store manager will be required to make the store look attractive. In addition, the presence of hedonic motivation is also able to increase impulse buying. This study aims to determine the role of visual merchandising and hedonic motifs on impulsive purchases at a shopping center in Surabaya. This study spread 200 questionnaires with a response rate of 65.5% so that the data processed were 131 questionnaires. The research data will be tested with multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that visual merchandising plays a significant role in impulse buying. Impulsive buying is also significantly influenced by hedonic motivation. The two independent variables of the study provide a significant role in impulsive buying together

The company will always struggle to survive in the competition. Management will continue to look for ways to survive by developing the advantages it has compared to other companies. Management will also build the company from within to be ready to compete in the future. One of the developments carried out by management is a form of employee productivity development. Many factors that build employee productivity can be developed. This research was conducted to determine the impact of motivation, social capital, and work discipline on the formation of employee productivity. This research was conducted at a company in Sidoarjo. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees which found 127 respondents. The study used multiple linear regression as the data analysis. The results obtained that work motivation plays a role in the formation of employee productivity. Furthermore, social capital also has a significant influence on the formation of employee productivity. The researcher also concludes about the importance of work discipline

In practice, HR management will study cases related to humans. One of the cases studied is employee job satisfaction. In addition, employee job satisfaction is considered useful, because it can affect the running of the organization as a whole. Many factors can affect employee job satisfaction. The work environment, organizational fairness, and organizational culture influence employee job satisfaction scores. The survey was assisted with the aim of understanding the role of working environment, organizational fairness, and organizational culture in shaping employee satisfaction. This study was orderly at a company in Jombang City, East Java. The sampling method was carried out by the census method, namely all of the company's employees, totaling 120 employees. The data obtained were processed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the work environment had a compelling impact on employee job satisfaction. There are organizational justice plays a role in job satisfaction. This research also present that organizational culture has a compelling influence on job satisfaction. The three variables, namely the work environment, organizational justice, and organizational culture have a significant role in job satisfaction simultaneously

The 2019 coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak has become a global catastrophe that has spread rapidly. To stop the spread of the disease, almost every country has implemented public health measures. Many colleges have turned to online teaching for the safety of academics and students. Students are trapped in a pandemic condition and have to accept the fact that they are not effectively undergoing lectures. Students and lecturers experience disturbances in the education system. This of course creates stress. Therefore, coping strategies to reduce stress are needed to prevent the harmful effects of prolonged stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress and coping strategies. This study uses a quantitative descriptive and correlation research methodology in collecting the required information. The participants of this research are 30 students of the Faculty of Engineering who will participate and answer questions in virtual interviews via zoom. The analytical tool is correlation. The results of the study found that there was a strong relationship between academic stress and coping strategies

Employees are the greather crucial elemental of quality human resources of an educational institution in achieving national education goals. This achievement requires high employee performance in every training and learning process all education. Employees with high performance are thought to be influenced by the work climate and organizational commitment in an effort to achieve the achievement and quality of teaching as well as the expected quality of learning. The purpose of this study was to examine this relationship at a university in Surabaya as the object of research. The sample was obtained as many as 63 respondents through simple random sampling method and then the data was analyzed in several stages. This study was to determine the effect of teachers' perceptions of principal supervision on teacher performance at UPT Pendidikan Kec. Arjasa who implements the Semester Credit System in Sumenep Regency. to determine the effect of teacher motivation on teacher performance at UPT Pendidikan Kec. Arjasa who implements the Semester Credit System in Sumenep Regency. to determine the effect of teachers' perceptions of principal supervision and teacher motivation simultaneously on teacher performance at UPT Pendidikan Kec. Arjasa who implements the Semester Credit System in Sumenep Regency. To take a predetermined sample from the population, a sampling technique is used, which in this case will be applied based on a percentage of 50% of the population, namely 50/100 x 106 = 53 teachers with proportional sampling technique based on the number of fields of study in the institution concerned. with the data collection method used in this study is the instrument formed a questionnaire (questionnaire) and observation Teachers who have a good perception of the principal's supervision will teach well, because supervision means coaching teachers towards improvements in teaching. On the other hand, if the advice from the supervisor is ignored by the teacher, it can have an impact on teaching activities that are not good. This is related to the encouragement/motivation by the principal to improve teacher performance. the influence of teachers' perceptions of principal supervision and teacher motivation on teacher performance at UPT Pendidikan Kec. This study aims to analyze the differences between the Abnormal Stock Returns Trading Volume Activity of private and state-owned companies before and after the announcement of stock buybacks in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The samples used were private companies and BUMN that carried out Buyback Stock during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses secondary data in the form of daily company stock price data, daily company trading volume data, as well as outstanding share data from private companies and BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The calculation of expected return uses the Market Adjusted Model method. Testing the hypothesis using the paired sample t-test difference test. The results of this study are sig. (tailed) on the abnormal return variable, the probability value is greater than 0.05 (0.080 and 0.893 > 0.05) or the average cumulative abnormal return of private companies is greater than the average. Abnor¬¬mal cumulative stock returns of BUMN companies. On the trading volume activity variable, the results show the TVA significance value is smaller than 0.05, namely 0.043 and 0.43. so that it is stated that the cumulative average trading volume activity of BUMN companies is greater than the average cumulative trading volume activity of private companies

The development of the curriculum and Entrepreneurship courses makes universities, especially the Faculty of Economics, seek to develop Sharia-based Entrepreneurship education as a subject at the Faculty of Economics. However, the question of the effectiveness of the Entrepreneurship course for students of the Faculty of Economics is still an unanswered question. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics at UMN Al Washliyah with a population of students from the 2018-2019 Management and Accounting Study Programs and the 2019-2020 Accounting Study Program alumni with a systematic random sampling method of 50 samples.
