Abstract

Development of technology today makes it easy to access information via the internet. The development of the internet affects the life of people who live side by side with gadgets and the internet. E-commerce is a model in the process of buying and selling products or services through the internet network. Current technological developments open wider market opportunities for MSMEs. The use of technology is a challenge for MSMEs to survive in the current industrial era 4.0. The main function of using technology is to facilitate every transaction made. This study aims to examine and explain the determinant factors (utility, convenience, attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control) that influence MSMEs to use e-commerce as a marketing medium in Medan City. This research was conducted on MSMEs that are members of the Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Association (IWAPI) using the through questionnaire method, the researchers obtained 100 respondents. The results obtained using SPSS with the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing can be concluded through the t test that, usefulness variables, attitude variables, subjective norm variables, behavioral control variables do not affect the use of e- commerce for IWAPI-assisted MSME actors, while the convenience variable affects the use of e-commerce for IWAPI-assisted MSME actors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial performance of the Uli Arga Marindal Integrated Islamic Elementary School for the January-June and July-December 2022 periods using a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary data, namely interviews, documentation and in-depth observation as well as secondary data with literature review related to the analysis of effectiveness and efficiency. The results of the research analysis show that financial performance in a state of Effective Financial Management is going well, positive contributions from schools and the community, financing is obtained from income (SPP and BOS/Others). Regular monitoring to encourage effectiveness and minimize financial fraud. Evaluation and accountability form the basis for future planning. The effectiveness ratio was 76.39% (less effective), increasing in the next period to 91.52% (effective). First financial ratio efficiency analysis: Liquidity, schools are declared liquid but fail to optimally utilize current assets or detect idle funds. Activity ratios: TAT and WCT show a lot of funds invested in fixed assets and crises; While FAT is in good condition. Efficiency analysis also uses efficiency ratio: revenue efficiency of 65.7% (quite efficient) and 47.77% (efficient) in the following period. The last operational efficiency ratio was 123.76% (inefficient) and increased to 52.42% (quite efficient) in the following period. This research still has many limitations, the object is only SD IT Uli Arga, limited effectiveness and efficiency of financial management in the two previous periods. So that the research results cannot be globalized, it is hoped that further researchers will extend the research period in order to get maximum results. SD Uli Arga should start developing cooperatives as an additional source of income, pay attention to the use of current assets and fixed asset investments, in order to increase effectiveness and plan for better efficiency

Abstract

Company in Indonesia, Tokopedia offers a platform for consumers and sellers to do business online. This research was conducted to find out how lifestyle, brand trust, and service quality influence purchasing choices, purchasing decisions using a quantitative approach with a survey conducted using the Google Form. The research sample was selected as many as 100 respondents or an unknown population using the non-purposive sampling technique in the Leweshow formula. Methods of analysis of data testing using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing are used to assess the research data collected. The results of this study are that lifestyle variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions then the brand trust variable has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, based on the SPSS output results, lifestyle variables, brand trust, service quality have a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia in Samarinda City

Abstract

The pace of change in the era of globalization has brought the world economy including Indonesia to develop very rapidly. These developments affect the human mindset to follow trends that occur and will lead to consumptive financial behavior. Financial behavior related to the use of wages earned by the community is used more to meet their consumption needs than to save. This study aims to analyze the effect of Financial Knowledge and Financial Confidence on Financial Behavior with Source of Income as a moderating variable. The population in this study are private employees in the city of Surabaya. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with determining the number of samples calculated using the slovin formula and producing a total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was then carried out by data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Financial Knowledge has a significant positive effect on Financial Behavior, (2) Financial Confidence has a significant positive effect on Financial Behavior, (3) Source of Income has a non-significant effect in moderating the effect of Financial Knowledge on Financial Behavior, (4) Source of income has a significant negative effect in moderating the effect of Financial Confidence on Financial Behavior.

Abstract

The Internet is a rapidly expanding technology sector that is highly competitive and fosters significant innovation. It serves as a universal medium for participation and boasts the deepest penetration in human history. The advent of the Internet and digital technology has significantly enhanced individuals' abilities to perform daily tasks, conduct research, communicate with individuals outside their immediate environment, and make discoveries. This research aims to identify the variables that impact the demand for internet services within the urban area of Bandung. The variables under investigation encompass internet pricing, mean household earnings, educational attainment of the household head, family size, and age of the household head. The present study employs data from the websites of Indihome, Biznet, First Media, and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) spanning 2006 to 2021. The method employed for data analysis in this study was the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach. Based on the t-test results, it is known that the t-count value is 7.063 and the significance value is 0.000, while the age variable produces a t-count value of 7.309 and a significance value of 0.000. According to the findings, there exists a correlation between the number of household occupants and the age of the household head, with the level of internet usage in Bandung City. As individuals age, their inclination to subscribe to internet services increases, leading internet providers to prioritise their marketing efforts towards the productive age group. A positive correlation exists between the number of individuals in a household and the level of demand for internet subscriptions. As such, internet service providers may benefit from marketing to households with larger family sizes. The number of individuals residing in a household can significantly influence the demand for Internet services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of PSAK No. 107 concerning Financing of Hajj Bailout (DTH) Funds at Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Syariah Kantor Kas (KK) Sidoarjo. This type of research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data source of this research consists of primary data and secondary data. This research data collection technique through observation, interviews and documentation. The observation of this research was carried out at Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Syariah Kantor Kas (KK) Sidoarjo which is located on Jl. Ahmad Yani, No. 3G, Sidokumpul, Pucang, Sidoarjo, East Java. Interviews were conducted with Account Officers, Tellers and Customer Service. Documentation was obtained from the customer's Hajj & Umrah Savings Book and the Financial Report of Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Syariah Kantor Kas (KK) Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique of this research was analyzed inductively. The results of this study indicate that the recording of Multiservice Financing transactions (Haji Bailout Funds) has been journalized based on the provisions issued by Pedoman Akuntansi Perbankan Syariah Indonesia (PAPSI) at years 2003 which are compiled based on PSAK No. 107. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Syariah Kantor Kas (KK) Sidoarjo is not in accordance with PSAK No. 107 for not keeping records (journals) at the time the transaction occurred. Then when the customer makes an installment payment transaction for the Multiservice Financing (Hajj Bailout Fund) of Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Syariah Kantor Kas (KK) Sidoarjo does not recognize it as a deduction from the principal of the financing at the time the transaction occurs, this shows a discrepancy with the actual concept of recognition based on PSAK No. 107.

Abstract

The development of technology, especially social media today, has had a major impact on activities in a business, especially in terms of competition. This study aims to investigate the relationship between social media content and consumer repurchase intentions. In addition, it was determined whether E-WOM and interactivity can act as mediating variables between social media content and repurchase intention. Data was collected through an online questionnaire and the study was conducted in the city of Bandung. A total of 150 valid questionnaires were obtained and analyzed functioning Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through WarpPLS 7.0 software. Based on the results of the path coefficient values, the findings positively support the direct effect of social media content on repurchase intention of 0.257, social media content on e-wom 0.681, social media content on interactivity 0.729, e-wom on repurchase intention of 0.290, interactivity on repurchase intention 0.270. In addition, the results of this study confirmed the positive effect of the mediating role of e-wom between social media content and repurchase intention of 0.284 and this study had a positive effect on the mediating role of interactivity between social media content and repurchase intention of 0.316. This study shows some managerial implications for food and beverage businesses and provides a fundamental strategy related to their social media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether brand image, product quality and trust variables influence purchasing decisions at e-commerce shopee. The population used in this study were residents who live in the Muka Kuning Indah 1 housing complex. The number of samples used was 120 people, the samples were taken using the non-probability sampling method and the instrument used was purposive sampling. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. SPSS version 26 is used to process data. The results of this study indicate that brand image partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at shopee as indicated by the t count (3.150) > t table (1.980) and the sig value 0.002 <0.05. Partially product quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions on e-commerce shopee as evidenced by the t count (-0.412) < t table (1.980) and is significant 0.681 > 0.05. Trust partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions on e-commerce shopee as evidenced by the t count (7.387) > t table (1.980) and the sig value 0.000 <0.05. Brand image, product quality and trust simultaneously influence purchasing decisions on e-commerce shopee with an F count (59.588) > F table (2.68) and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. The adjusted R square value of 0.596 or 59.6% of the independent variables affects the dependent variable while the remaining 40.4% is influenced by other variables not present in this study.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a sector that contributes significantly to Indonesia's economic growth. Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to the growth and development of these businesses. Business growth and development can be simplified by the concept of business performance. In the current digital era, the performance of a business is not only determined by conventional (traditional) methods. Business actors are required to involve themselves in the development of technology and information so that their business remains alive (going concern). On the other hand, many business actors are comfortable with conventional practices, so they are reluctant to move to modern practices. This study aims to examine the effect of financial technology represented by cashless payment and market aggregator on the performance of MSMEs. This research employs quantitative method. Population was all SMEs in Ambon City and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. This technique succeeded in getting 100 QRIS MSME users spread across the Ambon City area. The data was collected through questionnaires which were distributed directly to business actors at their business location. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the result that cashless payments have no significant effect on business performance, while market aggregators have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Ambon City.

Abstract

Bank is a place of public service or public financial intermediary. Where the bank must always be in the midst of society so that excessive financial circulation in society can be accommodated and distributed to people who experience a lack of money. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the Operational Costs of Operational Financing (BOPO), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Return On Assets (ROA) affect mudharabah deposits at Bank Muamalat Medan. The research method used is quantitative, normative juridical, literature study and an in-depth look at the facts in the field. The data sample used in this study is a representative sample with a total of 59 units for examination. In addition, researchers also used the Google Scolar database using the keywords management, sharia, sharia principles, BOPO, NPF, ROA, and mudharabah deposits. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the operational costs (BOPO), non-performing financing (NPF), and return on assets (ROA) variables affect mudharabah deposits at Bank Muamalat Medan.
