Abstract

The purposes of this study was determine the influence of lifestyle, group preference, perception brand luxury and product quality toward consumer willingness to pay on iPhone product. The population in this study consist of society in Malang that buy iPhone product, which the value was unknown. Based on Maholtra analysis, number of sample are 85 respondent. This study use purposive sampling as the sampling technique. Data analysis was used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The result of this study shows that lifestyle, group preference influence have significant toward consumer willingness to pay partially. In addition, the results of the F test describes that  lifestyle, group preference, brand luxury and product quality influence on have significant consumer willingness to pay simoultaneosly

Abstract

The purposes of this research is to investigate the market’s  reaction events of the stock split announcement, proxied by abnormal returns and trading volumes. Hypothetical test in this research was using paired sample t test in the differences of abnormal return and wilcoxon signed rank to trading volume.Based on the results of hypothetical test, this research concluded that the market reacts negatively against the event of stock splits. The conclusion obtained from the presence of significant decrease of average volume of trade after the split event, where as the average of abnormal return decreases however not significant after the event of stock splits.

Abstract

The purpose of this study had identify and analyze the youth lifestyle Smartphone users in Malang. The usefulness of this research can be used as the basis for the company's consideration in developing Smartphone products produced and tailored to the consumer'lifestyle. Population in this study is that consumers Smartphone users in Malang, with characteristics that respondents who have entered in the category of age and adolescents, using judgmental sampling techniques can then be determined as many as 100 sample. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of the cluster. From the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the cluster I have a characteristic that is the willingness of respondents to support the work ruitn performed, work or routine activities are carried out, the development of information media, the activities undertaken by a person as a source of income, neighborhood closest to a person , always had a desire to buy the latest products, more priority to the purchase of  goods after the wants rather than needs, support penampilandan add relationships / peer. Cluster III has the characteristic that the respondent wishes to keep up with technology, where it makes the respondent is always working to get information lengkao by utilizing technological developments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study firstly, to know the motivation of the motivator factors and hygiene factors at home industry batik pasir semeru in pasirian, secondly to determine employee job satisfaction, thirdly to determine the influence of motivational factors and hygiene factors on employee job satisfaction, and fourthly to determine which factors most strongly influence employee job satisfaction. Based on the results of the calculation of the average scale range of motivator factors, hygiene factors  and Employee Satisfaction included the company a high category. From the calculation of the Ftest independent variables produced Ftab=4,170877 while the value of Fhit 8,467, t test motivator factors 2,587 and hygiene factors 2,877 while the value of ttab 2,04523. Results of regression analysis equation model Y=5,877+0,734X1+0,850X2+e, the next coefficient of determination (R2) value is 36,9%. It can be concluded that the motivator factors and hygiene factors variables significantly influence employee satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) To know and analyze the perception of consumers in the brand image (brand image) Channel bags and 2) To determine and analyze the lifestyle (lifestyle) Consumer Channel bag. The population in this study were all women in Malang who bought bags in the online shop, using judgmental sampling techniques can then be determined as many as 100 sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is the analysis of a range of scales.Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: Consumer perception on brand image (brand image) bags Channel in the category brand catchy / recognizable, where the brand image (brand image) includes a unique logo, zipper logo chanel, stitch-patterned quilt (boxes), the price of comparable quality, have the serial number, made of calf leather and sheepskin, logo channel (2 c mesh), have the original card and rope chains of metal makes the consumer can easy to remember on Channel bag products. Perceptions on lifestyle (lifestyle) Consumer Channel bags can be obtained that the existence of the bag Channel can support activities, interests and opinions of consumers on the presence of products in the category Channel bag either. Lifestyle (lifestyle) consumer purse Channel can be seen that the respondents prefer to work outside the home, hobby of collecting bags, likes to shop, look for the latest fashion handbags. The consumer lifestyle can support recreational activities, family support on activities, knowledge, purchases of goods according to the needs and make the purchase because it becomes a habit.

Abstract

Thepurpose of this research is to knowthe influence of inflation,interestrates, and the exchange rate of the rupiah against the stock price. This research wasconducted on 30 companies secto rproperty and real estatelisted onthe IndonesiastockexchangePeriod 2012 – 2014. Data analysis techniques used in research namely OLS (Ordinary Least Square)through the help of multiple software SPSS version 18.0. Research results indicate that simultaneous inflation, interest rates, the rupiah exchanger ateand effect on stock prices. Research partially indicate that inflation is not a negative and apositive effect against the stock price, while the negative effect of interest rates significantly to the stock price and the exchange rate of rupiah apositive significant effect against the stock price.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of variable free cash flow (FCF), debt (DAR) and earnings (EPS) of dividends (DPR), and determine which variables are most effect on the dividend. This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach and using multiple regression analysis with a sample of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that cash dividends for three years, have complete data, and does not have a negative net income during the years 2012-2014. Based on the results of the research indicated that the variable free cash flow (FCF), debt (DAR) and earnings (EPS) significantly affects the dividend (DPR), which is reinforced by F test and t test. The results of the f test (simultaneous) indicate that third variable indepen (free cash flow, debt and profit) together affect dividends significantly. The results of the t test (partial) indicates that the variable free cash flow positive effect is not significantly to dividends. Variable debt negative effect is not significanly to dividend and variable profit significant positive effect on the dividend. The variables that most influence on dividends are variable profit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) to know the influence of product quality  significantly to the purchasing decision 2) to know the influence of price significantly to the purchasing decision 3) to know the influence of of product quality  and price simultaneously to the purchasing decision and 4) to know the variables that influence is dominant among the variables of product quality and price to the purchasing decision. The population of this research is the consumer who to do a purchase on product of Lulur Madu Ibu Soraya, Accidental Sampling technique definable then it can be as much as 100 research samples. Data analysis techniques used in this research is a method of multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion by using multiple linear regression analysis that has been done then it can be drawn in summary as follows: 1) Quality product effect significantly to purchase decisions on product of Lulur Madu Ibu Soraya 2) Price effect significantly to purchase decisions on product of Lulur Madu Ibu Soraya. 3) Product quality and price take effect simultaneously to the purchasing decision on product of Lulur Madu Ibu Soraya 4) Product quality the dominant effect of the purchase decision on product of Lulur Madu Ibu Soraya.

Abstract

The research aims to analyse the effect of liquidity, profitability, and sales growth on stock price. Samples used in this study are food and beverage companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2010-2014 periods. Multiple linear regression method used to anlyse the effect of CR, ROE, and Sales Growth on Stock Price. The results showed that CR, ROE, and Sales Growth have a significant effect on Stock Price.
