Abstract

Of parking lot as the original one of the components area (PAD) that make a contribution to PAD. Parking fee retribution is done by the Government through the body by many elements that have been determined based on Local regulation No. 3 Year 2009 about of service in the field land transportation Office of Transportation, is Communication and Informatics Pekanbaru . Management of parking lot is not yet been viewed as a matter that is very important in order to support development in area because many potential areas that comes from retribution parking area that is not well-managed because of the lack of initiative and the role Office of Transportation, Communication and Information Pekanbaru to make efforts in to improve regional's original Pekanbaru. The aim of the research is to know the role of Communication Department, and Communication Medical Informatics City of Pekanbaru in management of parking area in 2013 and to know these obstacles by the Transportation, Communication and Informatics City of Pekanbaru in management of parking area in 2013.The method data analysis that is used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method that is trying to present based on the phenomena that are and to all the facts related to problems that discussed based on the results of research that is the role of Communication Department and Informatics, Communication Pekanbaru in the management of parking area in 2013.The Department of Relations role, Communications and Information on the field are still many shortcomings in controlling the area path circulation parking, vehicles and retribution that has affected and cheating in wild parking by a spokesman parking this was to make the minimum entry in the sector of parking area in the City Pekanbaru in 2013. Obstacles in the Department of Relations carrying out their role and function to manage of parking at induced the bride price of the officers parking, still over the natural resources construction of a lack of man (the parking lot) that he did not show productivity in performance management in the field, the wild parking in the City Pekanbaru causes entering the Original Regional City of Pekanbaru.Key words : role, Management of Parking, Pekanbaru

Abstract

Baby disposal crimes more often happens. This happens due to peope sometimes failed to prevent himself from doing deviant tendencies because of economic interests, biological demands, status and the pride of himself. Even though this evil doings is a form of perversion of the norms and values of humanity. The Police as law enforcement agencies have to cope with this criminal act to avoid recurrence. But in the process of tackling this problem, there are some obstacles of course. Therefore, the author is interested to do research on the phenomenon in order to know the investigation process, obstacles and efforts by police investigation in Tenayan Raya sector against criminal acts of the baby disposal in jurisdiction of Tenayan Raya. To find the answers to these problems, the research done through interview and literature studies. Based on qualitative data analysis by the method of deductive reasoning obtained the answers that the investigation of baby disposal crimes in jurisdiction of Tenayan Raya is already running as it should, but not optimal. Tenayan Raya sector police’s obstacles in the investigation of criminal disposal of baby include: lack of investigators, community, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of information and the difficulty expressing the evidences factors. The efforts by the police in the investigation of baby disposal crimes in the Tenayan Raya’s region of law are: adding personnel, making a good relationship with the community, looking for an alternative use of facilities and infrastructure that less, published a wanted list, and disclosing effort of evidences. The author suggests that Tenayan Raya’s police are investigating quickly and thoroughly, making cooperation with other forces such as the institution for the protection of children in this investigation, and completing facilities and infrastructure that is needed.Keywords: Baby disposal, Investigation, Tenayan Raya

Abstract

Abstract

The issue of poor scientific learning results, particularly for the water cycle curriculum, is the main emphasis of this study's class V pupils at SDN 5 No. 050728 Tanjung Pura. By employing DoSiAr media, this project seeks to enhance students' learning outcomes in scientific classes concerning the water cycle. Using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) technique, which comprises of two cycles, the research was carried out in class V at SDN 5 No. 050728 Tanjung Pura. Records, exams, and observation sheets were used to gather research data. Utilizing DoSiAr media, the study's findings demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in learning from cycle I to cycle II. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the judge's decision in divorce cases and the impact of long-distance relationships in marriage. The main focus of this study is to explore the factors that judges consider in deciding divorce cases and how long-distance relationships can affect marriages. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews with informants. The results of the study show that in deciding a divorce lawsuit, the judge considers various factors such as the reason for filing for divorce, economic conditions, and the interests of the child. Regarding the impact of long-distance relationships, this study found that it can cause communication problems, lack of intimacy, and difficulties in resolving conflicts. However, some couples are able to adapt and maintain their marriage despite being in a long-distance relationship. This research provides important implications for the practice of family law and marriage counseling in handling issues related to divorce, lawsuits, and long-distance relationships.

Abstract

Isu lingkungan menjadi perhatian banyak pihak diseluruh dunia. Dampak dan kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh pencemaran dan limbah sering sekali merusak lingkunagn karena perulaku manusia yang kurang bijaksana dalam memanfaatkan barang bekas atau sisah hasil produksi yang menjadi limbah. Limbah kain perca merupakan sisah-sisah kain yang sudah tidak terpakai lagi. Namun sisah-sisah tersebut masih dapat dimanfaatkan untuk produk baru. Tujuan dari program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM-K) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan semangat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha dalam memanfaatkan atau mendaur ulang limbah kain perca yang sudah tidak terpakai sehingga menjadi suatu produk kerajinan yang menambah manfaat dan memiliki nilai jual. Metode pelaksanaan PKM-K adalah input, proses, output, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dimulai dari proses produksi yaitu menyiapkan bahan dan alat, hingga tas tote bag siap dipasarkan, luaran dari proses penjahitan tas tote bag yang siap digunakan dan dijual kepada konsumen, dan terakhir evaluasi yaitu pengecekan tas tote  bag yang sudah jadi. Kemudian meninjau kembali kekurangan-kekurangan yang membuat pembeli kurang nyaman menggunakan produk tas tote bag. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan PKM-K  ini menghasilkan produk tas tote bag untuk mengurangi limbah kain perca menjadi produk yang digemari oleh generasi Z dan generasi milenial.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the technological competencies of madrasah teachers in facing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. The primary issue identified was the low level of technological skills among madrasah teachers, which can hinder the integration of technology into the learning process. To address this issue, a series of intensive training, continuous mentoring, and the formation of practitioner communities were implemented. The methods used included an initial survey to identify needs, intensive training followed by interactive workshops, and mentoring through reflective sessions and technical support. Active participation from teachers and community involvement in this process were key factors in the program's success. The results of this program showed a significant increase in teachers' technological skills, the formation of an active practitioner community, and positive social changes, including the emergence of local leaders among the teachers. The program also succeeded in creating new awareness regarding the importance of technology in education in the digital era. These findings support theories of technology-based learning and social change.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of Trade Openness, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), and Inflation on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Riau Province 2003-2022. The analytical method employed is multiple linear regression analysis, specifically the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method, using E-Views 12 software. The simultaneous analysis results show that the variables Trade Openness, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Inflation collectively have a significant impact on the GDP in Riau Province 2003-2022. Meanwhile, the partial analysis indicates that the variables Trade Openness, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) have a positive effect and inflation has a negative effect on the GRDP in Riau Province.

Abstract

Measles and rubella are two infectious diseases that are very contagious. Just like a disease causedby a virus in general, both of these diseases have no treatment, but can be prevented by immunization. Toddler mortality rate in the world reaches 34/1000 live births caused by various diseases that can actually be prevented by immunization. This study aimed to determine the description of knowledge and mother’s attitude  about measles rubella (MR) in toddlers at the public health center Tahtul Yaman Jambi city year 2019. This is a descriptive research. It was conducted on August 19-23 2019. Populations were all off toddler’s mother at the public health center Tahtul Yaman as many as 992. Samples were 42 respondents by using accidental sampling technique. The collecting of data used a questionnaire. It analyzed as univariate. The findings were obtained that most of respondents did not provide MR immunization for toddlers as many as 71%. Most of respondents have enough knowledge as many as 55%. Most of respondents have positive attitude as many as 60%. This study can be concluded that most of respondents did not provide MR immunization for toddlers, has sufficient knowledge and a positive attitude. Health personal at the public health center should make a schedule of counseling, information and education about MR immunization by using media that is interesting and easily understood  by the community especially toddler’s mothers. The public health center should cooperate  with the department of religion, community leaders and religious leaders to work together in synergy to disseminate information and information about the importance of MR immunization
