Abstract

In this study, researchers used respondents' data, such as gender, age and duration of work of respondents to be able to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. Where from the questionnaire distributed questionnaire as many as 80 respondents using census techniques. Data analysis with parametric and non-parametric statistics using SEM-PLS ( Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) concerning research variables, instrument test, normality test, hypothesis test, and discussion of the results of hypothesis testing and Path Path Analysis. This study uses path analysis (path analysis) to test the pattern of relationships that reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables on other variables, both direct influence and indirect influence. The results of the study are as follows: The effect of the X3 variable on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.008 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 and X4 is significant. The effect of the X3 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0.002> 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 and Y is significant. The effect of the X4 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0.005> 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X4 on Y is significant. The influence of X1 on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.009 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X1 to X4 is significant. The influence of X1 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.021> 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X1 and Y is significant. The effect of the X2 variable on X4 has a P-Values value of 0,000 <0,05, so it can be stated that the effect between X2 on X4 is significant. The effect of the X2 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0.008 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X2 on Y is significant.

The analysis technique is multiple linear regression with quantitative study method using three independent variables, namely work discipline, salary and motivation, which is measured by partial and simultaneous determination and the term of its influence with f test, t test and rank 2. From the results of work discipline study, and significant salary, seen from t test and work discipline, salary and performance motivation are both significantly based on F test and R2 test shows high and positive determination between discipline, salary and motivation on employee performance Kopkar Batam.

Abstract

This research discusses about the determination of satisfaction, commitment, and competence to the performance of Teacher of Senior High School in Tebing Tinggi, Meranti region in Riau. The research aims to: (1) analyze the determination of satisfaction, commitment, and competence to the performance of Teacher of Senior High 2 School simultanously (2) analyze the determination of satisfaction, commitment, and competence to the performance of Teacher of Senior High School partially (3) show where is variabel the most determination among satisfaction, commitment, and competence to the performance of Teacher of Senior High School. The research population are 51 Teacher of Senior High School 2 in Tebing Tinggi. The instrument and method of data collection is Likert Scale questionnaire collected from the Teachers. The research applies descriptive data analysis, inreferential test and classical assumption test. The research result shows that there are some positive and significant determination of the variables of satisfaction, commitment and competence simultaneously to the performance of Teacher of Senior High School 2 in Tebing Tinggi, This means that the better the variables, the better the performance of Teacher of Senior High School 2 in Tebing Tinggi,. This is shown from the score of ttest > t table dan F test > F table with a significance score of (p) < 0.05. T shows that competence gives the strongest determination to the performance with a significance rate of (p) < 0,05, thus, the higher the competence, the better the performance of Teacher of Senior High School 2.
