Abstract

In this study, researchers used respondent data, such as gender, age and length of work of respondents in order to provide information about relationships. Where from the questionnaires distributed as many as 30. The discussion in this chapter is the result of field studies to obtain questionnaire answer data that measures five main variables in this study, namely transformational leadership, organizational culture, achievement motivation, organizational citizen behavior and performance. Data analysis with parametric and non-parametric statistics using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) regarding research variables, instrument tests, normality tests, hypothesis testing, and discussion of the results of hypothesis testing and Path Analysis Path. This study uses path analysis (path analysis) to examine relationship patterns that reveal the effect of a variable or a set of other variables, both direct and indirect. The calculation of the path coefficient in this study was assisted by Smart PLS Ver 3.0. To have a direct and indirect effect between variables, the calculation results of the path coefficient and to see the significance.            The influence of the X3 variable on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.046 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X3 on X4 is significant. The influence of the X3 variable on Y with a P-Values value of 0.005 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X3 on Y is significant. The effect of the variable X4 on Y with a P-Values value of 0.010 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X4 on Y is significant. The effect of variable X1 on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.045 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X1 on X4 is significant. The effect of the variable X1 on Y with a P-Values value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X1 on Y is significant. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic policy on the financial performance of companies in Indonesia. The macroeconomic variables examined include inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and gross domestic product (GDP), while financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). This research employs a quantitative approach utilizing secondary data from 2014–2024 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The findings reveal that interest rates and inflation have a significant negative effect on both ROA and ROE, while GDP and exchange rates show a positive relationship. The results provide useful insights for policymakers, investors, and business actors to adapt financial strategies to macroeconomic policy changes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital communication on education in Indonesia, particularly in the post-COVID-19 pandemic context, which has accelerated digital transformation. Digital communication has become a key element in the learning process, academic interactions, and information management between teachers, students, and institutions. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to 320 respondents (teachers and students) from various educational institutions in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that digital communication had a positive and significant effect on learning effectiveness (β = 0.476; p < 0.001) and academic collaboration (β = 0.512; p < 0.001). These findings suggest that the implementation of structured digital communication can improve student participation, engagement, and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to strategically evaluate the educational investment carried out by MAN Insan Cendekia Kota Batam through the implementation of the Cambridge Program since 2023, and to analyze its implications for the development of madrasah human and institutional resources. The program is considered an innovative step in integrating an international curriculum with Islamic values within a national education context. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, employing in-depth interviews, document analysis, and participatory observation involving teachers, students, and program managers. The findings reveal that the investment focuses on four key areas: (1) human resource development through teacher training, certification, and professional competency enhancement; (2) curriculum integration between the national and Cambridge syllabi and teaching materials; (3) provision of internationally standardized learning resources and facilities; and (4) the strengthening of academic culture and global networks. The program has brought about positive changes in classroom engagement, critical thinking skills, and the global competitiveness of students. However, challenges remain, including limited pedagogical mastery of the Cambridge approach by some teachers, low English literacy among students at the early stages, and the relatively high operational cost of the program. Therefore, adaptive managerial strategies, cross-sector collaboration, and a sustainable evaluation system are essential to ensure that this educational investment delivers a maximum impact on student outcomes and enhances the competitiveness of madrasah education both nationally and globally.
