Abstract

In the neighborhood, there is a slew of flavored drink shops. Bubble drinks, sometimes known as "boba drinks," are currently popular across various demographics, particularly among teenagers and young people. The sweet taste of the drink and the range of options drive demand for this boba drink, which is growing increasingly popular. In addition to its presentation, this beverage producer offers customization options for beverage taste, sugar level, drink glass size, and even ice cube quantity to satisfy consumer preferences. Several criteria, such as pricing, purchasing power, and location, must be considered while deciding on store opening These elements can still be subdivided. Therefore the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method is appropriate for determining store openings. The findings of this study demonstrate that, among numerous alternative locations, location G has the highest value, with a weight of 0.2236.

Abstract

The selection of the right place for the online English course is certainly expected to produce output that is in line with expectations. For this reason, a solution is needed to help make decisions on choosing the right place for online English courses. A system that can assist in making decisions and can provide recommendations for the right choice is a decision support system (DSS). In the implementation of DSS, appropriate methods or models are also needed according to the cases discussed. One method that can be used is the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. The ARAS method is a multi-criteria decision-making method based on the concept of classification using the utility level by comparing the overall index value of each alternative with the overall optimal alternative index value. The system created has features or functions that are in accordance with the needs of using the ARAS method in calculating to perform alternative rankings. Based on the case studies conducted, ARAS was able to find the best alternative from several alternatives with Lister results of 0.459, Engoo of 0.635, Golden English of 0.702, English Academy of 1. The system was made using the XP methodology, with features including being able to manage criteria values, alternatives and count to display the ranking of the best alternatives. In terms of functionality, the system that has been made has met expectations or in other words 100% functions well, and produces calculations that are in accordance with manual calculations. This system can be implemented in a choice of online English courses quickly and precisely.

Abstract

Assurance is a non-bank financial institution that carries out an agreement between the insurer and the insured to provide protection or protection suffered by the insured for financial losses arising from unexpected and uncertain events. Insurance consumers come from various circles, insurance has an agent who plays a role in marketing insurance products owned by the company. The problem with insurance users is that they often have difficulty reporting problems. Reporting problems at the Manulife insurance company still cannot help optimally, as evidenced by the use of Notepad and Microsoft Excel. Based on these problems, this research creates an application called MiDesk to help the problems faced by consumers. This application uses the user-centered UCD method so that all these processes produce products that meet user needs. The result achieved using the UCD method is a Web-based Helpdesk application. The result of this research is a web-based MiDesk application that can be used by the Manulife Helpdesk IT agent team.

Abstract

Information and communication technology have developed along with globalization so that interaction and information delivery will quickly. One of the problems in education that is a priority to immediately find a solution is the problem of the quality of education, especially the quality of learning. From various existing conditions and potentials, efforts that can be made regarding quality improvement in schools are to develop a student-oriented learning system (children center) and facilitate students' needs for learning needs that are challenging, active, creative, innovative, practical, and fun with developing and implementing Information and Communication Technology-based learning This research is a Research and Development research with the media development model used referring to the type of Four-D development consisting of 4 stages, namely Define (defining), Design (design), Develop (development) and Disseminate (dissemination) which is carried out in Vocational High School class XI Computer and Network Engineering. The test subjects in this study were students of class XI Computer and Network Engineering SMK. The results of the three validators' overall assessment of the validator test assessment of Android-Based Learning Media is 94.28%, so the level of validity can be interpreted as Very Valid for use. Overall, the practicality assessment of Android-Based Learning Media as a learning resource is 88.46%, so the practicality level can be interpreted as Very Practical to use. As well as the assessment of the effectiveness of the Android-Based Learning Media of 90.86%, so that the level of effectiveness can be interpreted as very good for use.

Abstract

This research and development aims to produce products in the form of E-Modules or electronic modules based on three dimensions (3d) Pageflip Professional in NETWORK DESIGN AND BUILDING Subjects (RBJ) Class XI Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) at SMK Negeri 2 Padang. After the validity test has been carried out by the experts, the overall assessment of the validator test on the E-Modul or electronic applicationbased on three dimensions (3d) Pageflip Professional in the NETWORK DESIGN AND BUILDING (RBJ) Subject is 89.94%, so that the level of validity can be interpreted as valid. . The results of the overall practicality test assessment of the E-applicationbased on 3d Pageflip Professional in the NETWORK DESIGN AND BUILDING (RBJ) Eye is 89.50%, so that the practicality level can be interpreted as very practical to use. The results of the overall effectiveness test assessment of the effectiveness of the 3d Pageflip Professional-based E-Modul in NETWORK DESIGN AND BUILDING (RBJ) subjects are 90.63%, so that the level of effectiveness can be interpreted as very effective to use.

Abstract

Employees at the Regional Secretariat office of East Kotawaringin Regency are divided into 2, namely Permanent Employees (Civil Employees) and Contract Employees (Contract Workers). Contract workers are employees who have non-permanent employment status, so it is necessary to evaluate the quality of their performance to determine the sustainability of the contract extension. There are 6 assessment criteria that are used as a reference for assessing the performance of contract workers, namely Individual Performance Targets, Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, and Cooperation. The performance appraisal of contract workers at SETDA Kotim has been computerized, but there is still no method applied to the performance appraisal of contract workers, causing the performance appraisal of contract workers to be unstructured. From these problems, a decision support system is needed to be able to assist the process of assessing the performance of contract workers. The researcher conducted a comparative analysis between the SAW method and the WP method, which is expected to determine the right method to be applied in the performance appraisal of contract workers, and can assist the personnel department in processing the performance appraisal of contract workers. Based on the final calculation results, the SAW method and the WP method can be applied in assessing the performance of contract workers and produce the same ranking order, namely the alternative contract worker named A2 = Akmad Rosidi as the best alternative, followed by the other best alternatives A5, A1, A3, and A4. From the comparison results using the MSE (Mean Squared Error) method, the Weighted Product (WP) method produces a higher deviation value than the Simple Addative Weighting (SAW) method, with a comparison of the deviation values, namely the WP method = 228679.4811, while the SAW method = 227926, 7694. So, the Weighted Product (WP) method can be recommended in assessing the performance of contract workers at the Regional Secretariat of East Kotawaringin Regency.

Abstract

PNS promotion is an award given to Civil Servants who have met the specified requirements as well as for work performance and service to the country. a Civil Servant is required to continue to be able to apply for promotions periodically to the highest level, so that within a certain period of time every civil servant gets the opportunity to apply for promotions. Similar to the scope of the East Kotawaringin Regional Secretariat, civil servants have the right to apply for a promotion every 4 years. The Staffing of the Regional Secretariat of the Kotim has difficulties in selecting the file for promotion proposals because of the large number of employees who propose promotions and the files and provisions gathered by civil servants must be managed immediately so that they are submitted to the BKPSDM. Researchers offer a decision support system with TOPSIS and SAW methods. The combination of the two methods serves to produce optimal decisions in accordance with predetermined criteria. This study uses 5 alternatives and 4 criteria. In this study, the alternatives consisted of Kurniawan Wibowo, Idris Sugiono, Nuringsih Sujati, Meuthia Rakhmasari, and Maulana. Of the five alternatives, those with the highest final score were Idris Sugiono, Nuringsih Sujati and Meuthia Rakhmasari with a value of 0.427 or 42.7%.

Abstract

Environmental monitoring and control systems of various electronic equipment such as sensors, actuators, televisions, lights, and surveillance cameras are one of the essential applications of Internet-of-Things (IoT). The utilization of IoT has also given birth to the smart home concept, which is realized in the form of home automation, where various equipment at home is equipped with a microcontroller and WiFi module such that they can connect to the Internet and interact with each other. One of the equipment at home that can be monitored and controlled using IoT technology is a fish aquarium which is commonly owned by ornamental fish cultivators or people who have a hobby of taking care of ornamental fish. Taking care of ornamental fish requires special attention to the parameters of temperature and water quality such that the fish can grow well. This study aims to design and implement an IoT-based temperature and water level monitoring system in an aquarium. The hardware in this system is implemented using NodeMCU ESP8266 as the central controller and the WiFi module that connects the system to the Internet, temperature sensor DS18B20, ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04, and relays to turn on and off equipment controlled by the system. In addition, Telegram bots are used to give commands to control equipment and receive notifications from the system. The testing results show that the designed system can work according to predetermined specifications. If the water temperature in the aquarium is outside of a specified range (24°C to 32°C), the system will activate a fan or a heater to adjust the water temperature.

Abstract

Scholarship is one of the allowances given to students as study aid provided by the government. Likewise with the Kotawaringin Timur government, which annually provides scholarship assistance to students with limited conditions and quotas. Formal educational institutions under the auspices of the Kotim Regency Education Office, students or college students get a quota for those participating in the scholarship program for underprivileged and high achieving criteria from the government. Therefore, scholarships must be given to students who deserve and deserve to get it in accordance with the regulations that have been set at the Kotim Regional Secretariat office. This selection process requires accuracy and a long time, because each data is compared with each other according to predetermined criteria. This study resulted in the final value of the comparison between the SAW and AHP methods. The final result with the SAW method the highest value obtained by the fifth alternative with 100. While the final result with the AHP method obtained the highest value by A1 with a value of 0.4734.

Abstract

Technology is currently developing quite widely, information technology is not only technology that functions to work and store data, but also information technology to send or disseminate data. in the selection of scholarships at SDN 4 Mentawa Baru Hulu Sampit in determining the PIP scholarships still using the manual method so that it can cause inefficiencies in the management of scholarship data, as well as errors in determining scholarship recipients. Data management is also done manually, this also causes the process of identifying scholarship decisions to be slow. From these problems, we need a scholarship decision support system that can use data management and also determine scholarship decisions. The author builds a scholarship acceptance decision support system by comparing the WP and SAW methods. it is hoped that this method can determine the right method to be applied in determining scholarships, and can assist school principals and school operators in processing scholarship assessments. Based on the final calculation results, the SAW method and the WP method can produce different scholarship ratings. Based on the WP = Nanang Sujana method as the best alternative and followed by other best alternatives A3, A4, A1, and A2, then the SAW method was obtained by Radhiyatul Maulida as the best alternative and followed by other alternatives A2, A3, A4, and A5. From the comparison results with the MSE (Mean Squared Error) method, the Weighted Product (WP) method produces a higher deviation value than the Simple Addative Weighting (SAW), with a comparison of the deviation value, namely the WP method = 4363,47509 while the SAW method is obtained = 4259 , 71350. Therefore, the Weighted Product (WP) method can be recommended in making scholarship selection decisions at SDN 4 Mentawa Baru Hulu Sampit.
